Error While Browsing Catalog in CSC...

Hi all,
I'm getting erros while browsing catalog in CSC Product Catalog...
Even though i have products in one set of category... no search results are shown for particular category!! but works for other category...
MY CONFIGURATION:

Does your category have custom dynamic properties with property-type="atg.repository.GroupMembersPropertyDescriptor" ? It seems as though you hit a code flow where the query builder tried to cast this atg.repository.GroupMembersPropertyDescriptor property to a specific property type, but failed.
What is different between this category and the ones that work - does an RQL query on this category versus others tell you?

For information on the GroupMembersPropertyDescriptor, look at in the Commerce Programming Guide at http://www.atg.com/repositories/ContentCatalogRepository_en/manuals/ATG9.1/commprog/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm?href=CommerceProgrammingGuide.1.65.html . This shows you an out-of-the-box example of a property called dynamicChildCategories that uses the GroupMembersPropertyDescriptor.
It is possible that this might just be misconfiguration, or might land up being a PR, so you should create a support ticket with the complete log file if you have not already done so.

Error while browsing RSViewer.aspx in SSRS

Hi,
I am getting the below error while browsing the RsViewer.aspx (Or rdl file). I have moved the rdl file from one environment (where I could browse the rdl file) to another environment. In the new environment, I am getting the below error while browing
the rdl file. Both environments are having the same configuration (SQL server 2008 R2 SP3).
"Type 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.PlaceHolder' does not have a public property named 'style' "

According to your description, after you move SSRS report from one server to another, you got the error message when you preview the repot: Type 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.PlaceHolder' does not have a public property named 'style'.
As per my understanding, you are using object of System.Web.UI.WebControls.PlaceHolder while a different type was expected, this different type has style properties, which were needed for the report to run properly. It seems that you should be using System.Web.UI.WebControls.Style.

Buffer Table not up to date error while accessing Catalogs

Hello,
I am getting Buffer table not up-to-date error while accessing ARIBA Procurement Catalogs.
Initially, my Test system was pointing to Production Catalogs but now, when I changed the settings in "Define External Web Services" and pointed it to DEV Catalogs, it is failing with error: "Buffer Table not up-to-Date"
Refreshed the Buffer already but still error not fixed.
We already have the similar settings in other systems and there the connections are working fine

JavaScript error while browsing. need help

While browsing any webpage running java. When asked a question. After I choose an answer. I receive this message "JavaScript&colon; An error occurred while executing a script." Can anyone help me with an update or something.

Looked up the problem. Response from Black berry support was that they know of the problem. There are certain scripts not yet supported by black berry. They are aware of this, and do not have a solution as of yet.

Error while creating Catalog in Fiori Launchpad Designer

Hi Experts,
We have installed the new UIX* Fiori components on our NW 7.31 front-end server which has the gateway installed as well. Our backend ERP system is a separate system.
I have activated the OData services /UI2/INTEROP and /UI2/TRANSPORT for the Fiori Launchpad Designer. I am acessing the Launchpad Designer with the URL http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/arsrvc_upb_admn/main.html. (I have activated the ICF service /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/arsrvc_upb_admn).
Now when I try to create a new Catalog (Standard type) by providing Title and ID I am seeing the below error message for POST operation in the PAGE_BUILDER_CUST service in Google Chrome browser:

Can someone let me know how I can resolve this error so that I can create Catalogs in the Launchpad Designer?

In place of ..\DynamusicB2C\config\dynamusic\DynamusicB2CData.xml just use \dynamusic\DynamusicB2CData.xml [path after config].

Fact table with datetime measure showing #value error while browsing the cube

I have a cube with a fact table having datetime measure.
when I browse the cube, I am able to see the data for all measures except for the measure with the datetime as datatype.

Error while transfering catalog items to shoping cart...

We are on SRM4.0 and ECC5.0 and Requisite BugsEye4.0.
Trying to create shopping cart with descriptive items.
Item is added and then select the item to check the details before ordering.
Then getting following error message.

Note
The following error text was processed in the system SR2 : Templateinterpretation abgebrochen, Template nicht vorhanden.
The error occurred on the application server cov6601_SR2_00 and in the work process 1 .
The termination type was: RABAX_STATE
The ABAP call stack was:

Hello Jagdish,
The dump "ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND" is generated because the system called a dynpro that should not be called.
In your case, this is due to the RFC call.
Check that your RFC destination as got the correct user/password. Because if not, the system asks you to enter the credentials when requesting this RFC function. As this is not taken into account by the SRM web service, ITS failed (no corresponding template).
Test your RFC destination in SM59.
If ok, you can execute BBPSC02 in SAP Gui mode, add your SC item, and see the exact screen.

I am installed 10g AS with BI on windows 2003 server. I want to install discoverer catalog. I went to application server administration and then to discoverer link and then to adminsitration.
In that page in clicked on install link.
It took me to a new page where it asked for host name, SID, Port, DBA username and password.
I gave the needed things. then i clicked continue.
It then asked for D4OSYS password. I gave a passowrd. then it asked wether u want to install catalog. I click Yes.
After some time it gave me a message as session expired and re enter the login details. when i re enter the login details and java null pointer exception is coming.
Can any one help me solve this.
I have not faced this type of problem before.
I have installed 4 to 5 times on different client places.. nothing went wrong.

Are you making this selection on your device or when connected to the Desktop Software? If on your device, my advice is to stop...the on-device OTA update is, IMHO, dangerous. Rather, use the Desktop Software and then you can take a full backup to your computer, which will be forever preserved...the on-device update takes an on-device backup, but if anything goes wrong, that backup file is lost forever.
Please clarify exactly the steps you are taking to reach this error message. Also, please be sure to provide the exact and complete content of the error message.
