Error while activating the object from change list in IR
Hi Friends,
I am trying to activate a mapping object taken from History.But I am getting error "version management was unable to execute the last action because temporary internal lock has been set" while activating from change list.
Regards,
Suresh.Hi Suresh,
have a look at the integration builder start jsp. There is a Link "Administration". On this page, on the left side, you can click on "lock overview" and check if your object is locked. Then you can remove this lock.

Error while refreshing aw object from a job
Hello, I'm trying to make the refresh of the objects (dimensions + measures) in an analytic workspace, programmed in time using jobs.
If I execute the statements of the job manually in a Sql*Plus session, everything is right. But if I execute the same statements in a job, I've got errors.
For example, the next statement creates a job that refresh an aw dimension called DIM1, executing it each minute:
EXEC DBMS_JOB.SUBMIT(:job,'DBMS_AW.EXECUTE(''AW ATTACH SAC_AW.AW1 RWX;'');DBMS_AWM.REFRESH_AWDIMENSION(''SAC_AW'', ''AW1'', ''DIM1'');DBMS_AW.EXECUTE(''AW DETACH SAC_AW.AW1;'');',sysdate+1/1140,'sysdate+1/1140');
The analytic workspace is called AW1, and the user that contains it is SAC_AW. The user that contains original relational objects is SAC. This user executes the statements.
Then, if I execute:
EXEC DBMS_JOB.RUN(1);
I've got an error similar like this:
EXCEPTION thrown in cwm2_olap_aw_awutil.FetchAWLog()
AW command: 'show convert(REFRESH_AWDIMENSION('SAC_AW' 'AW1' 'DIM1' '')
text)'

It's very strange, since I can execute the statements contained in the defnition of the job without problems in a dabase session.

Error while calling oracle reports from another report
Hello everyone,
I have a problem running oracle reports. In one report I have a button
that calls another report. There is a button for each row of the result
in the first report , and i have used Srw.run_report to call the second
report.
My problem is, when I run the report, at the first time i can push the
button and the second report opens and works correctly. But if i close
the second report and come back to the first one, when i push the
button for a different row ,the second report starts to run but then I
get some oracle errors like table does not exist or... while the first
time the report worked correctly.
It seems that when i close the second report and go back to the first
one, sth happens that changes my session or connection. I don't know
what can be the problem.
By the way, when I log in with the user that owns the tables and has
all the privileges, I don't get this problem. It only occurs when I
use other users ( which have all privileges on all of the tables
needed in the report )
I am using Report Builder 6.0.5 and the DB is Oracle Database 10g.
Can anyone please help me with this problem?
Thanx in Advance.
Maryam.6.0.5 is not certified against 10g database, so I suggest to upgrade to 6.0.8.26 (6i patch 17) first to see if the problem is gone.

Thanks
Jeyakumar Raman.I guess, this is because the RI client is not finding the
codec to ser/deser your Value Object. You need to register
the codec in the type mapping registry before you invoke
the web service method.
Here is a sample:
Service service = factory.createService( serviceName );
TypeMappingRegistry registry = service.getTypeMappingRegistry();
TypeMapping mapping = registry.getTypeMapping(
SOAPConstants.URI_NS_SOAP_ENCODING );
mapping.register( SOAPStruct.class,
new QName( "http://soapinterop.org/xsd", "SOAPStruct" ),
new SOAPStructCodec(),
new SOAPStructCodec() );
BTW, you can do the same exact thing on the client by using
WLS impl of JAX-RPC. Is there a reason for using RI on the
client side?

Hi Manoj,
Thanks for your information, Yes, my client is Sun's JAX-RPC based, but the Server

It works fine without any problem. But when I invoke the webservice using WSDL,
I am getting this problem.

Proxy generation terminated: WSDL error (<#text> not supported)
Message no. SPRX038
Background
During proxy generation, an interface description in WSDL format is fetched from the Integration Builder or from another source and interpreted. This WSDL document must describe the whole interface correctly.

Diagnosis
The language element
"<#text>"
was used in the WSDL document.
This language element is not supported by ABAP proxy generation.Hi Isaias,
we are working with this versions:
SAP_BASIS 700 0015 SAPKB70015 SAP Basiskomponente
SAP_AP 700 0013 SAPKNA7013 SAP Application Platform
We are not working with developer studio, only with the regular tools of the abap development workbench Transaction SE80.

Error while registering Oracle JDBC Diagnosability MBean
Hi All,
I get the following error (pasted at the end)when trying to use the OracleDriver class to create connections.
I am using JDeveloper11g-11.1.1.2.0, and
JDeveloper11g-11.1.1.2.0/wlserver_10.3/server/ext/jdbc/oracle/11g/ojdbc6.jar.
I read other posts with similar errors; the recommendation was to update the jar to the latest patch. But that still does not seem to work.
Any help/pointers appreciated.
Thanks
Meera

ThanksThere are a lot of information in listener.log file , some information i am posting .
Each time i am opening Oracle SQL Developer programme, a error is generated , saying " oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver Error while registering Oracle JDBC Diagnosability MBean.".
Though i can create a new connection and query database tables. But why this error message is generated each time i open Oracle SQL Developer?

Error while registering Oracle JDBC Diagnosability MBean - version 1.2.1
Hi,
I am running version 1.2.1 of SQL Developer (build MAIN-32.13). I have a local copy of Oracle 11g running on Windows XP. I am running version 1.6.0_03 of java.
When I fire it up, I get the following message in the "logging page - log" pane:
Source: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
Message: Error while registering Oracle JDBC Diagnosability MBean.
Is this something I should worry about?
GrahamI got the same thing using SQLDeveloper shipped with 11g. It is every annoying since sqlplusw.exe is not available anymore, neither iSQLPLUS or SQLPLUS.exe is good enough all of the sudden that I found not much choice of accessing the database on windows ...

Thanks.This is an error from SQL Server being passed back to Oracle so you can see the problem.
What it is saying is that you are trying to insert (or update) data to a database view and that view contains a column that is either a constant (literal) value or is derived (a calculation, formula or string concatenation etc.).
As such, you can't insert or update data on that column because it has nowhere to go on the database table(s) that underly the view. -

HassanDear Hussein / helios ,
it worked finally i gave a high number 76 and it worked with out any problem also this time i gave loop back adapter an ip address i just remember now that i was not giving an ip to my loop back adapter i gave as below
ip : 10.10.10.10
subnet : 255.255.255.0
and made my host file look like as
127.0.0.1 localhost
10.10.10.10 hassan.com hassan
then i tested the ping by pinging hassan.com and the reply came from 10.10.10.10
and also i disabled my wireless network card before running adcfgclone
and it worked ALLHAMDOLLILAH :)
Thanks to the great masters Hussein & Helios :)
Now its time for appsTier cloning hope that it goes smooth :)
