    Hello guys,
    I'm trying execute my Java Application inside Netweaver Application Server, but I'm having problems with serviceBeans with scope session. Anyone have already used Spring with session scope?
    Thanks,
    Cleiton.

    After many attempt, when I declared the bean with <aop:scoped-proxy  /> it works, however it could cause performance problem. I don't need refer this bean by another singleton bean, i did a wrong configuration in order to make a work a round...
    When I run my application on tomcat server, the DWR starts perfectly the "session scope bean form IOC container", but in the WEBAS maybe it's running in other thread. Is it possible?
    Anyone had a problem like this?
    I got a detailed error with log4j,

  • Serialization error with WS session bean

    Hi,
    I'm running into a serious problem here at my project and I cannot find out what is going wrong.
    I've made a scaled down version of the project I'm working on. This project gives the exact same error as in the main project.
    I've created some simple POJO's with the model that should be returned by the session bean.
    When I add some random test data and test the webservice I get the following error.
    <faultstring>Internal Server Error ( serialization error : no serializer is registered for ( class nl.mk.test.canonicalmodel.ListObject, null )) </faultstring>
    The model I use looks like this :
    MainObject --> ListArrayObject --> ListObject
    The implementation of these files.
    package nl.mk.test.canonicalmodel;
    import java.io.Serializable;
    public class MainObject implements Serializable{
    public MainObject() {
    public String identification;
    public ListArrayObject somelist;
    package nl.mk.test.canonicalmodel;
    import java.io.Serializable;
    import java.util.List;
    public class ListArrayObject implements Serializable{
    public ListArrayObject() {
    public String someId;
    public List<ListObject> someList;
    package nl.mk.test.canonicalmodel;
    import java.io.Serializable;
    public class ListObject implements Serializable {
    public ListObject() {
    public ListObject(String ident, String testfield1,
    String testfield2, String testfield3
    this.ident = ident;
    this.testfield1 = testfield1;
    this.testfield2 = testfield2;
    this.testfield3 = testfield2;
    public String ident;
    public String testfield1;
    public String testfield2;
    public String testfield3;
    The testWSBean that I've written looks like this.
    package testws;
    import java.util.ArrayList;
    import java.util.List;
    import javax.ejb.Stateless;
    import javax.persistence.EntityManager;
    import nl.mk.test.canonicalmodel.ListArrayObject;
    import nl.mk.test.canonicalmodel.ListObject;
    import nl.mk.test.canonicalmodel.MainObject;
    import org.apache.log4j.Logger;
    @Stateless(name="TestWSBean")
    public class TestWSBeanBean implements TestWSBean, TestWSBeanLocal,
    TestWSBeanWebService {
    private EntityManager em;
    * Private logging instance
    private static final Logger log = Logger.getLogger(TestWSBean.class);
    public TestWSBeanBean() {
    public MainObject GeefWaarde(String testWaarde) {
    MainObject result = new MainObject();
    long fStart;
    fStart = System.currentTimeMillis();
    try {
    log.debug("----------------------------");
    result.identification = testWaarde;
    ListArrayObject listarray = new ListArrayObject();
    listarray.someId = "ABCDEF";
    List<ListObject> listObj = new ArrayList<ListObject>();
    ListObject listType1 = new ListObject();
    listType1.testfield1 = "A";
    listType1.testfield2 = "B";
    listType1.testfield3 = "C";
    listObj.add( listType1 );
    ListObject listType2 = new ListObject();
    listType2.testfield1 = "D";
    listType2.testfield2 = "E";
    listType2.testfield3 = "F";
    listObj.add ( listType2);
    listarray.someList = listObj;
    result.somelist = listarray;
    catch (Exception e) {
    log.error(e.getMessage());
    e.printStackTrace();
    } finally {
    log.debug("Ready to return results");
    long fEnd;
    fEnd = System.currentTimeMillis();
    log.debug("time in ms : " + (fEnd - fStart));
    return result;
    Does anyone know why this testproject gives a Serializable error?
    Thanks in advance

    Issue with the classes generated on fly for internal use. Make sure all the related files you are using are compiled on the same version of weblogic which you are using(though not mandate).
    Compile and bind the application again, and before redeploying the application, clear cache and temp.
    Hope this helps.
    Jeets.

    The understanding formed till now is that the service is trigged using a stateless session bean wrapper and the lookup for the same is failing.
    One option will be to write the java code for performing the lookup using method
    lookupInstanceByConversationId(String convId, DomainAuth auth)
    but certain information e.g DomainAuth is not available.
    I have tried locating information about the dynamic wrapper which is being created.
    Any inputs/comments/direction for the above problem are welcomed
    Cheers

    Thanks Marc.
    I checked the domain log (ORA_BPEL_HOME\bpel\domains\default\logs\domain.log) for information. It repeats the same error displayed in the bpel server window.
    I have now put some SOPs in my Java embedding activity to see if the process gets instantiated or not. On the BPEL server window, I am able to see these SOPs upto the point where I invoke a method invocation on my remote Java class. Which clearly means the BPEL process is instantiated, contrary to the information in the error (that the BPEL instance cannot be found) I am getting.

    When you are invoking your page, does your view object has an empty row where data can go and presist?
    Create a an empty row in your view object(vo.createRow()) , or use create operation from data control palette.
    You can set the log in Tools->Preferences-->Environment-->Log.

  • Error while invoking bean "presentation manager":

    Hi,
    BPEL PM version : 10.1.2.0.2
    Scenario : I have a Process1 which tries to access Another Process Process2. Process1 has a PL for a Webservice (WS1) whose end point is Process2's endpoint.
    For architectural reason's I need to keep both the processes independent and that's the only way I can call Process2 as I've no control of Process1 and can not modify it except changing the endPoint location for WS1.
    First question will this work ? If no then is there another way of doing this ?
    If yes then I'm seeing the error message posted below.
    Please advice.

    Another thing I want to mention is if I run my process2 independently it works fine. So my guess is that the way I'm calling Process2 from Process1 maynot be correct. I'm not even sure if this thing will actually work or not.
    Process1 has a webservice that has http binding to call an outside servlet. I need to have another layer in between (Process2) that will call the Outside servlet. So it's Process1 calling Process2 and Process2 calling the outside servlet.
    My hands are tied that I can't change the webservice in Process1 or modify Process1 directly (I don't own this and it's shipped as standard functionality) which calls the servlet and has http binding. How can I call Process2 from the same binding and what endpoint should I use for my process ?
    Any help is highly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Megha

  • Error while invoking bean "delivery": Waiting for response has timed out.

    Hello,
    I am running a process that currently catches an exception from a partnerlink. When the exception is caught I send an email and the process exits. When I submit a request from the BPEL console, I have to wait until the JTA timeout before the page returns. However, the instance completes successfully and I receive the email before the timeout happens. This is what I see in the logs. When I look at the audit and activity flow, all of the activities were timestamped prior to the exception being thrown. Has anyone seen this behavior or know what is going on. Is there a problem sending email in a catch or catchAll block?

    There is no issue the reason why it times out is because you don't have a reply back to the client in your catch all.
    If you look at your process you will see that the defaul reply is in the main scope. When the catch all is invoked this reply is by passed, therefore no reply is sent.
    PLease a reply in your catch all back to the client and it will work.
    cheers

  • Error when executing VI with "Invoke Node" in loop

    Hello,
    please check if this is possible what i am doing here or if there is a better way to do it.
    The goal is to have a VI that i can start in TestStand which is then running in a loop until i set a global variable.
    I do this currently with:
    1.) Starting the VI with "Invoke Node" (see screenshot 01)
    2.)  This Vi is then running all the time in a loop until the global for exiting is True (screenshot 02)
    3.) Then i have another VO to set the Quit-variable to true
    Normally this works as it should, but sometimes i get the error-message:
    Invoke Node in NameOfTheViCalledInTestStand.vi
    Method Name: Run VI
    VI Path: NameOfTheViThatContainsTheInvokeNode.vi
    LabVIEW:  Das VI befindet sich in einem für  diese Operation unzulässigen Zustand.
     The question is: what does this error mean and what better ways are there to do what i want to.
    Perhaps for better understanding, the VI which runs in a loop executes dll-functions to enable and disable an ample-tower to make a light blinking.
    And because there is no function "blink", i have to make it on off on off on off....
    So the vi loops and makes on off until i say "quit" then blinking stops.
    Thanks for any ideas

    I cant´t do this "Try changing the "Run" node
    to "Wait Until Done" = True." because then the TestStand-Step is
    hanging until the loop is finished.
    I only want to start the "blinking" and the continue normally in the sequence.
    To
    avoid that the vi with the "Invoke Node" is started twice a have a vi
    above it whick checks with the globalVariable "IsCurrentlyBlinking" if
    the start is allowed.
    If  IsCurrentlyBlinking= True then nothing happens.
    So normally it can´t happen  that it starts twice. Only if the GlobalVariables are not correct.
    The
    variable "IsCurrentlyBlinking"is set to TRUE in the subvi before the
    loop starts and after the loop is finished its set to FALSE in the
    subvi.

    Please tell me what's the problem ?
    with regards

    i found what's the problem i made the url for lookup as the following:
    lookup("java:comp/env/Book_catalog")
    instead of
    lookup("ejb/Book_catalog")
    could anyone tell me what's the difference between 'java:comp/env/' and without it
    by the way i used for lookup Datasource the following and it's working
    DataSource dataSource = (DataSource)jndiContext.lookup("jdbc/TECHBOOK");
    thanks

  • Unexplainable error while invoking  EJB

    I'm have an EJB session Bean version 2.0 deployed on OC4J (Oracle Application Server Containers for J2EE 10g (9.0.4.0.0) created and deployed by Jdeveloper 9.0.5.16.15.
    When I invoke the bean remotely using Remote client, I include the Jars ejb.jar and (oc4jClient.jar, or oc4j.jar) WHICH ARE IN THE JDEVELOPER OR OC4J DIRECTORY, the client works perfectly.
    But when I copy the above JAR files and paste them in a different directory and I attempt to run the client i get the following error:
    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/transaction/SystemException
         at com.evermind.server.rmi.RMIServer.addNode(RMIServer.java:856)
         at com.evermind.server.rmi.RMIServer.getConnection(RMIServer.java:953)

         at raya.ps.demo.HelloWorldClient.main(HelloWorldClient.java:17)
    I am guessing that the oc4jClient.jar or the oc4j.jar are depedany on other JAR files which are found in the same directory which can be found under the Jdeveloper/j2ee/home and oc4j/j2ee/home that's why they the client works when present with other JARS, i just guessing because I couldnt understand what's going on. If other JAR file needs to be included along with OC4J clients, what are these JARs and where am I going wrong ?
    Thank you

    Ok, I got it working now, I found there's an OC4J_Client.zip not just oc4jClient.jar which has to be included in the classpath.
    Thanks
