Export Sales Underbound pricing procedure

Dear All,
For export Sales underbound in pricing porcedure what type of conditions using for Excise duty, can any body plz explain the Export Sales underbound pricing procedure.
Thanks and regards
Chandra

Hi
If you are using TAXINJ procedure then you can have PR00 and UTXJ condtion type in pricing procedure and system will redetermine the excise duty while clicking on calculate button in J1IIN under
utilization screen.
For TAXINN you can have all the excise condition types maintained as statistical.

  • Export Under Rebate Pricing Procedure Configuration

    Hi SD professionals,
My Client have practice of export under rebate  in which they used to export the goods by utilizing balances available in RG23A/RG23C.
They charge excise with regular excise rates &  but this duties are not charged to the customer & charged to rebate receivable account/excise expenses.
FI requirement is accounting entry required is:
    Customer account.....Dr. Rs.100
    Rebate receivable .....Dr. Rs.10.3
    Sales Cr. ...........            Cr. Rs.100
    Excise Paid/Payable.... Cr. Rs.10.3
    Customer account.....Dr. Rs.100
Excise Not Availed Expenses .....Dr. Rs.10.3(Expense Account)
    Sales Cr. ...........            Cr. Rs.100
    Excise Paid/Payable.... Cr. Rs.10.3
The above entries are for billing document & excise invoice would be as per regular practice.
How can we configure this in pricing procedure for export under rebate?
I had tried through statistical condition type but not serving any purpose.
    Please suggest config or workarounds.
    Regards,
    Balaji Parsewar

    Hi Kishan,
For Exports under rebate you do not create a bond since excise will have to be paid and then claimed back. You will have to generate an ARE-1 document, complete the formalities and then claim the refund.
As regards to your query on the pricing procedure, for exports under rebate, the excise and cess should not be statistical in nature, since they need to be paid.

    Hi
Please maintain SeCess condition types under" Maintain Excise Default" settings. Example if you have both total and percentage condition types in pricing procedure; JA1X Percentage condition type and JA1Y total condition type then maintain it for your tax procedure as below
    A/R AT1 Perc
    JA1X
    A/R AT1 Cond
    JA1Y
If you have only percentage condition type in your pricing procedure example JA1X. then maintain it for your tax procedure as follows
    A/R AT1 Perc
    JA1X
    A/R AT1 cond
    JA1X
If you maintain the above setting for your tax procedure then system will bring you the SeCess amount in change mode as well as display mode of excise invoice
    Enjoy.........

  • Cash sales using Pricing procedure for account determination cash settl

    Hi all ,
we are customizing for cash sales , we have defined all steps as per "cash account determination" in basic functions.but , system is posting again to customer account, i.e account receivable account.
if we assing "EVV" accounting key in the field "Account key for cash allocation" of billing type ( bv-cash sales),and assigning GL account for account key "EVV" in VKOA,  it is working fine.
if we want to post cash account using cash account determination pricing procedure i.e by assining pricing procedure in billing document type, it is not working. Is there any additional cusotmizing has to be done in addition to steps involved in "cash account determination of basic functions?
can any one help on this?
    regs,
    ramesh

    Hi,
    thanq for your reply.
we have used same document types mentioned by you. for the same only cash account determination given.
if we remove revenue account determination procedure, system will not post accounting document, system will give message, this billing is not relevant for accounting.
our aim is to post sale account, but instead of accounts receivables, it has to post to cash clearing account.
so, we have assigned revenue account determination procedure ( for sales posting) and cash account determination procedure ( for cash clearing posting).
you may be right, some where i missed some thing, which is not tracked by me. If you can give steps, at least I can check, same thing was customized or not.

  • Different pricing procedure in sales order and invoice

    Hi All,
I have created a new pricing procedure .When i processed it,in sales order its picking the correct PP. but when I check it in excise invoice, its taking other pricing procedure. Where have i missed the settings. Please help

    Hi,
We have document pricing procedure maintained at two levels for Sales order or Billing type.
The pricing procedure is determined based on SAles Area Customer pricing procedureDocument Pricing procedure+pricing procedure.
Example :For Sales Document type the document pricing rpocedure will be A and for billing type 'B"
    Sales Area1A+Pricing procedure A
    Sales Area1B+Pricing procedure B
Now A will be maintained in VOV8 and B will be maintained in VOFA.So two pricing procedures.

  • Export Sale without Tax and Without Excise duty

    Hi Experts
    The Scenario is like this
The material has no tax and no excise duty (e.g Books)
how to configure this Export sale scenario  for Books
    Thanks in advance

    Dear
For creating Export sales scenario, create  Export sales org ZEXP, create distribution channel might be EX, do the required plant etc assignment to Sales org-distribution channel.Create seperate sales order , delivery and billing type and maintain required copy control between them. Create export customer, custommer pricing procedure02 in customer master sales area data-sales, document pricing procedure "N" in VOV8 & vofa.
If u are following taxinn, then you may copy jinexp for pricing prosedure. Pricing procedure must contain condition types for frieght and insurance. Then assign the procedure to sales area.
Please maintain account determination in vkoa with sales org customer account grp, material account grp, account key. Assign separate GLs according to the requirement
pls revert for any further query
    Thanks

  • Pricing procedure change

    HI expert,
Please let know which scenario at the time of creation sales order having different pricing procedure and at time of creation of billing document having different  Pricing.
    Best Regards
    Shashi Singh

    Hi,
The variant in Pricing between BILLING & SALES will be only at the INTERCOMPANY BILLING SCENARIO
In the Intercompany billing process, The Customer places the order with Company code A , as the company A does not have the stock of the material it places it with the Company code B ( here both are under same Company and these should be considered as COMPANY CODES)
Company code directly delivers the goods to Customer  and Company A bill to customer and Company B inturn bills to Company A.
Billing of Company B to Company A will be done with reference to the same Delivery document as it was done for General Billing ( from Company A to Cstomer)
Pricing procedure assigned to these is done in OVKK with change in SALES DOCUMENT PRICING PROCEDURE & BILLING DOCUMENT PRICING PROCEDURE.
For Billing between these two company code, you have to define an INTERCOMPANY CUSTOMER and assign this to the Company A.
Apart from the Intercompany process, you can also define different pricing procedures as per your client requirement.

  • Condition Type  not displaying on the pricing procedure

Hello We are copying a sales order contract with reference to a sales order but we want a condition on the contract pricing procedure to be determined. Now I know I could redetermine pricing by selecting these option but we can't do that as there could be  a year difference so we need the old pricing. B    Carry out new pricing C    Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the others e.g. Sales Order  Pricing Procedure XXXX                         Conditions ZPR0                          Conditions ZHD1 Create Contract with reference to sales order    Contract  Pricing Procedure yyyyy                         Conditions ZPR0                          Conditions ZHD1                         Conditions ZNEW In the analysis the condition ZNEW has the "Condition without condition record (not relevant)" As I mention in new pricing it appears

    Hi Roy,
    Trust you are doing good,
I have gone through the question which you have asked but its not clear what do you want to exactly do.
Pricing Procedure XXXX                         Conditions ZPR0                          Conditions ZHD1 Create Contract with reference to sales order    Contract  Pricing Procedure yyyyy                         Conditions
Here you talking about two different pricing procedures..or you talking in terms of pricing values.
    Please highlight.
    Thank you,

  • Excise CIN amounts not updated in TAX field in Sales Order Pricing

    Hi,
I am not getting the Excise Amount [CIN] i.e BED + ECS + SHE Cess in Tax field of Sales Order Pricing Procedure. only Sales Tax amount is showing.
Plz let me know, where did I go wrong in the Configuration.
    Thanx in advance.
    with best regards
    Jabbar

    Abdul,
What you have said is correct with regards to condition record creation, excise rate picking and its calculation.
On clicking the "analysis" button in pricing screen (Sales item details --> condition -->) try to analyse for each condition type
    we can resolve it
Check within the condition type whether you have entered condition category = D, it must be like this
    Cond. class   =  D Taxes
    Calculat.type  = A Percentage
    Cond.category = D Tax
In Pricing Procedure Activate "Statistical" Indicator, it will definitely appear in the tax field.

  • To make the Pricing Condition types inactive in Pricing Procedure

    Hi Experts,
I am facing a senario where, in a sales order, pricing procedure, if one of the pricing condition type does not exist, then two other condition types (even though they are determined by condition records), should be either made inactive or should not appear in the pricing procedure.
Example: If I have 3 condition types in Pricing Proc say
    YYY1, YYY2, YYY3, then the scenarios are
    a. If one of the condition types YYY1 is not determined, then, YYY2 and YYY3 should not be either determined in the sales order or should be made inactive. This same logic applies to both YYY2 and YYY3.
    b. If all three condition types are determined in Pricing Proc of the sales order, then, the price should be considered.
If it was just YYY1 then, I could have done it in VOFM by writing a routine and assigning it to YYY2 and YYY3 in pricing proc. However, the scenario is to check the other condition types as well and make YYY1 inactive if any of the other condition type does not exist. Both condition types are determined after YYY1 which is another difficulty.
I tried creating a dummy condition type  and assigning it to Pricing Proc (at the end of Pricing Proc). For this dummy condition I put in a pricing requirement which checks for all three condition types and if one does not exist, then it make other conitions inactive.
However, this does not work in VA02 and VA03 as XKOMV is either not getting filled up or even if is getting filled, it is not having the condition type. It some times has condition records, and sometimes not... (not very sure why)
So, I was thinking of using user exit for the same. However, I was unable to find a suitable user exit for the same where KONV table can be read or XKOMV can be filled.
Can you please suggest if any user exit can be used for this or if we can implement it in a different way?
    Regards,
    Mukund S

    Hi,
I think you can use condition exclusion functionality to select best pricing condition from a set of conditions in pricing.  You can compare conditions in many ways.
I believe you can plot a solution with little research.  The below link is for your reference.

  • Which one pricing procedure&pricing type take effect?

I assign the different pricing procedures to the master data FF.and document type A respectively.
And the procedures contain multiple pricing types.
When I entry a sales document with document type A and master data FF.
which procedure and condition type would take effect? or they take place together?
    thanks

    Dear Humility,
which procedure and condition type would take effect? or they take place together?
The pricing procedure will get determine based on these combination
Sales areaDocument pricing procedure of A document typeCustomer pricing procedure of FF--->Pricing procedure.
So what is the procedure you have assigned for this combination in OVKK transaction same pricing procedure will take effect.
What are all the condition types maintained in that procedure all will take effect. But values will come based on the settings you have done for those condition types.
I hope this will clear for you,
    Regards,

AS Per Customer Payment Confirmation we Create Export Billing Invoice (T-code VF01) on basis of Outbound delivery.
Issue -: AS per export Billing Rule we don't want to update Excise Condition type in Export Billing Document, and at same time it should not create any accounting entries for same condition type. we Dont want excise Duity in Export Billing Document as Export Billing Doccumnet aslo Follow Pricing procedure of Sale order
Should i create new Pricing procedure or what other things to solve above issue.
    Please help me out
    Thanks and Regards
    Pash@SD

    Hello,
The key to your requirement can be maintenance of Excise condition type with proper access sequence and accordingly maintain condition record for them.
You create an access sequence with following access:
    - Country / Plant / PlntRegion / Region / Price grp / Mat.pr.grp / Materia
    - Country / Plant / PlntRegion / Region / Price grp / Mat.pr.grp
    - Country / Plant / PlntRegion / Region / TaxCl1Cust / Mat.pr.grp
    - Country / Plant / PlntRegion / TaxCl1Cust / Mat.pr.grp
For export maintain condition record based on any key combination, say for
    Country / Plant / PlntRegion / TaxCl1Cust / Mat.pr.grp - Tax % - Tax Code
    FR / 1000 / KR / 03 (EXPORT) / 04 / 0% / V1
I hope this can assist you.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Export sales  pricing procure-

    Hello Gurus
    Goodafternoon every body,
We have one requirement  for export sales: for this industry   no excise duty  is there  but  they will pay customs  duty  ,   how to configure in  export pricing procedure ( for this industry all other taxes are excempted ),looking for your  inputs on this.
    Thank you inadvance,
    Regards
    Ravi.M

I dont know which industry you were talking about but to the best of my knowledge, in exports, there is neither excise duty nor customs duty.  In order to fulfil both for Excise and Customs rules and regulations, exporters will create ARE-1.  In this ARE-1, exporters will declare that the exports is either with Letter of Undertaking, Bond or Rebate.
Nevertheless, still if you want to capture customer duty if any, the same can be addressed by maintaining a condition type in VK11 with calculation type as percentage and assigned to your pricing procedure.
    thanks
