Extract OPTION from JSP

I have this JSP code:

And my question is, how can I extract which OPTION user select from SELECT menu? I need this value as parameter to method nastavHladane(int, WHAT USER SELECT???)...Please help.

no, can't you read?
Servlets handle the business logic, JSP the display of the results.
So your request it handled by a servlet which provides (through for example request and session parameters) data to a JSP which uses JSTL to display that result.
Repeat as needed.
