Extractor - finished with RC:8 - Incorrect Client. Called 001

Hello experts,
In our Solution manager in SLG1 we are having the following error:
=> Finished with RC: 8  ( INCORRECT CLIENT. CALLED: 001 REACHED: 100 )
Message no. BL001
Normally 100 is the client we use for the configuration of Solution Manager. Could you please help how to solve this?
In which step of Solman Configuration should we check and correct this issue?
Thanks and Regards

Hi,
Can you check this in BASIC config.
Use report : RS_MANDT_UNIQUE_SET function module
Now solman setup say
"If you have copied your SAP Solution Manager from the default client 001 to another client (such as client 100), and you want to use the local BW configuration in the copied client, execute the RS_MANDT_UNIQUE_SET function module for the new client"
Also check with RSA1.

Divyanshu

    What am I doing wrong? I should add that the queue and the
    MDB actually work. I just want to get rid of the error message.
    I have found out that the error message comes from the class
    jrun.jms.wrapper.enterprise.JRunConnectionFactoryWrapper, method
    createQueueConnection, when instance variable m_useContainerAuth is
    false.

    I dont think you should it on server-side - you can do it in client side logic. Start playing live stream - if no data is coming - i think you can use ns.time for checking this - then switch to recorded file play.

  • Client export/ import:  tp finished with error 16

    Hi folks,
    I am facing an error while doing client import. I was planning for QA refresh, but ultimately decided to do a client export/import from production to QA. Export in production completed in 3 minutes, db size is around 100 gb. Created a new client in QA and while importing the tp finished with return code 16. When I compared the Z tables with PRD system, there were no entries in the Z tables copied to QA.
    Can anyone suggest as what can be done for successful import or is there any alternative way to do this? This is required to be done asap.
    Regards,
    Sai R.

    Hi Sai,
    I don't know what you did here, because I do have NEVER seen an client export of 100GB in 3 minutes ! => I expect, that more or less nothing got exported ...
    Z-tables .... I do hope, that your QA System contains on these Z tables as well and you are only talking on the contents of the tables that you want to copy over ...
    => This works automatically if you use something like SAPALL profile or so (if the export is successful)
    You should at least export export files of 5-10% of your client size => 5-10GB - otherwise you should check the export first ...

  • Struggling with Send XML to client

    Hi,
    I am using WL Process Integrator 2.1 with WL 6.1.
    I am trying to do do an example of the "Client Call Addin Response DTD" i.e. pass
    an XML document to an external java
    program.
    As given in docs :
    http://e-docs.bea.com/wli/docs70/devclient/appa.htm#1120726
    1. I have created a template definition
    2. Defined a XML doc. (as per the Client Callin Request DTD) and attached to ActionSendXMLToClient
    event as shown below.
    <call-addin name="mywlpi.addinimpl" mode="async">
    <actionid>959395846210</actionid>
    <parm>itemNumber</parm>
    </call-addin>
    3. "mywlpi.addinimpl" is a java program I created
    4. Now, the problem I run into is when I run from Worklist (Swing client program),
    it errors out saying it cannot find this
    class file:
    ClassNotFoundException: mywlpi.AddInImpl
    java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: mywlpi.AddInImpl
    at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:200)
    5. I have included the class file in a .jar and included in the
    SVRCP of startWebLogic.cmd file. Also, when I create a Business
    Operation from Studio, I can locate this Java class. So, I am
    not sure what is missing. The strange part is when I run from the
    Worklist JSP page, it errors out saying :
    "Cannot execute this task, because it is already done." The task
    is not yet done.
    Is there someone who can help me here? Any suggestions
    appreciated!!
    Thanks,
    SLN

    Hi Sudhar.
    I don't think your workflow will execute the next node before you mark the current
    node as done. Conseqently setting the done in the decision box isn't possible.

    any ideas? should you always mark a task as done on the same task?

    Polaka

    Hi Polaka,
    the Error clearly tells the root cause...
    Some used DC's not avilable Locally, You Have to sync used DC's for the project.
    This means that the DC for which you have created project structure is now present on your Local client DTR, but the same DC is using some other DCs as dependencies. And these used DC(s) are not available on your Local Client DTR.
    Please perform the below mentioned steps...
    1) The DC for which you are creating the project structure, is having dependecies on other DCs.
    2) Open the public parts of that DC and check the Used DCs that are needed.
    3) You need to create the project structure of those used DCs too from Inactive DCs view.
    4) Also make sure that buildtime depencies are also sychronized from Active DC view.
    If the problem still persists, then i would request you to provide the following details.
    1) Types of the DCs that you are using.
    2) in the CBS web UI,
    -->(http://<host>:<port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc.CBS.WebUI/WebUI)
    -->Here, find out the build spaces specific to your track inside Buildspaces Table.
    <SID>_<TrackName>_D
    check the Development buildspace of your track whether it is consistent or not?
    3) If the build space is having some broken DCs then provide the Logs of the Build failure on CBS for those broken DCs.

    Shreyas Pandya

  • Problem with SAX parser - entity must finish with a semi-colon

    Hi,
    I'm pretty new to the complexities of using SAXParserFactory and its cousins of XMLReaderAdapter, HTMLBuilder, HTMLDocument, entity resolvers and the like, so wondered if perhaps someone could give me a hand with this problem.
    In a nutshell, my code is really nothing more than a glorified HTML parser - a web page editor, if you like. I read in an HTML file (only one that my software has created in the first place), parse it, then produce a Swing representation of the various tags I've parsed from the page and display this on a canvas. So, for instance, I would convert a simple <TABLE> of three rows and one column, via an HTMLTableElement, into a Swing JPanel containing three JLabels, suitably laid out.
    I then allow the user to amend the values of the various HTML attributes, and I then write the HTML representation back to the web page.
    It works reasonably well, albeit a bit heavy on resources. Here's a summary of the code for parsing an HTML file:
          htmlBuilder = new HTMLBuilder();
    parserFactory = SAXParserFactory.newInstance();
    parserFactory.setValidating(false);
    parserFactory.setNamespaceAware(true);
    FileInputStream fileInputStream = new FileInputStream(htmlFile);
    InputSource inputSource = new InputSource(fileInputStream);
    DoctypeChangerStream changer = new DoctypeChangerStream(inputSource.getByteStream());
    changer.setGenerator(
       new DoctypeGenerator()
          public Doctype generate(Doctype old)
             return new DoctypeImpl
             old.getRootElement(),
                              old.getPublicId(),
                              old.getSystemId(),
             old.getInternalSubset()
          resolver = new TSLLocalEntityResolver("-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN", "xhtml1-transitional.dtd");
          readerAdapter = new XMLReaderAdapter(parserFactory.newSAXParser().getXMLReader());
          readerAdapter.setDocumentHandler(htmlBuilder);
          readerAdapter.setEntityResolver(resolver);
          readerAdapter.parse(inputSource);
          htmlDocument = htmlBuilder.getHTMLDocument();
          htmlBody = (HTMLBodyElement)htmlDocument.getBody();
          traversal = (DocumentTraversal)htmlDocument;
          walker = traversal.createTreeWalker(htmlBody,NodeFilter.SHOW_ELEMENT, null, true);
          rootNode = new DefaultMutableTreeNode(new WidgetTreeRootNode(htmlFile));
          createNodes(walker); However, I'm having a problem parsing a piece of HTML for a streaming video widget. The key part of this HTML is as follows:
                <object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"
                  id="client"
            width="100%"
            height="100%"
                  codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/swflash.cab">
                  <param name="movie" value="client.swf?user=lkcl&stream=stream2&streamtype=live&server=rtmp://192.168.250.206/oflaDemo" />
             etc....You will see that the <param> tag in the HTML has a value attribute which is a URL plus three URL parameters - looks absolutely standard, and in fact works absolutely correctly in a browser. However, when my readerAdapter.parse() method gets to this point, it throws an exception saying that there should be a semi-colon after the entity 'stream'. I can see whats happening - basically the SAXParser thinks that the ampersand marks the start of a new entity. When it finds '&stream' it expects it to finish with a semi-colon (e.g. much like and other such HTML characters). The only way I can get the parser past this point is to encode all the relevant ampersands to %26 -- but then the web page stops working ! Aaargh....
    Can someone explain what my options are for getting around this problem ? Some property I can set on the parser ? A different DTD ? Not to use SAX at all ? Override the parser's exception handler ? A completely different approach ?!
    Could you provide a simple example to explain what you mean ?
    Thanks in anticipation !

    You probably don't have the ampersands in your "value" attribute escaped properly. It should look like this:
    value="client.swf?user=lkcl&stream=...{code}
    Most HTML processors (i.e. browsers) will overlook that omission, because almost nobody does it right when they are generating HTML by hand, but XML processors won't.

    Hi Michal,
    Login with ora<SID> and check whether you are able to connect to sqlplus ( do steps as below )
    1. sqlplus "/as sysdba"
    2. select status from v$instance.
    Let us know the ouput of both the command

  • Asynchronous client call - WS-Addressing

    Hi,
    I’m trying to initiate an asynchronous BPEL process from an external SOAP client i.e. the client calls the BPEL process and it calls back with a response.
    I can see from the Dev Guide that a WS-Addressing ReplyTo is required within the client request but from experimenting it seems that this must contain not just the mandatory Address but also the optional PortType and ServiceName elements (filled out with the QNames for the portType and service within the WSDL). Otherwise I get SOAP Faults back indicating Null pointers or Class Not Found. Once these are included the callback to the client works fine. Can you confirm that these elements are in fact required?
    Also why should the ServiceName be necessary as the physical callback endpoint is supplied by the client via the Address Element (the service in the WSDL just has a placeholder http://set.by.caller)? For that matter, shouldnt the BPEL process already know the callback portType already (as it'll be part of its invoke settings)?
    Many thanks,
    James
    www.magoosoft.com

    The ServiceName and PortType can be figured out at BPEL engine side. This is acutally a bug that we fixed for 10.1.2 GA.
    Thanks for your feedback.

  • JCD - making a web service client call from a jcd

    Hi,
    We would like to make web service client calls from our jcd's in Java CAPS 5.1.2 to an external web services running under a Tomcat 5.5 servlet.
    What is the recommended method of calling web services from a jcd?
    We attempted to import a WSDL and use the wsdl object but that failed.
    One alternative I thought of is generating the client classes from Axis 1.3 and importing an external .jar file with those classes plus the necessary jar to run Axis.
    Our external web services are typed as docment/literal, wrapped.
    Thanks

    The recommended way to make Web Services calls from a Java Collaboration is to use the support for this feature in JCaps 5.1.2. This means using the WSDL as an OTD and linking it to an external web service on the connectivity map.
    If you have trouble using the WSDl as an OTD you can open a support case with Sun support (http://goldstar.stc.com/support).

    Frederik

  • Viewing programs in SE80 is finished with damp

    Hallo, Colleagues!
    There is a some strange behavior of ABAP. When the damp appeared (damp - SYNTAX_ERROR) there is no way to look throught the program, all attempts in SE80 finished with this damp again. And this is with all the programs(I cant view it in SE80) . It seems that ABAP is fallen down. Are there any ways to repair it?

  • Add-In Installation with another client than 001

    We installed a BI 70 Abap system and then we installed the the Java ADD-in using another client than 001  (ie 100).
    What we have to do to switch the UME to the client 100 client ?
    We read note 917950 but is not more clear what we should do.

    Hi
    I still got the problem.
    Here is some more details
    1. "Central Instance Java Add-in" installation.
    2. The step is "ABAP UME" (Enter the J2EE engine user passwords). System ask user to enter password of administrator user, password of communication user, and password for SDM.
    I enter a password like james123, it does not go to next screen. then I try to input other passwords, it does not go to next screen either.  Does password cause the problem? What's the rule of password? And what's the return code 2 in below log file?
    Here is the information which I can find out in file sapinst_dev.log.

  • Count Number of WebService Client Calls

    Hi erverybody,
    I want to write an Webservice that return a String, after a certain number of clients (MaxClients=20) have called the webservice. After the String has been returned, the Clients continue their work, but they have to wait until all the clients called that service
        int MaxClients=20;
        int CurrentNoOfClients=0;
         * Web service operation
        @WebMethod(operationName = "count20Calls")
        public String count20Calls(@WebParam(name = "X")
        String parameter) {
            this.CurrentNoOfClients=this.CurrentNoOfClients+1;
            System.out.println("Number of Clients Client :"+this.CurrentNoOfClients);
            //Here is the code I am looking for
            return "This method has been called "+MaxClients+" times. You can continue";
        }Has anybody an idea
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Amit
    I think this could be done with a calculated keyfigure.Try this solution. Create a calcuated keyfigure Ex "Count", go to edit mode for this KF and write a formula "('Amount'==0) and this outputs "1" for the KF if the condition is true.
    Now to get the count for each countries which have amount "0" filter the query on the basic of Country or just give the user option to pick the country while executing the report
    Assign points if helpful
    Thanks
