Facebook problem in new feed

Plz fix the problem in newfeed wont,t get new feed Plz fix it

Hi,
NEVER delete the files manually. As a admins we have to follow proper Uninstall and reinstall procedures as above one gentle man said.
Here we will definately have some extra files also, like sapreorg, and backup file manually created if . Those also should be uninstalled properly.
Also, we should maintain one back up copy of our file systems in each servers.
just refer my system file structure, and proceed further.

Facebook problems with new macbook pro. I can't publish photo albums to timeline. I can't share items onto timeline. Photos I'm tagged in don't appear on my timeline. Any help?

Yes! Been living in a hellish nightmare since Sept-Oct. Unlike you, however, Apple has been of no help. They say the iPad is unhackable, plist and crash reports are none of my business and who understands them anyway, their route tracing apps are probably not reliable. The best they could do was wipe the iPad clean. Lost photos they said would be in the cloud....
Almost immediately was back in somebody's VPN, their remote controller, video, audio, working. Got the purple buddy for the first time today. I have been invaded, my iPad no longer feels like my own, I have lost thanksgiving, Christmas, new year trying to track down the invaders, signed up for a Cisco course, set/reset passwords.
I don't know who else to contact... Or what next to do.
I've read similar frustration in other posts, scattered around the support communities. Yours is the only one that has worked toward a solution.
How did you get anyone at apple to look at your logs and acknowledge there is a problem?
Would be happy for a suggestion on how to proceed. Already been the apple store genius and tech on phone route.

  • Facebook cant load news feed and cant search at the web browser

Facebook in my z10 cant access my messages,my profile and cant load news feed. When i tried to use my Facebook using my web browser it seems it's not loading. I tried to reboot and reset my wifi but still the same. Pls some one help me version 10.2

I am having the same problem...

  • Facebook images on news feed

I updated my iPhone 5s to 8.1.1 and since that time images no longer show in my FB news feed. Is there something strange going on here? I even restored my phone to factory setting, reinstalled FB and still the same issue. Videos work fine.

I've discovered this only occurs when connected to wifi. When I turn off wifi and switch to LTE everything loads fine.

  • Problem establishing new feeder channels following an election when ReplicationGroupAdmin or DbPing used

This question pertains to 5.0.84.  I didn't find any prior posts here with specifically the same problem.
My application uses JE HA with replication across 4 nodes.  We've been testing various failure scenarios in which we network-isolate the Master node.  We see the 3 surviving replicas call an election, a Master is determined, feeder channels are established and the overall replication group resumes its expected functionality.   We also tested scenarios in which the Master of the now-reduced 3-node replication group is similarly network-isolated.    The results generally worked but were less consistent when the group transitions from 3 to 2 nodes.   We thought that adjusting the quorum (electable group size override) was the proper way to address this issue and had good results by manually adjusting the electable group size override downward.
We implemented a StateChangeListener and in its stateChange() method are attempting to automate adjustment of the electable group size override by calling getNodeState() methods of (alternately) DbPing and ReplicationGroupAdmin to query each of the possible 4 nodes to see which were reachable and in a non-DETACHED state.    However, it appears that the very use of either DbPing or ReplicationGroupAdmin within our application at any node causes the establishment of feeder channels following an election of a new Master to fail (regardless the number of surviving electable nodes).    This seems rather counterintuitive, or that introducing either DbPing or ReplicationGroupAdmin within our application code introduces a Heisenberg uncertainty principle-effect in which attempting to observe the number of active nodes causes the behavior of the replication group, or more specifically--the feeder channel establishment--to change.    Is there a prohibition against using either DbPing, ReplicationGroupAdmin, or the getNodeState() methods within an electable node application?   Likewise do using these objects/methods within a monitor app cause a change in behavior among electable nodes following an election?    We seem to be observing such behavior.
    Thanks,
    Ted

The issue is that you're hitting an unsupported model by violating the contract of the StateChangeListener by issuing an expensive operation in the middle of the stateChange method. From http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17277_02/html/java/com/sleepycat/je/rep/StateChangeListener.html#stateChange(com.sleepycat.je.rep.StateChangeEvent), we caution:
void stateChange(StateChangeEvent stateChangeEvent) throws RuntimeException ....
This method should do the minimal amount of work, queuing any resource intensive operations for processing by another thread before returning to the caller, so that it does not unduly delay the other housekeeping operations performed by the internal thread which invokes this method.
In other words, we really mean that the work done by stateChange should not issue any I/O or network communication, and if it does so, it should let this thread return, and do the expensive work in another thread.
While an application can certainly use DbPing or ReplicationGroupAdmin, the problem is that the state change listener is executing within the critical paths of the replication group state changes. You mentioned monitors, and an alternate model of watching and managing replication group membership is to use http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17277_02/html/java/com/sleepycat/je/rep/monitor/Monitor.html. This class, and the associated MonitorStateChangeListener, run outside the ReplicatedEnvironment, and could be another way of implementing application logic.
So in summary, you should either use com.sleepycat.je.rep.monitor.Monitor* to implement your logic, or have the implementation of StateChangeListener provoke another thread to do the work asynchronously, so that stateChange() can return quickly.
Please let me know if this helps.
    Thanks,
    Bogdan

  • Is anyone else getting "No stories to show" on their facebook news feed since the ios 6 update?

Ever since I downloaded the ios 6 update, I can no longer access my news feed on the facebook app.  It consistently tells me there are no stories to show.  I have done a hard reboot, shut the phone off then turned back on, reinstalled the facebook app about 5 times.  I don't know what else to do.  I know I couldn't possibly be the only person this is happening to.

I think this might have something to do with wireless connections.
Downloads and browsing appear somewhat faster while using my mobile carrier's network but very slow on my home wireless or any other wireless.
I have not experienced problems with autocorrect yet.

  • IPhoto goes right to my facebook "News Feed" page instead of publishing photos.

When Iphoto asks me "Do you want to set up IPhoto to publish to facebook?", I click "SET UP". The next screen goes right to my facebook "News Feed" page instead of allowing me to publish photos. what do I ned to do to get it to publish instead of going to news feed? I have never had a problem with my IPhoto '09 before, but suddenly I can't publish to facebook

  • Why does my Firefox freeze when I open my news feed on Facebook?

For a few days now, everytime I go to my news feed on Facebook, Firefox freezes and I have to force it to stop. This means everytime I click on the Facebook logo or go to www.facebook.com.
I have already reinitialised Firefox, but that doesn't help the problem.
    Why is this happening?

Ok... I found a temporarily fix... go to facebook.com, then click the (X) button in the bar to make the page stop loading. it should only be half loaded... if firefox locks up, you waited too long. Click on your name in the corner. Then when that loads, click home, next to your name!!!!! There is your news feed! Hope this works... It worked for me. Enjoy!!!

  • N97 facebook app NEWS FEED and WALL display issue

I've noticed a few people posting on Facebook fan pages for Nokia N97 orig and mini that the NEWS FEED and WALL pages are blank, yet you can login and view other pages such as FRIENDS, PHOTOS and INBOX.
When refreshing NEWS FEED and WALL, the page refreshes with no error, but does not display anything.
I changed all my facebook privacy settings to defaults in case that was the problem, but no luck. Also confirmed that the NOKIA application was allowed to access information in my facebook account.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

I haven't used the standard Facebook app for over a year ! Try Nokia Social Messaging from beta labs (as mentioned) also Socially really good as an alternative, I use both.

No issues with Facebook scrolling in the sidebar here on v10.9 and Safari 7.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
    Click:  Remove All Website data.
    Now empty the Safari cache.
Back to Safari  > Preferences, select the Advanced tab.
Select:  Show Develop menu in menu bar
Now click Develop from the menu bar. From the drop down menu click Empty Caches.
Quit and relaunch Safari. Try Facebook.

  • Facebook news feed cpu resource hog on Firefox.

Anyone else seeing this bug on Firefox. I'm using 32 bit on netbook. When I switched to other tabs, the cpu usage drop immediately. When I switched back to facebook news feed/home tab, the cpu usage will shoots up to 100% and does not drop.
I only have vimperator and noscripts addons. I've already tried disable javascript on facebook but still the same. No problem with Chromium, though. I've noticed recently that google plus feed on chromium become cpu hog too on my netbook but not on Firefox.

No, I haven't tried with nightly, but I did tried with aurora from heftig repo and still the same problem on newsfeed. Two weeks ago, facebook on firefox, the cpu usage was normal.

  • Facebook app on iPad air news feed stops and won't load more

When I scroll down news feed on Facebook app, it stops after less than 1 hr ago. There is a grey circle and I can pull down, but it won't load more. I tried re downloading app, but it still stops after only a few stories.

Definitely a lag, but reloading did not help. It just stops after a few stories, but if I quit and come back, it will usually go a bit further back. I recently upgraded to the Ipad air. Never had this problem with my old Original Ipad. Any other ideas?
