Falsche cs6 version: windows statt mac

hi leute, ich habe mir vor 4 wochen die cs6 version online gekauft und heute erst heruntergeladen, dabei musste ich feststellen, dass es eine windowsersion ist, obwohl ich eine für mac benötige. ich habe nun eine rückgabe eingeleitet, ist hier wohl ein problemloser umtausch möglich? vielleicht hatte ja mal jemand ein ähnliches problem?

You buy another license or move to Creative Cloud. Perpetual licenses are platform specific. Only CCM will allow you to use your 2 activations on different operating systems. Otehr than that, Macs can of course run Windows via Bootcamp....

How to set up EPSON Scan 3.07 to work in Adobe Photoshop CS6 Import window in Mac OS 10.9.4 Mavericks

Photoshop CS6 will not allow me to scan pictures with my EPSON Perfection 2480 PHOTO scanner like it did when I used Photoshop CS2. Although I downloaded the newest driver (EPSON Scan 3.07A), and placed it's plugin directly into Photoshop CS6 Plug-ins Folder, it is still not showing up in the Import/ Import Images from Device menu option. Is there a way to get this to work? Granted, I am able to use EPSON Scan outside of Photoshop, but I'd rather just scan while in Photoshop CS6. (I am using on a Mac using OS X version 10.9.4 Mavericks.)

More than likely your Twain driver is 32-bit and Photoshop CS6 is pure 64-bit. So you should look at the ideas in this article.

I have a problem with pop-up menus in CS6 (13.0.5) and ACR (white balance) under Mac OS 10.8.5.
I have been working with photoshop on PC under Windows for the years. I recently had to switch to CS6 on Mac.
I can no longer place my cursor in the Photo Filter preset mode (or ACR white balance presets) field and use arrow keys to quickly toggle through different presets/modes to find the ideal mode.
I know that with Shift+ an Shift- one can toggle between blend modes (Layers). But these keyboard combinations do not work for Photo Filter and other pop-up/drop down menus.
I used to be able to preview a lot of filters (or other modes) in seconds to choose the optimal. Now I have to click this button and click again on each photo filter. This is lengthening enormous the process.
On my Mac, I can certainly click in the menu and use the arrow key to go up and down but what that does not do is apply the blend mode, unless I also press Return. But pressing Return kicks you out of the menu so you have to start the click/arrow/Enter cycle again, which is a long way just to try the next blend mode.
It is very annoying. Please help! Thank you very much!

CS6 for windows on mac laptop and windows desktop?

I have a CS6 license for windows but want to use the same license on my desktop Windows PC and my laptop mac, is it possible?

Only if you run Windows in Parallels or Bootcamp on the Mac and run CS6 in the virtual Windows environment.
If not, the other option is to join the Cloud.

You are not likely to be able to convert your CS4 license/version from Windows to Mac. Platform conversions are only supported for current releases, which would be CS6. Creative Cloud subscriptions allow for either or both platforms to be supported.

Somehow I'm pretty confident that I'm understanding you a lot better than you understand my post.
I understand you are using an ME version of Photoshop, so you need to be able to write both from left to right and from right to left. You seem to be having problems reversing direction from one of the menu items, and those problems arise when you work with very large files.
What I am telling you is that what may be precipitating those problems in large files is the very little hard drive space you have left in your one and only drive you have designated as your primary scratch disk, as evidenced by your screen shot:
Since that drive "OS X" appears to be also your boot drive, that means that the paltry 12 GB of HD space you have left on that drive will have to be shared by Photoshop's scratch disk with the swap files of the OS. That is not enough, in my opinion.
I like to reserve a dedicated hard drive with 160 GB for Photoshop's scratch disk alone.
Hope I explained myself better this time.
