Please help with the syntax needed to find the first date (Monday) of the current week

You can try this:
select next_day(sysdate-7,'Mon') from dual;
(in my Slovak language it is
select next_day(sysdate-7,'Pon') from dual;)

Without predictability to the data, the ability to identify the placement of the final period (.) in a string and then display that final portion is impossible with the given functions provided in WebI. Two factors are against us here: 1) you cannot perform a loop (a do, while, end or similiar construct), or 2) there is no "reverse" function. a Reverse function reads a column (string) and places the last character first, the second-to-last character second, etc, etc. If there were a reverse function you could reverse the string and then use the POS function to find the first period, then use the left function on what is returned and then reverse again to put it in the original sequence again. I'm working with MS SQL Server and there is a reverse function there, but I'm not sure what your database vendor is. If you have a reverse function in your DB engine, perhaps you can perform your string manipulation via the universe, dressing it up at the DB layer and using WebI to perform the reporting phase.

Did you check your Library in iTunes?
Under the view menu is View options, make sure "Kind" and "Purchase Date" are enabled, then sort the items in your Library by clicking where it says "Kind" and "Purchase Date"
The ringtone should come right up to the top as it was the last item purchased.
It's also could be in your "purchased" folder on the left pane under iTunes Store

            I just want to clarify this doubt, you want the first character of the string you pass to the UDF i.e if input="E2HB" output="E"   and if input="1234"   output="1". If my assumption is correct you can try the UDF "firstChar" I have shown below this gives exactly the output you want

How to find first non zero value from the numeric value or string?

Hiii, Every body
I have one numeric indicator in which some valuse is coming with the decimal value, lets say 0.00013, now i want to find the first non-zero value from this numeric indicator, then what should i do to do so? i have converted it in the string, but i could not find any method to find first non-zero value from that string or either from the numeric indicator????
Can you please help me, how to do it? i have attached the vi and write all the description inside.

Use IW format - it will make solution NLS independent. And all you need is truncate 7<sup>th</sup> day of each month using IW:
select sysdate current_date,

How to find first day of any year using sql? Is there any function for it ?

If you want to stop a JATO request in its tracks, you have a little black
magic at your disposal: you can throw a CompleteRequestException. This
indicates to the JATO infrastructure that it should immeditately stop
handling the request, but not generate an error, as the develper has taken

point--it is a RuntimeException, and is "tunneled" through other exception
handlers where appropriate.
In your scenario, you want to check if the user is logged in, and if not,
save the target URL using the parsePathInfo() method. Then, forward to the
login page and then throw a CompleteRequestException.

I have accidentally erased a photo. It happened after the backup.

I am not aware you can extract a single photo or a single app's content from the backup, you can either restore the whole backup to your phone or not restore. If you restore your last backup to your phone then any content that is currently on your phone will be replaced with what was on it at the time that the backup was made - so if you do decide to restore, first copy off any purchases to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases, and copy any documents/files that you've udpated on the phone since the backup.

Extracting the first page from all pdf's in a folder and save them to a new file

As Bridge apparantly is unable to create a decent-looking PDF from a bunch of other PDF's, we're looking for alternative solutions. The problem is, that I haven't done much scripting in Acrobat.
Pseudocode:
Select Folder where PDF files are stored
Create list of PDF files
Get first page from each and add it to temporary new PDF
Save temporary new PDF in high quality
Would that be possible in Acrobat? And where would I start? I can't even find a Scripting Guide for Acrobat (like the ones for Illustrator and InDesign).. and there seems to be no sample scripts included either :-(

This can be done using a combination of an Action and a script. The script in the Action will collect the paths of the files you want to process and the folder-level script will extract the first page from each file and generate a new PDF from it. You don't need a plugin for this task, so you don't really need the SDK.

I sync via iCloud, everything is up to date except I am running OS X Maverick, I have checked in Mail in my iCloud account: nothing there / checked in the Notes application on the Mac: nothing there. Notes are syncing in the iCloud system preference panel but are nowhere to be found...

Photos in the iPhone's Camera Roll are not included with the iTunes sync process except for being included with the iPhone's backup which is updated at the first step during the iTunes sync process if the iPhone was being backed up with iTunes on your computer.
Photos/videos in the iPhone's Camera Roll can and should be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera which is not handled by iTunes.

I have tried to execute a query like this on the scott.emp table :

but I always get this message:

btw I use Oracle RDBMS ver 9.1.0.3 for Solaris in my server.

The FIRST and LAST functions, which became available with 9i, are used to find the first or last member of a ranked set. I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do, but I can show you a query that should work (I don't have 9i handy at the moment). This query should give you the departments with the highest (first) and lowest (last) aggregate salaries:
select deptno,
min(deptno)
keep (dense_rank first order by sum(sal) desc) highest_sal,
min(deptno)
keep (dense_rank last order by sum(sal) desc) lowest_sal
from emp
group by deptno

CRM- Find Service contract from Internal Order Number

I would like to know how to get service contract from internal oredr number.
From service contract we can find internal order number by using CRM_ORDER_READ function module- table et_document_flow, but my requirement is how to find service contract from Internal order number.Any function module or BAPI available for this requierement ?

Hi,
when the costs are transferred from CRM to R3, they are posted to an internal order. When a service order or incident is transferred to R3, we have to create an internal order for it, regardless of whether or not a contract has been assigned.
This is all linked to the logic used in CO to find the appropriate internal order. It works as follows:
The internal order is stored in the table IAOM_ASSIGNMENTS. This is accessed by a guid (the account assignment guid).
To get this guid, there is a second table IAOM_EXT_OBJ_INF. This table links the GUIDs coming from CRM, dependent on the CO Customizing for CRM (Mass Controlling, Header level, item level controlling etc.)
This is how we manage to link a service order to the internal order of a contract in the first place.
When we call CO, CO first looks for an assignment for the object guid passed. If a service order has been linked to a contract, nothing will be found for the object guid. CO will then check for assignments to the reference guid and find the contract entry.
If no contract has been assigned, CO will create an internal order based on the service order guid.
From a CRM point of view, costs are assigned directly to an item, and so it makes no sense to have a reference guid for the costs or the possibility to change the guid via BADI.
