Find SID from database for SQR

Question

Hello All,
Let's say we have an SQR report which is running via TWS on a PeopleSoft system with Oracle 10.2.0.3 in backend. We would like to find the SID of this job from the database so that we can find DB level wait events for this job.
Is there any particular SQL we can employ? I have the value of PRCSINSTANCE with me.

Sorry, I believe my question was put in wrong manner.
I don't have access to PeopleSoft or to change its code. When the job is running on the DB, my task is to find the SID of the job so that I can trace it to see its wait events.
As of now I use the below set of queries:

  FROM PS_PMN_PRCSLIST
WHERE OPRID = 'MAESTRO' AND RUNSTATUSDESCR LIKE '%Proc%';

However in some of the cases, we are not getting the SID correctly or the SID at all !!
Please advice how this can be sorted out? PeopleSoft version is 8.8 with peopleTools 8.49. Thanks.
