Fixed width for WebPart Zones with Tableless design lost width in IE8+, works fine in IE7 SharePoint 2010

Hi,
I am facing a weird issue in IE8 and above browser after changing the Tables to <div> (Table less) Design for SharePoint 2010 Layouts with Custom Web part Zones.
If no webpart is added in Zones the width is not staying. refer the above Screen shot.
A basic HTML with fixed width Div blocks no issue in IE8+. Only SharePoint this is a issue.
Any lights here please help.

We can use IE F12 developer tools to check the CSS style in this Web Part Zones.

Just updated from elements 11 to 13. When I try to use Levels in Elements 13. I click on the slider with my bamboo pen and nothing happens for a few seconds, sometimes not at all. This worked fine in Elements 11.

My MacBook Pro shut off three times yesterday after plugging my phone in but I managed to switch it back on each time. I left it to rest for about 20 hours and then today it Has been working fine all morning. Using indesign and Skype which usually slow it down anyway but it's been fine. Then I plugged my iPhone 4S into it and it just shut off again. But this time it won't switch back on. No idea why this has happened but I hadn't saved my work either. I'd not long plugged the charger in to it but now, it's still plugged in, but the light on it is very dim and is just flashing.
No idea what to do. Please help!

You have 10.6 on that machine, I suggest you stick with it for performance, third party hardware and software reasons as long as possible.
Consider 10.8 (not 10.7) when it's released, because 10.7 and 10.8 will require a new investment in software and newer third party hardware as it requires newer drivers the old machines won't have. (forced upgrade because of software, really nice of them)

Far as your Safari problem do these things until it's resolved:
1: Software Update fully under the Apple menu.
2: Check the status of your plug-ins and update (works for all browsers) also install Firefox and see if your problems continue. You should always have at least two browsers on the machine just in case one fails.

I'm almost certain my phone is the problem. I have gone through resetting the network settings a dozen times on my phone, even did it on my dad's. Now my texts are beginning to do the same when I text my fiance.
Resetting the network settings DOES work -- the problem is it will work for a day or two or for only a few hours - then I'll have to do it all over again.

Thanks, Flex harUI, for the direction in regards to isolating build changes. That aside (still working on it), can you offer any direction in regards to my original question on SDK and AIR compatibility? I'm specifically looking for a version compatibility mapping or anything that definitively states, "Flex SDK x.y.z works with the following versions of AIR". The new version of firefox does not shut down when I close the browser it continues running in the background. In addition it opens Adobe Reader for a brief time and then that closes. Everything worked fine before this new version.

From previous experience 3 indicates a shutdown initiated by the SMC (System Management Controller) — hardware responsible for many low-level functions including power, sleep, lights, and fan activity.
Try resetting it:
Power or other problems related to unexpected system sleep, shutdown, lights or fans call for an SMC reset. Read all the steps.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. If you did not do step 4 properly, start all over again.
