FRM-40735 AFTER EBS UPGRADE 12.1.1 TO 12.1.3

hi all ,
i have succesfully upgrade oracle ebs from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3
but i cannot open jsp page from form navigator, but if i open jsp page form home page nothing problem.
error will be saw :
this error FRM-40735: WHEN-LIST_ACTIVATED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-29532
this any clue for solve this problem ?

FRM-40735 is raised when there is a trigger violation correct? Are you sure that the error is related to your connection to the Cluster? Do you have any more detail on the Forms error?

In R12.1.3 we get FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception.

This is Sateesh, presently working on Designer migration project from Designer 2000 V1.3.2 to Designer 10g with headstart.I successfully completed the migration of repository from 1.3.2 to 6i and also migrated the headstart to 6i using simple upgrade method.After this i successfully migrated the repository from 6i to 10g and I compiled all the libraries using forms10g and then i generated all the 10g forms through designer.then 10g forms and libraries are deployed in Oracle Application Server and then we are trying to access the application then we are getting the messsage for most of the forms, i.e FRM-40735:PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled expception ORA-06508. Can you please help me out in this regard.

Yes,
that's right. FRM-40735 is a generic error message generated in case of form failure.
This may be as a result of failure while calling sub-programs in a form or any other problem.
For my case I had a call to a built in Package for which the user didnt have the privileges to execute that package.
So how did I find out?
EXCEPTION
WHEN OTHERS THEN
MESSAGE('SQLERRM: ' || SQLERRM);
exception handling does the trick. I got the real error that was causing the problem.
Error was: SQLERRM: xxx package does not exist. This made me think in the lines of either privileges or synonym problem. I found out that the user in the db doent have the execution privileges.
GRANT ALL ON xxxpackage TO xxxuser;

I am getting the above error when i am trying to change the Assignment Category field of
an employee from Junior Staff to Senior Staff.
Navigation People> Enter & Maintain> (B)Assignment.
Kindly assist me to resolve this error.
Plz note there is a promotion that is suppose to be given to some employees in our company as of
01-APR-2010 so i had to open the closed payroll periods and do the changes. I managed to change for all
the 9 employees but 1 employee's assignment is giving me an error as follows :
FRM-40735 POST- UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA- 01403
The error displays after i try to save the changes made to the Assignment Category from Junior Staff to Senior Staff.
NB: i have also tried to switch off the custom code...but its giving me same error.
Also the element links have been defined for employment category on the links window.

i am trying to change the employee assignment category from Junior to Senior. so when i am updating the assignment details on the assignment screen (Navigation is People >Enter & Maintain> Assignment) and trying to save, the system gives error on the status bar of the application as follows:

My Sales Order was giving following error when trying to open the form

Bounced the instance the issue was resolved.
Again today morning ,same issue started again after the daily bounce which is done bu a script.
This time I bounced Form server and issue was resolved.
Can someone help me in finding the root cause of this issue.
This is issue is happening only on one form (Sales Order ) !!!!!

This is a Standard form using cusom.pll.
This was working perfect for last 1 year.
There where no changes made in the forms or in the environment.
Only activity carried out was a rebooting of server.
Surprising it is working fine after boucing!!!!

I have a form that I migrated to 10g from 6i. I have no problems with it in 6i.
When I launch this migrated form on the web in 10g, I get the following error:

FRM - 40735 Error

In Oracle EBS 11i ->HRMS module , when opening any form showing error message like FRM -40735 and ora 6508.
And the error is only in this module. In other modules the forms are working. it has no error.
What is the reason for this? Can any solution for this?

Scenario: I have one Master Detail form. after entering values in master Form, Navigate to Detail form, there I have to enter more that 5000 lines, it's very tough for user to enter huge amount of data.
Workaround: Give one button on Master form and written a cursor to populate all the 5000(relavent) number of record on detail block.
Issue: while populating detail data block after around 3000 record detail form start showing Error as

ORA-01403: no data found clearly indicate that you have SQL Select statement in WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger and does not handled EXCEPTION
add exception in your select statement.

Migrate eBS 11.5.10.2 db 9.2.0.6 to new server eBS 12.1.1 db 11.1.0.6.
Path chosen: db 9.2 upgraded and migrated to db 11.1 using exp/imp to new server
After eBS 12.1.1 lay down file system in existing db 11.1 how to link existing db to apps tier and to start server services.

I did run db tier autoconfig I get:
AutoConfig completed with errors.
I checked the adconfig.log and at the part: ADX Database Utility is: Connection could not be obtained; returning null, and at the end I get message:
[PROFILE PHASE]
AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:
    Directory: D:\Oracle\prod\db\tech_st\11.1.0\appsutil\install\PROD_TEST1
      afdbprf.cmd             INSTE8_PRF         1
[APPLY PHASE]
AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:
    Directory: D:\Oracle\prod\db\tech_st\11.1.0\appsutil\install\PROD_TEST1
      adcrobj.cmd             INSTE8_APPLY       1
AutoConfig is exiting with status 2
The database is up and listener is up, why is not possible to connect through thin driver.
And apps tier autoconfig:
AutoConfig completed with errors.
Completed execution of AutoConfig
Checked the log file:
adadmat.pl              INSTE8_APPLY       1
Directory: D:\oracle\PROD\inst\apps\PROD_TEST1\admin\install
adsvalsn.cmd            INSTE8_APPLY       1
AutoConfig is exiting with status 30

Error when adding any menu - FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled

When I try to add any new menu in my newly cloned instance I get this error:
Error when adding any menu - FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled excpetion. ORA-04031.
Using Oracle EBS version 12.1.3.
Details:
Menu JOB_STRUCTURE_MENU
User Menu Name Job Strucure Menu
Menu Type Standard
Description Menu to add job, grade, and incentives
Seq = 1
Prompt = Enter and Maintain
Function = Combined Person & Assignment Form WF="US SHRMS TSKFLW
When I click save I get the error.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please post the details of the application release, database version and OS.

FRM-40735: ON-ERROR triggers raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

I get the following error message: FRM-40735: ON-ERROR triggers raised unhandled exception ORA-06508
after login in a Web forms application.
I tried the solution as described in the Headstart Manual, e.g. recompiling the libraries in the specified order.
All the libraries are in the working directory and has been included in FORMS60_PATH.
All the involved stored procedures and packages are valid.
the same application works fine as C/S.
Any clue?
Used configuration:
Forms 6i
Designer 6i r 4.11
Headstart 6.5
Oracle 8.1.7.4
Oracle 9ias r 1 running on Sun Solaris 64bit version 5.8

This is actually a pretty generic error and I would suggest running through the debugger to see the line of code it is actually failing at - that may make it easier to track.

Guru,
Today we changed few customization in CUSTOM.pll and regenerated it , but we received the following error message after login to application irrespective of any responsiblity/form
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger unhandled exception ORA-06508
So we reverted CUSTOM.pll change and recompiled successfuly. However we are still getting same error.
Kindly give us little light on it.

In addition to Hussein's post, Can you check the following notes, since you have changed & reverted the custom.pll
- Cannot Log into Oracle Applictions after the Custom.pll has been Changed [ID 146038.1]
