From database to text on buttons.

Question

I have constructed a database which I can retrieve data from.....no problem. However I need to retrieve text items from my database and display them onto a series of buttons. I have 4 names that I need to paint on 4 buttons so far. I can't seem to be able to convert the logic into code. please help.
Here's the method that retrieves the data.....
