GET_BLOCK Error Importing or Copying an Application - Report Layout Issue

I have an application that is throwing an error when I try to copy or import it using the Apex development environment. The error is:
ORA-20001: GET_STMT error. ORA-20001:

In order to get more detail about the error I ran an import of the application using SQLPlus and found out where it is failing. It fails in the ‘report layouts’ step.

Hello mwallace,
The behavior you are seeing is probably due to one of the VIs being added as a support file instead of a dynamic VI. When adding a file as a dynamic VI, Application builder will ensure that all subVIs are included.

  • Copy user-specific report layouts (table LTDX)

    Hi,
    We are implementing a "Single Sign On" solution and thus we need to
    copy all the SAP users to adapt their names to "windows user names".
    We copy all the user data and authorizations from SU01 but then we must
    copy too all the other user-dependent things. One of them are user-
    specific report layouts. We can copy the report variants because they
    are not user-dependent but is there any way to copy the user-specific
    layouts (table LTDX) from one user to another? Is there any transaction
    or report for it?

  • 11gR2- pdf report layout issue in chrome browser

    We are using 11gR2(11.1.2) forms and reports,when we run reports as pdf in chrome browser it has layout issues, spacing,no data etc, but the same reports works fine on internet explorer 8.
    Is there any settings required in chrome browser, or report server?, please help with this issue.

    Did you ever solve this problem? I have the same problem... In IE it centers the report in the ReportViewer control but in Google Chrome the ReportViewer shows the report to the left... Left aligned.... What is the fix for this? Mike in Los Angeles, California,

  • Error 500 running a tutorial application and other issues

    While I am following a tutorial at Oracle JDeveloper 12c (12.1.2) Tutorials - Building a Web Application Using EJB, JPA, and JavaServer Faces it is refusing to run more than once.
    When I re-run the application after making changes, it throws error 500 with the below exception stack until it is un-deployed. Once un-deployed, it runs once fine. Why does it have to be terminated and re-deployed?
    In Part 3, Step 1 i cannot follow 'p. 7 In the Applications Navigator, right-click HRFacadeBean.java and select Edit Session Facade from context.' as the tree does not have Employees branch.
    Why is there no Employees under the session facade?

    The method kind of works. It worked for a few times, then I got this. Of course property b6 does exist. Undeploying and re-deploying fixed the issue, as previously.

  • Report Layout issue

    while taking the report for GL using T code fbl3n , format by default is coming as custom and not SAP standard format, how to correct the default setting to SAP Standard. Please tell me what is the procedure.

    after executing FBL3N go to settings / layout / administration. The default layout is the one thats flagged in column "DS" just choose another one and save the change.

  • Dynamic Report layout issue - Report builder 10g

    Hi all,
    I try to implement a dynamic report that have:
    1.my_header - variable elasticity
    2.my_footer - variable elasticity - the bottom it is anchored to the bottom of my_report frame
    3.my_body - variable elasticity -must fit between the header and footer - the top it is anchored to the bottom of my_header
    All these frames are inside a main frame my_report(same height and width as body section).
    The issue is that when my_body (I have another frame and a repeating frame inside it) has more than one page, the data overrides the footer data.
    I don't want to put header and footer on margin.
    It will be great if you can give me some hints, or if it is possible to implement such a report

    What exactly do you mean? Are you running out of space on the page when running the report? That can only be resolved by modifying your layout.
    Or are you running out of space in the Layout Editor? In the layout editor you can make a page as long as you want. One physical page is not limited to be designed between the page boundaries you see in the Layout Editor.
    The frames you are using have to have a Variable Vertical Elasticity, though.

  • RDF Report Layout Issue ?

    I'm trying to print invoices using RDF reports builder.
    I have a layout created, but when I print 2 or more invoices they append one below the other consecutively. What I want is each new invoice should be printed on new page.
    Please help to understand if I need to set some particular property of the parent frame or something else needs to be done.

    So far I have understood how to set Maximum Records per Page property to 1 and use page break, but still unable to split new invoices on new page.
    Now I need to help to understand where exactly I should set these properties, is it the outer most repeating frame or somewhere else ????

  • Reporting Layout Issue

    Hi Experts,
    I have one Reporting issue,
    I am generating one repot on Master data for e-Recruiting. in HCM.
    Data flow is DS->DSO->IS
    Infoset is joined with 5 data targets, 3 InfoObjects and 2 DSOs.
    My requirement is to display all fields at one time there is not Free Chars.
    when I am executing the report one fields is giving problem in Layout.
    successfull candidates field have chance to get data more that one, so when ever data coming like that
    layout will be changed.
    eg., If successful candidates field disply 3 candidates this will split into 3 rows.
    at the same time the next fields which are fallowed by this field also effected.
    other fields also split into 3 rows and displays 3 times repetely the same data.
    How to overcome this.
    My requirement:
    because of the Successfull candidate field will not effect the next fields which means should not split accourding this field.
    help me regarding this.

    Hi Vijay,
    The Left outer join option is availabe on the DSO only, you need to right click on the DSO in the Infoset definition. but i doubt in your case left outer join can be of any help, as it comes useful when data in particular DSO is available but not corresponding record is not available in the Other one, resulting in non availablity of data in reports.
    In your case, you need to map the Successful candidate field to the corresponding field in the other infoproviders, else you'll always get cartesian product in the report output for the multiple value of Successful candidate in the base DSO.

  • Error in import abap step while importing system copy.

    My colleague had taken System copy of development server, few days back. it was completed successfully,
    now we want to restore that system copy, as hardware failed. But when we start the import of system copy,

  • Import failing with ORA-20001: GET_BLOCK Error

    Hi All,
    I'm attempting to install an export of our Application into the LIVE environment (something I've done many times before), and it's failing with the following error message: -
    ORA-20001: GET_BLOCK Error. ORA-20001: GET_STMT error. ORA-20001: Execution of the statement was unsuccessful. ORA-06550: line 698, column 1: PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol &amp;quot;,'#DD#','#EE#');&amp;quot; when expecting one of the following: ) , * &amp;amp; = - + &amp;lt; / &amp;gt; at in is mod remainder not rem &amp;lt;an exponent (**)&amp;gt; &amp;lt;&amp;gt; or != or ~= &amp;gt;= &amp;lt;= &amp;lt;&amp;gt; and or like LIKE2_ LIKE4_
    The only part of the message that makes any sense to me is the '#DD#','#EE#' which looks like part of a Javascript Passback Function from one of the pages.
    Can anyone throw any light on why I'm getting this error message?

    I managed to track down the error. A column link URL I'm using calls a Javascript Passback Function as follows: -

    By reducing the length of this the import now works. The confusing part is that this was working previously.

  • Import Error ORA-20001:GET_BLOCK Error

    We are trying to upgrade from HTML DB version 1.4 to 1.6, and we have encountered some issues with one of our applications. I tried to import our app using the Create Application->Based on an Application Export File option, specifying we would like to reuse the application id inside the export file, and also specifying the app to be a Run/Build Application. During the installation, I received this error:
    ORA-20001: GET_BLOCK Error. ORA-20001: Execution of the statement was unsuccessful. ORA-00001: unique constraint (FLOWS_010600.WWV_FLOW_FLOW_PK) violated <pre>begin wwv_flow_api.create_flow( p_id =>122, p_display_id=>122, p_owner => 'TESTMGR', p_name => 'TEST', p_alias => '122', p_page_view_logging => 'YES', p_default_page_template=> 40824759845482865 + wwv_flow_api.g_id_offset, p_printer_friendly_template=> 40824564374
    Keep in mind, when I received this error, no apps were present on our test server or in any of our workspaces. Even after receiving this error, I was able to see the application in my workspace, and run through some of the pages and they appeared to be running okay(app contains 101 pages).
    I wanted to check to see if anyone knew what this error meant, so I don't spend hours upon hours testing something that isn't broken in the first place.
    Here's what else I noticed:
    I tried to reinstall the application over itself to see if I could recreate the error, but it installed fine.
    I deleted the app, installed the app telling HTML DB to reuse the app_id in the export file, and received the error again.
    But then I deleted the app altogether to try a different approach. I allowed HTML DB to auto assign the app_id and the app installed fine.
    What is even more strange, I imported and installed one of our smaller apps (only 14 pages, by telling HTML DB to reuse the application id present in the export file). That application installed perfectly without a hitch.
    So I guess my questions are:
    What does that error mean? Is it detremental to the usage of an app?
    Why do I only get the error with one application and not with another when I tell HTML DB to reuse the application id inside the export file?
    By the way,
    Export file sizes:
    Large App w/ error - 4.90MB
    Small App w/o error - 272KB

  • Getting error when I try to import images into my application

    I get this error when I try to import an Image file exported from my application on another PC, everythign else has moved over fine except the images:
    ORA-20001: GET_BLOCK Error. ORA-20001: Execution of the statement was unsuccessful. ORA-01003: no statement parsed &lt;pre&gt;begin wwv_flow.g_import_in_progress := true; end; &lt;/pre&gt;
    Error installing image.
    Return to application.
    Please help.

    I tried to use an external hard drive from my windows computer that was formatted in NTFS Windows format.  Mac Pro sees that hard drive as "read only".  Itunes works on existing media on the hard drive to play music or movies, but when you try to purchase from itunes store and download you get the above message.  You need to move your library to a library that is formatted in exFAT format (which can be used both by "windows" and mac computers.
