Get workbook list of a specified user

Question

Hi to all.
My problem is simple, i hope.
I've a discoverer's user and i must know which workbook it can access because i must delete those workbook if they are not in a specified list.

Hi Jhon
It is quite a simple task to work out who owns which workbook and which workbook has been shared with a user.
Oracle changed the names of the tables when they went from 3 to 4. If you are working with Discoverer 4. the script you need to find out has access to what and who owns it is as follows:
select
doc.DOC_NAME DOC_NAME ,
own_usr.EU_ID OWNER_ID,
own_usr.EU_USERNAME OWNER_NAME,
sh_usr.EU_ID GRANTEE_ID,
sh_usr.EU_USERNAME ACCESS_USER
from
schema_owner.EUL4_EUL_USERS sh_usr,
schema_owner.EUL4_ACCESS_PRIVS prv,
schema_owner.EUL4_DOCUMENTS doc,
schema_owner.EUL4_EUL_USERS own_usr
where
prv.AP_TYPE = 'GD'
and prv.AP_EU_ID = sh_usr.EU_ID
and prv.GD_DOC_ID = doc.DOC_ID
and own_usr.EU_ID = doc.DOC_EU_ID
Just replace the schema_owner with your EUL owner and all should be fine.
For version 9 and 10g:
select
doc.DOC_NAME DOC_NAME ,
own_usr.EU_ID OWNER_ID,
own_usr.EU_USERNAME OWNER_NAME,
sh_usr.EU_ID GRANTEE_ID,
sh_usr.EU_USERNAME ACCESS_USER

DWEUL.EUL5_DOCUMENTS doc,
DWEUL.EUL5_EUL_USERS own_usr
where
prv.AP_TYPE = 'GD'
and prv.AP_EU_ID = sh_usr.EU_ID
and prv.GD_DOC_ID = doc.DOC_ID
and own_usr.EU_ID = doc.DOC_EU_ID
order by doc_name
Once again, just replace the schema_owner with your EUL owner and all should be fine.
In both scripts, ACCESS_USER is the name of the user who has access to the workbook (DOC_NAME).
