Getting rid of "residual glow"?...

Can anyone tell me why I am getting a glow that carries onto
the next frame of my movie after a component button is pressed?

What you'll want to do is click the red bar near the
top-right that says "NETWORK BASICS AND COPPER CABLE", and you will
get a drop-down menu. Scroll down to the last thing that says
"FINAL EXAM". Then when you click the "Begin Final Exam" button,
you'll see what I mean...

That option is a debug player option. Uninstall, and
reinstall the player -
or don't care since it won't be there for others that don't
have the debug
player.

How do you get rid of Check in/out RESIDUE?

On one site, I keep getting the messages about other users
using the site,
please enable check in and out, etc. When I first opened this
site I had
enabled Contribute and Check in and out, but I disabled it
because the
client never needed it.
Now however, I can never seem to get rid of these warnings

have cleaned up cache, disabled maintain design notes,

Okay, I went via ftp to the site and found plenty of _bak
folders and LCK
files, but no _mm folders. I deleted what I found.
The only thing checked on is "maintain synchronization info"
and I'm
wondering if that is causing the problem. And "Maintain
Design Notes" is
checked on, but uploading for sharing is not.
Do you think the residual lck files are what caused the
problem?

If you can, enter in a credit card from your original country temporarily so you can buy something that costs more than the balance remaining on your account and thereby use up all the remaining credit. If you cannot or do not wish to put in a credit card, go here:

How do i get rid of third party screen protector residue

i just bought this case and screen protector package from ross, the case is fine, but when i took the screen protector off *due to numerous bubbles i couldnt get rid of* there were bubbles on the screen!!!! they wouldn't come off when i rubbed the screen with a cleaning cloth and when i used a wet cloth, i got the same results. these circles on my screen are noticeable and really freaking me out. can anyone help?

I put on the screen protector and noticed it had some bubbles so I peeled it back to fix it. Well, what I though was an air bubbles in the protector, was a bubble in the screen!! This WAS NOT there before. How do I get rid of the bubble that is in the iphone?

Why don't you go to the "Screen Protector Mfg" web site and see what they say about removing the residue mark. Most all S. P. sites have a section on how to clean the screen when you take the protector off.
That said have you tried a damp soft cloth?
You can also try a piece of "Scotch Tape"... press the sticky side of the tape on the bubble mark and then lift it off. You may have to do it several times to get it all.
Their may be some solvents like alcohol that will remove the mark if it is glue residue from the protector. But make sure you check with Apple before you use any solvents. Some solvents may attack the Oleophobic coating on the iPhone screen.
You can also Google for a solution to your problem. I have seen several "How to" articles to deal with the issue you are having.
Just so you don't do something to make things worse I will repeat my caveat - Check with Apple before you use anything but a damp soft cloth.

I need help need to get rid of abckground in a psd in motion

when I save my psd in photoshop...I keep all the layers....I then try to take it to motion 2 becuase I want to create a lower third.....for whatever reason I cannot get rid of the background in my psd file....I need some serious help here...is there something I need to do differently in photoshop....anyhelp woul dbe appreciated....i even go to the layers section in motion..and when I click on any of the layers that pertain to my psd file the whole image dissapears....mind you it's only a picture of several stacks of records..with a black glow on it...to seperate the records from the background video I am importing into motion...please help

A line appeared in the backdrop, how to get rid of it? (and how did it get there?)

the site was published and everything looked great, except we had to make several changes to the content and somehow along the way a line appeared on the master page (hence appearing on all pages). i can't figure out how to get rid of it, and it's driving me nuts. any advice would be much appreciated.

In case it is about the shadow, please go to Master page, click on some blank area and check in the toolbar at the top if there is some effect applied to page : http://trainingwebcom.worldsecuresystems.com/SachinFTP/2013-12-05_1417.png
It can be Shadow, Bevel or Glow effect applied. You can uncheck it and it should be good.

How to get rid of label shadows in Pie Chart?

Hi and thanks for reading.
Every time I create a pie-chart in Numbers08, there is a shadow around values and series labels. I looked in Text, Font, and inspector palletes but could not get rid of the shadow/glow around the fonts.
Any suggestions on how to disable it? this shadow is ruining my whole report.
This happens only in pie-chart, for some reason. If I change the chart to, say, bar chart, the shadow disappears, but switching to pie brings back the shadow.

Ashka, thanks for reply, unfortunately it didn't help. I do not have "shadow" option ticked anywhere. If I do tick the shadow, an additional shadow also appears, so this shadow is somehow built into the pie-chart by default. No matter what font of color I pick that shadow is there.

You may have the accessibility VoiceOver feature turned on.
Triple click the home button and try going to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn VoiceOver off. You may have to use three fingers to scroll the screen to get there. If problems see the following for how to turn off via iTunes:

How do I get rid of various lines around text boxes when using navigation panes

How can I get rid of these various lines that are displaying sporatically around different text boxes . . . but only when the navigation panel is displaying? I previously had the issue and changed the text box properties to no fill. It fixed the problem in the document with no navigation panel, but once the navigation panel is displayed the lines appear. And yes, I fixed the text box properties before creating the bookmarks for the navigation panel.

Every device, browser and browser version has its idiosyncrasies.
Just using a stroke and a drop shadow should not have been enough to require Muse to convert the page fill to an image. Were/are there also other effects on the page? Are the page corners slightly rounded?
Bevel and Inner Glow definitely require an image to be created. Most other effects/properties do not.

Muse Slideshow - How to get rid of persistent "stroke"

Spent far too many hours trying to fix this, I am hoping there is an easy "A Ha" fix :-) Please!!
No matter what I seem to do when the slideshow previews as it "settles" on the image in the sequence a white thin stroke appears. Seems to be in the active state... BUT READ ON!

I'm finding that it is quite easy and perfect to redirect as you mentioned from Muse itself when you also build WEBSITE in Muse along with your phone / tablet version. However what I am struggling to find is a way to simply redirect a PHONE build to a persons hosting directory which that client already has set up somewhere... (godaddy etc.) I have several clients that already have a website and don't need a build on that but JUST want a mobile version.
So how do you direct the phone build only to their directory? I can get access to it, put a "phone" folder in there but need the right way to redirect all devices.

I keep getting the box that asks "Do you use the Yahoo! Toolbar on multiple Computers. It asks Save to my Yahoo! ID, or No thanks, just save to this computer. How do I get rid of this one way or the other?

When I log on to Firefox, I get this block that pops up saying, "Do you use the Yahoo! Toolbar on multiple computers? It has 2 buttons asking "Save to my Yahoo! ID or No thanks, just save to this computer" It drops down from the Yahoo toolbar, next to the Y! on the left side of the tool bar. I have tried the Save button and no response, I tried the No thanks button no response. I tried the underlined "Learn more" and it too no response. I tried the close X but that does not get rid of this box. I tried right clicking and no response. It stays there through out while working on the mail, I cannot access the that toolbar so I cannot use the buttons on this tool bar. Please help or I will have to try another browser to see if it go away.
