Looking for SAP Consultants in Hyderabad, India, (one real time end to end implementation) in FICO (preferably CA or CWA), MM, SD, PP (with QM/PM) and ABAP preferably with Pharma Implementation.
This professional company is based in Hyderabad, India which is 80 years old. Using SAP 4.6C since the year 2002 and upgrading to ECC 6 version by Sep07. The company is getting into SAP consultancy (implementations, upgrades and maintenance) and some enquiries are on.
No bonds and no retaining of academic certificates. Only expectation from you is to work for at least 2 years and develop your next level person. Expected working hours will be 9 to 6 sharp for 5 ½ days a week. Pay will range from INR 4+ lacs to 7+ lacs p.a depending upon the hands on experience (not in terms of number of years but in terms of quality).

I really admire you and your opinions. They are the foundation of what I am today, (Not kidding, I read so much that you have taught us)
With all due respect, I would like to put forth my opinion on what is being perceived about me or for that matter, anyone desiring a similar goal.
Working in USA is not the Pinnacle of life. Neither are the superbikes and Money. The term what I should have used is Financial Freedom. I have my personal likes and dis likes towards certain 'Material stuff' but that as well in not the pinnacle of life. It is a part of life. As a matter of fact, you cannot put one thing as a pinnacle of life. We should have a balance of all; work, family, friends , personal hobbies and personal development.
If I have to have to work, I would love to be paid my worth, which is not happening in India, due to stiff competition. Earn good enough to pursue my hobbies of riding on a superbike is a way of living which I would like to pursue. This is not a suggestion I am giving to those who are reading.
This being said, it shows that I do not care about SAP as a career, instead I am using it as a tool. So let me clear this out. I had other tempting options as well, which could have led me to a better financial freedom in or out of the country. I had an option to be as a Navision consultant way before I could have gotten a job in SAP. Realizing the fact that I have to work for 8 hours a day for the rest of my life, I would choose to do something that I like. I do like SAP. It's challenging but I like it. I would not strive any career if I don't like it.

I would, with all due respect, ask you to come to India and
1. Work passionately.
2. Learn on a daily basis
3. Try to learn niche skills in your area
4. Help others and try to mentor the juniors
5. Next five years learning is the only way you live
My intentions are not to doubt about your objectives of living there. I really respect the decision you took. I'm sure you would have your reasons which are very specific to your needs.
Simply put:
This goal is pushing me to work harder, staying focused, and achieving new things. If I get this, I will look for a new goal, and push myself even further. This might not make sense to everyone, but honestly I am doing what I believe would make my life better.
I put this question up, just to understand the job market out there and how can I make what I like a reality. I'm sorry if this question sent a different signal out there all together.

Do you wish that at all customer site all concern involved in implemtation do the same work ?
I believe ERP is meant for single entry system, and it should be true for implementation also, why to invest man hours for the same task ?
I expect it standard reports should be released by SAP, so that speed of implementation improve, we have more nos. of satisfied customers.
customised reports is all together different and it is understood that it is needed to be developed after study the exact requirement.

Need Support For BB 9860 In Hyderabad, India

I have a factory unlocked BB 9860 purchased in Canada. Now I am in India and the device has no warranty. The device is giving network issues to me. Whenever I put the SIM card [Airtel or Vodafone], I get full signal [2g or 3g in Automatic mode], but not able to call any body. If somebody tries to call me, then he/she always gets a message, "The mobile is out of coverage area". I have tested the same SIM cards in other mobiles and the problem is not observed. I can feel there is some hardware issue. So I contacted [email protected] to get some help. They provided instructions to follow to confirm whether the issue is hardware issue or software issue. Finally, it was confirmed to be hardware issue. I asked to provide the service center address in Hyderabad, India. They gave the below address:-

As per them, if a mobile is not distributed by Redington India, then they will not provide support. Now I have no idea what to do to repair my mobile. I don't want to go to unauthorized dealers. Can anyone please help me to resolve my issue?

Warranty is a tricky thing. When you purchase your device, your specific warranty methods and terms are settled between you and the seller. Those terms govern everything, and from your description, do not allow you to use local (to you) service centers.
From what you describe, I'd recommend you contact the seller (in Canada) and find out from them what you must do to receive warranty support for your device. It is likely that you will have to send it to them.

Thanks for suggesting the institute Ranganath.
However I have difficulties with regards to morning timings of Qbex and other institutes.
So I need some 'real time trainer' who can teach me during weekends or some flexible timings, comfortable for both.
Fees is not a major concern here.

1) Many of the speakers were excessively focussed on code and the "mechanics" of the code-fragments. It would be a lot better if some more effort was spent on "concept", "applicability".
2) Most sessions had no time for Q &A. In the past it was not like this.
3) Very happy to see legendary James Gosling making an appearance alongwith some very hardworking team members. Special mention for Simon Ritter, Nandini Ramani & Abhishek Mahanty. Some of the speakers could not even speak a proper english sentence. (sad !!!)
4) Participating and enjoying this conference in Hyderabad, India was special. For the future if mighty Oracle could combine JavaeOne, Sun-Tech-days and Oracle Openworld it would be "heaven". It would be good to do such an event at all the major locations outside the US & Europe, I guess (India, Brazil, China, Russia). Microsoft, IBM are already doing something similiar.
5) Sun/Oracle should find ways to accelerate the development/deployment of JavaFX. (expand the team, fund related startups ... )
