GW link on VO throws compile error after SP5

How can we get GW7 WebAccess link in VO to work properly with NW65 but
after applying SP5.
Throws a compile error message while directly launching the right URL
http://servername/gw/webacc
works well.
Any suggestions pls

  • Help- Components Throwing Compile Errors

    Thank you for reading my issue. I am using Flash CS3.
    Recently, all my projects began throwing compile errors for
    standard component AS3 code.
    UI Component, FLVPlayback.
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled Flash CS3, but to no
    avail. Problem persists
    I keep getting errors involving "QNAN", which I think
    involves trapping for a non-numeric value, or something.
    As a test, I created a new Flash doc, placed an instance of
    FLVPlayback on the stage, pointed it to a .FLV file in the same
    directory.
    Errors on compile:
    1093: Syntax error.
    1084: Syntax error: expecting rightparen before QNAN.
    1093: Syntax error.
    1084: Syntax error: expecting rightparen before QNAN.
    And so on, I get 5 sets of the same errors for different
    functions.
    The first offending function above reads:
    function queueCmd(param1:VideoPlayerState, param2:Number,
    param3:Number = 1.#QNAN) : void
    if (param1.cmdQueue == null)
    param1.cmdQueue = new Array();
    }// end if
    param1.cmdQueue.push(new QueuedCommand(param2, null, false,
    param3));
    return;
    }// end function
    I get similar errors from my UI component AS3 as well.
    I have not touched the shipped AS3 for these components. What
    gives?
    Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Tim

    Thanks, by the way to everyone who has offered thoughts so
    far.
    xchanin - I've encountered issues with the FLVPlayback
    component as well as various of the UI components.
    I tried some example applications (from the web) not too long
    ago and this issue popped up shortly there after.
    But, I'm having issues with even a simple Flash with a single
    FLVPlayback instance and one .flv.
    There is nothing in the class path for my test file and the
    root .as files open from the Flash install when I click the compile
    errors in the output window.
    So, it really looks like I somehow corrupted those files. I
    read a post somewhere that someone had "strange invisible
    characters" show up in their .as that were throwing errors.
    I thought a clean install would do the trick.
    I may completely isolate the example files I was using and
    try another reinstall... that's about all I can think of at the
    moment.
    This has been a couple week search for a solution. I have a
    real project coming up an need to solve this.
    Thanks for any input! (I assume I can't call Adobe for an
    assist as I'm still on CS3 ;)

  • Db link in trigger causes compilation error

    Using Forms 10.1.2.0.2
    Post-Query trigger
    BEGIN
    SELECT item_desc
    INTO :block1.item_desc
    FROM items@database100
    WHERE item_code = :block1.item_code;
    EXCEPTION
    WHEN NO_DATA_FOUND THEN
    item_code := 'No description for this item';
    END;
    Compilation error
    Error 201: Identifier 'items@database100' must be declared.
    The select statement works in Toad and Sqlplus, but giving me compilation errors in Forms 10g.
    So is this a bug? If yes, is there a patch?
    Can somebody please post a link to a metalink where this problem is discussed/solved?
    Thanks in advance.

    Well, yeah, that had been considered as a work-around.
    However, at this point, the decision is still to use the db link, and we are still trying to figure out how to make it work.

  • Simple Create procedure throws compile error

    I have a table MyTable with two fields key and value. The table has few records with some number values.
    I want to increment this number value and return the updated number value from a procedure.
    Below is the procedure that I wrote. When I try to run this, I get this error from the SQLPlus prompt.
    Warning: Procedure created with compilation errors.
    Here is the procedure.
    CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE GetNextValue
         (v_key IN VARCHAR2(25), v_value OUT NUMBER DEFAULT -1) AS
    BEGIN
         UPDATE MyTable SET value=value+1 WHERE key=v_key;
         SELECT value INTO v_value FROM MyTable WHERE key=v_key;
    END GetNextValue;
    I stored this in a .sql file.
    Also is there any way that I can write the body in single query to both update the value and return it in the return variable?
    Appreciate your help.

    Hi,
    When creating a PL/SQL procedure, always say SHOW ERRORS on a separate line right after the /. That will geive you more detailed error messages.
    In this case, you'll probably get "OUT and IN OUT formal parameters may not have default expressions".
    If you want v_value set to -1 in the event that there is no row with key=v_key, then you can say:
    CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE GetNextValue
    (   v_key    IN   VARCHAR2
    ,   v_value  OUT  NUMBER
    AS
    BEGIN
        UPDATE MyTable
            SET value=value+1
            WHERE key=v_key;
        SELECT value
            INTO v_value
            FROM MyTable
            WHERE key=v_key;
    EXCEPTION
        WHEN  NO_DATA_FOUND  THEN
            v_value := -1;
        WHEN OTHERS  THEN
            RAISE;
    END GetNextValue;

  • Compilation error after installling BizTalk 2013 CU2

    Hi,
    I started getting the below error in the orchestration project
    "non-readonly field/property access is limited to distinguished fields on class-based messages"
    it was failing at this line RequestMessage.DocumentElement.LocalName == "Fault".
    Here RequestMessage is a message of type System.Xml.XmlDocument.
    It was working again after I uninstalled BizTalk 2013 CU2. Has anyone faced this problem and what was the solution .
    Looking at the release notes of CU2 at
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2892599/en-gb it says about a fix to XpathMutator class
    "FIX: XpathMutatorStream class does not work as expected when you execute Xpath statements against XmlDocuments in BizTalk Server 2013"
    Probably this is causing the compilation error. Can we raise this with the BizTalk Product team if someone else has also faced this issue ?
    Regards,
    Mahesh

    What subsequent CU's? There hasn't been any CU's for BizTalk Server 2013 since CU2 which was released in Oct. 2013 (almost 1 1/2 year ago now!)

  • Compilation errors after upgrading from 8.1.6 to 10.2

    I recently upgraded a Weblogic Workshop application from version 8.1.6 to 10.2 using the Import wizard in Weblogic Workshop 10.2. However, I am getting the following compilation errors:
    Problem encountered finding XML Schema metadata for XML Bean
    com.ssmb.amps.workflow.projectionApproval.ProjectionApprovalDocument
    Does any one has any idea on it?
    Thanks,
    Albert

    Hi,
    Once upgraded from s.1 to 10.2, XML Schemes are converted to XMLBeans. So, during compiliation XMLSchemas are encountered. Try deleting XMLSchemas and compile. Hope it may help.

  • 10.1.3 Internal compilation error after unistalling extension cwd4all

    I installed the cwd4all extension from the "check for updates" wizard.
    Then i decided that I didn't need it so I uncheck it from the Tools>Preferences>Extensions but when I tried to compile apreviously working class I got an "Internal compilation error, terminated with a fatal exception" error.
    Rechecking (i.e. reinstalling) the extension solved the problem, so then I removed both the jar and the relative folder from the extensions directory and I got the same error.
    I don't want to reinstall the extension.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi,
    Extensions that are provided on the "Open Source and Partner Extensions" extension center are written by third parties and come with absolutely no warranty or guarantees whatsoever.
    If you want to make sure you're running JDeveloper in a completely supported mode, you should uncheck the "Open Source and Partner Extensions" update center on the "Source" page of Check for Updates before checking for updates (or if you're installing updates via the automatic check balloon, only select extensions which are marked as being from the "Official Oracle Extensions" update center).

  • InstanceCount throwing compile error

    Hi
    We are tryiing to use a simple example of 'InstanceCount' and 'InstanceCountIf' in OPM.
    We have a entity called 'the citizen' under 'global', and a child entity 'the child' under 'the citizen' entity.
    We have named the relationship between 'the citizen' and 'the child' as 'the children'
    We have written the following rules :
    1.the number of children for the citizen = InstanceCount (the children)
    2.the number of included children for the citizen = InstanceCountIf (the children, the child is included in plan)
    There is a separate rule which derives the value of the Boolean variable 'the child is included in plan', and that rule has compiled successfully.
    On compiling the rules 1 or 2, we get the following compile error :
    Expected: Unable to find a relationship belonging to the entity 'the citizen'
    Please advise how to overcome above compile error.
    Thanks
    Swati

    Hi,
    I have a similar problem and would be very glad if anyone could help me.
    My design is as follows, using OPM 10.3.1:
    global (level 1)
    has 0...many Households (level 2)
    have 0...many Residents (level 3)
    What I would like to do is to get the sum of all Salaries of female residents.
    If I try to use all_male_salary = InstanceSumIf(Household's Residents, resident_salary, resident_gender="Female") the following error occurs while compiling: "unable to find a relationship belonging to the entity 'global'".
    The same applies to InstanceCountIf.
    How would it be possible to get level 3 data on level 1 and store the sum/count in a lvl 1 attribute? (with lvl 2 all works fine).
    Many thanks!

  • Flex compilation error after adding an additional output port to a query

    Hello,
    I need to add an additional output port to a query in order to dynamically filter some results. Our version of VC 7.0 (SP16) doesn't support filter components with access to store data.
    Just when we add an extra output port to the query and deploy it we run into a flex compilation error.
    Has somebody come along with that?
    Kind regards
    Stefan

    Hi
    Why exactly you want another output port. With same output port you can drag multiple filters & restrict the output.
    Creation of second output port is not required.
    If first way is not suitable in your case, then you add that query twice (or multiple times) & pass the same input parameters.
    If still it is not serving the purpose then please elaborate your requirement as what dynamic filter you want.

  • Compile error after upgrade to jdev 1013 from 9052

    Hi,
    I just upgraded to jdev 10.1.3.0.4. We had this program compile correctly in jdev 9052, but is now erroring out during compile:
    Error(5,34): identifier expected (with enum highlighted), at the following line.
    import gov.epa.cdx.axis.security.enum.AuthMethod;
    Can you help me to correct this? Thanks.

    SU is a service update but that won't fix your problem.
    "enum" is a keyword in Java 5 and therefore may not be used in identifiers.
    In 9.0.5.2 you were compiling with JDK 1.4 I presume.
    Either change the package name or use JDK 1.4 for your project.

  • Sharepoint 2013 discussion board item view (flat.aspx) throws js error after being migrated from moss 2007

    After preforming a migration from moss 2007 to 2013 on-prem we have noticed that html tags are showing up in the discussion board posts.  I have tracked the problem down to the flat.aspx page throwing a js error.
    'SPAnimationUtility' is undefined - coming from the sp.ui.discussions.js file
    this is what I see on the page:
    The reply and edit buttons function fine.  Its just that the html is exposed.
    Anyone seen this before or have a clue as to how to solve?
    Thanks,
    -Alex

    As I remember there are a couple managed properties (metadata) that are used by the views that don't get created when you migrate a discussion board from a previous version.  I don't remember the specific properties, but take a look at a new discussion
    board in 2013 and compare the properties in the views and you will find them.

    119963-20 Shared library patch for C++ (unlikely to affect C++ compiling)
    120753-08 Microtasking libraries (libmtsk) patch (unlikely to affect compiling programs)If you had gone through this exercise, you could have eliminated many of these patches from consideration. For example, a Fortran runtime library patch or a dbx patch cannot cause the C++ compiler to generate a compile-time error that it did not generate before.
    2. Put all source code and error messages in "code" tags, as you did with the list of patches. The non-alphanumeric characters in source code and messages can be interpreted as formatting directives instead of being displayed. The result is often nonsense or is hard to read.
    Notes on the command line:
    1. The -xO0 option is not supported, and has unpredictable results. If you do not want optimization because you want to debug the code, use either no -xOn option, or use -xO1. Using no option is generally preferred: compilation is faster, and the generated code is usually better than with -xO1.
    2. The -pto (-instances=static) option is generally a really bad idea. Unless you have a specific reason why you need this template compilation mode, you should remove the -pto option from all command lines (to use the default -instances=global mode), delete all your binaries, and rebuild the application.
    Neither of these problems causes the error message, however.
    What could be wrong
    Also on the command line is a macro definition that appears to be -D_RWCONFIG_m
    Is that the correct rendering of the option? If not, please show the command line again inside "code" tags.
    I'm concerned that you are trying to override a configuration macro for libCstd, the C++ runtime library. Doing so is not supported and has unpredictable results. If -D_RWCONFIG_m is what is really on the command line, it will not cause a problem with the library.
    Except for the possible macro definition issue, finding the problem will require looking at the source code. Since the error message refers to one of the compiler's own headers, the most likely possibilities are
    1. A bug in the headers that might be fixed in a later patch -- 124863-23 is not the most recent patch.
    2. An error in your code that worked only by accident before. I'm thinking of an inappropriate macro definition.
    If you strip everything out of the temip_ef_user_library.cxx file after all the #include directives, you should be able to compile the resulting file and see the same error message. If so, please post that small file here (inside "code" tags).
