Having BSOD problem

I am using Windows 8.1 pro and I keep having the BSOD problem everyday. I uploaded the memory dump file to OneDrive.

MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR (MS-6570) BSOD problems grrr
I recently purchased this board and although it is an awesome product, I'm having a problem with BSOD's when I play a game for a certain period of time

So what happens is I get a STOP error during the game that shows the kmixer.sys driver as the culprit. Sometimes it's accompanied by PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA too. I read somewhere that kmixer.sys has to do with windows audio and that it's a 3rd party driver issue or a memory issue. I'm using the latest NVIDIA 3.13 nForce platform drivers. I ran Memtest lastnight for 12 hours straight and 0 errors. I'm thinking the memory may not be compatible with the board nor dual channel, is this possible? I have also tried several different drivers for both video and chipset including MSI's own and I still get the kmixer.sys BSOD when playing games. My previous motherboard was an MSI KT3 Ultra2-R (MS-6380E) which I had no issues with. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I just tried to play a game with audio disabled and it crashed this time with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with nv4_mini.sys as the problem. My IRQ table shows some sharing, but device manager shows no conflicts.Ok I tried running the DTM-CB3 module which is nForce2 approved at 3-4-4-11 2T timings and experienced the same result even at 2.6 and 2.7v. I tried both in dual-channel and same thing happened. However, I downloaded a program called Prime95 and ran the CPU torture test and the system returned a fatal error within the first few minutes. CPU Temp was at 57 C and the warning beep (set to 60C though) sounded intermittentley which is strange. I let it cool down then ran the torture test again and about 5min. later the system either seized completely or the program crashed. IE has also crashed randomly on me. I did this several times, before trying a different FSB/DRAM ratio. So I left the system at 200 FSB and used a 6:5 ratio so my memory was running at DDR333 and processor was a 3200+. I ran Prime95 again and the system locked up just as it did the other times. So after I did this a few times with consistent results. I went back and set the FSB to 166 and tried a 5:6 ratio so the memory was DDR400 and processor was the normal 2800+. I ran it again and to my suprise it passed all the tests and after an hour of this, I tried a game and that was perfectly fine as well. I checked the temps and CPU was only 45 C this time. So I'm thinking the processor can't handle anything above 50C or it's just plain overheating. I ordered a Thermaltake Silent Boost HSF today which is tested up to 3400+ so this should fix my problem. If not, then I'm going to replace the memory with a 512MB Geil PC3200 golden dragon dual-channel kit.

K7N2G-ILSR BSOD problems! please help
I just recently upgraded from a AMD 2400 to a 2800, the computer was getting alot of bsods then about memory reading so I thought it was just trying to address memory like it did with the old processor, so i re-formatted and i dont get the bsods as much anymore. Only thing is that games always crash and or the screen will go black in the middle of a game and the whole computer restarts, what could be causing this?
Is anyone else having this problem with the new ATi drivers or could this be something else?Ok I got this from system info

Having a problem with eBooks in my iTunes library.
As the title says, I'm having some problems with the iTunes library not reflecting what's actually on the disk.
I add the ebook and it seems to add ok. The file gets consolidated into /mymusic/books under the author correctly, but the book is missing from the library. The book is in ePub format, and seems to have the right file extension and shows up as a file of "ePub" type in windows explorer.
Any ideas? Is there a way to re-build the library or a portion of it?Hi tony paine,

I notice that my new IPad (3rd generation) will not stay connected to the power cord at all, I'm not exagerating, if I plug it in and browse the Internet without fail it will become unplugged and I will have to push the plug back in (Ba-beep). Ive actually grown to despise that sound when you plug your iPhone or iPad in because it reminds me of how much money I spent on something that PHYSICALLY will not charge while I'm using it.
I know the problem with it holding a charge while in use, I get it, the screen is amazing and it takes a lot to run the display, however, it is unacceptable to me that I can't even keep the thing plugged in while I'm using it. I can not even leave it on my Cal King bed overnight because I will wake up in the morning to find that the plug has been jiggled loose in a corner, so it's still attached but not making a connection thus not being charged.
I love the 4GLTE from Verizon and I love the iPad, but I'm actually using my 1st generation IPad while I am at home so I can leave my new $900 iPad on a table to charge free of incident so I can use the 4G while I'm away from wifi during the day. I have been getting more upset about this because I can not even use the Griffin extended cord to charge the iPad and be far from the plug because only the original apple sync/charge cord will have a better shot at staying in. Absolutely none of my non apple cables will stay in the iPad 3 while having it in my hands.
The plug is at an angle, unlike the first iPad, not sure about the iPad 2. Please let me know if they have same issue.
If anyone else is having this problem with the Gen 3 iPad please let me know because I'm tempted to do something about it with apple and I'm hoping that I just for some reason have a bad cable receiver or something and maybe I can get a replacement and enjoy the iPad as I had expected to. There is no reason why I should be even using my first iPad and I have friends that want to buy it but I am not selling it because I'm unable to sell it because I can't handle the new iPad while it's plugged in, that is ridiculous if it's a common issue so please let me know!Thanks for the swift reply, I have been looking online and a loose plug seems to be somewhat of an issue with many, I hope mine is actually a problem and not what others are experiencing. It's taken me this long to even reach out for the simple fact I HATE being a complainer but this is just horrible.

I pad 2 is locking up on a regular basis. Is any one else having this problem. Also Safari doesnt seem to work as well as the old version.
Similar problem running a 27" iMac only it occurs in Excel and inDesign. Hit the cell with the curser and the worksheet moves over to the right 7 or 8 cells away. Have to curser back to the cell quite frequently. This issue make the machine unusable when working with those two aps. Today I did the ultimate and completely reloaded Yosemite and the problem is still there.

My iphone 4s voice dictiation for text messages is not consistently working. I've had the phone since Thanksgiving and it always worked perfectly, but the last few weeks it's been hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Anyone else having this problem? I tried the hard reset but that hasn't fixed it.
I have the same problem since updating to IOS 8.3. Any app to which I want to send a new link via IMessage does not allow me to select a contact to send the IMessage to. Using a pre-existing thread does not have same problem.

HELP. ............Hi folks hope some one can help me please.Having a problem in Bridge I open my images in ACR, as I open files in a folder and lets say they are labeled in yellow they are all going back to the camera raw default , in other words no matter what work I have done, inc cropping they all go back to ,as they came out of camera. What on earth is happening? I am on PS CS6. I might point out everything was working normally up to yesterday, when this first started.
I recently changed computer to 64bit from 32bit, not sure if this causing the problem or not. Any help would be appreciated.Robert,

Problems with iTunes/ipad2 I'm trying to buy FREE apps and I'm being told my card is declined but I also have more then enough credit on my account! Anyone having this problem?
Part of the validation for credit cards is that they need to be registered to exactly the same name and address that you have on your iTunes account, which prepaid cards tend not to be. Do you have a proper credit card that you could use ? Or are iTunes gift cards available in your country so that you could try using them as your payment method ?
Until you have a valid payment method on your account and what you owe iTunes has been paid off then you won't be able to download any item from the store, including free apps (and updates to apps). -
I have upgraded Apple Aperture from version 2 to version 3 and I'm having a problem with the "Highlights and Shadows" adjustment. According to the user's manual, I should have access to an advanced disclosure triangle which would allow me to adjust mid contrast, colour, radius, high tonal width and low tonal width.
If anyone has any suggestions as to how to access this advanced section, I'd be most grateful.Hi David-
The advanced adjustments in the Highlights & Shadows tool were combined into the "Mid Contrast" slider in Aperture 3.3 and later. If you have any images in your library that were processed in a version of Aperture before 3.3, there will be an Upgrade button in the Highlights & Shadows tool in the upper right, and the controls you asked about under the Advanced section. Clicking the Upgrade button will re-render the photo using the new version of Highlights & Shadows, and the Advanced section will be replaced with the new Mid Contrast slider. With the new version from 3.3 you probably don't need the Advanced slider, but if you want to use the older version you can download it from this page:

I have an imac and am using iphoto. Currently I am having a problem with one particular album which shows in the main part of the window a triangle with an exclamation point. The two photos are at the bottom of the main window in the same area where the "info" "edit" "create" area is. I can see the two photos but I can not get them back into the main part of the window. I can't drag them anywhere either. I can't double click or right click on either of the two photos either. All I can do is click on either one and they get a little bigger. Before I saw the exclamation point in the main body of the window all I get is two squares with nothing in them and the entire border is made up of dashes. Can someone help me?
Make a temporary, backup copy of your library if you don't already have one (Control-click on the library and select Duplicate from the contextual menu) and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.

Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #3, followed by #4 and then #1 as needed.

Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory. -
I was just having this problem until today. It is now all sorted and I can explain what to do very simply and easily.
I remembered the answers to my questions, I just forgot "EXACTLY" how I entered the text - so I had to have them reset. The easiest way is to sign in through www.appleid.com. Then on the right click the "Manage your Account" link and sign in. Easy so far right. Then, as others have said, look on the left of the screen you will see a link called "Password and Security" - click on this. Now this is where the confusion begins. Some people have a link located directly under the existing questions that looks like this "Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to blah blah blah email . If you see this click it and it will send an email to the "Rescue Email" address that you entered when you originally entered your answers. Follow the instructions contained in this email and you are done. If you cannot remember this email address or you have since closed it, you will need to go to the Itunes Express lane and send an email to Apple requesting them to reset your answers.
HOWEVER IF YOU DO NOT SEE A THIS LINK UNDER THE QUESTIONS - this means that you DID NOT enter a Rescue email address when you originally set your questions. The only way you can now reset your Security Questions and Answers is to go to the Itunes Express lane and email Apple asking to have these reset. I have 2 apple accounts, one for myself and one for my daughter - as I did not include a rescue email I had to email apple. On both occasions, these questions were reset and an email sent to me exactly 24 hours after I sent them the request. I entered the new details, WROTE THEM DOWN EXACTLY AS I ENTERED THEM THIS TIME, entered a Rescue Email this time and I am good to go again. Simple. Now when I log in and click on "Password and Security" I do have the reset link visable. Apple support are good, they just take a bit of time to get things done, but they always seem to get there in the end. I just wish someone had taken the time to explain this somewhere else in the forum as it would have saved me much time and angst.
To get to the Itunes Express Lane go to this website www.appleid.com make sure the correct country is displayed top right, if not change it. Once this is saved go to the tabs at the top of the screen and click Support. Then halfway down the next page you will see a photo of two random people with a title of Contact Apple Support - Click this. Scroll down until you see the itunes logo, to the right of this you will see the link Express Lane for iTunes Player and iTunes Store - click on this. One the right hand side of the next page click on the link "itunes Store". On the next page click the link "Account Management" check the radio button beside "itunes store account security", select your country from the drop down box and click "Continue". Under the heading MORE OPTIONS, you will see a clickable link called email - click this. Fill in your name, Apple ID and country. Then in the text box, write "I have forgotten the answers to my Security questions, would you kindly please reset them. Thank-You". Then Click Continue, you will be given a reference number and an email is sent to your address advising that generally someone will attend to your request within 24 hours. Like I said previously, I had to do this twice and both times it was reset however it was done within about 5 minutes of the 24 hour cut off, so you will have to be patient. I know 100% that this works for Australia - I am guessing other countries should be similar. Hope this helps someone somewhere!Standard troubleshooting...

2. Try a Reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider if it comes up. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
3. Remove apps from Recently Used list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Swipe up on the app preview card
- Press the home button when done.
4. If still a problem restore with your backup.
5. If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
6. If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue. -

By the way, the SAVE botton stays the same even I change erverything in my document. Please, a have a work to finish, **** me. What I can do abou it?

having a problem with dates when I send my numbers doc to excel. dates are all out and that they have to cut and paste individual entries onto their spreadsheet. Any idea how I can prevent this.

M…oSoft products aren't allowed on my machines but I use LibreOffice which is a clone of Office.
When I export from Numbers to Excel and open the result with LibreOffice, the dates are correctly treated.
To be precise, dates after 01/01/1904 are correctly treated. dates before 01/01/1904 are exported as strings but, as it's flagged during the export process, it's not surprising.
