Having Trouble with 5.1 Output with the New SurCode Codec in PPro CC

I've got a 5.1 audio track and I'm using the trial for the SurCode codec, but they've changed a lot of stuff around since I last used it with Premiere Pro CS5.
Here is my timeline:
And my current settings for the CurCode Codec:
When I open the exported .ac3 file in Audicity this is what I get:
So it has basically just mixed everything down to the front left and right channels, but still exported a 5.1 file. And I did check to make sure Audicity would open a 5.1 .ac3 file and show audio on all the tracks.
I'm assuming that some of my settings with the SurCode Codec are incorrect. Could someone let me know what I'm doing wrong?

SOLUTION
Sorry, I feel dumb. I figured out what my problem was. I had created the sequence as a stereo sequence rather than 5.1. Once I changed that, everything worked fine.
Hopefully if someone else makes the same mistake this post will help them out.
Maybe someone could explain some of the settings for the SurCode Codec, though. For instance, I have no idead what "Primary Level" means. Or what I should set the dialog level to (I just guessed -12 because that's usually what I like dialog to be around).
Some tips on these settings would be greatly appreciated. I found this page on Minnetonka's website, but it doesn't have a manual for this version of the codec (at least not that I could find): http://minnetonkaaudio.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=61&Itemid=66http:/ /

Turned out the hardware was bad. Apple exchanged it for a new Mac Air and the new trackpad works great. Thank goodness it was a defect. If the trackpads all worked like that I would have been bummed.

I recently just did the update with the OS X Yosemite and I hate it! I noticed that iTunes has a new update and I keep hitting the update button and it says it has been updated but the notification thing will not go away. I've tried quitting iTunes, restarting my laptop and shutting it off for about 5 minutes and it is still there!

Whenever I open garageband, the new project window doesn't display all of the icons. It only shows the Voice, Podcast, and Movie icons and none of these show the picture anymore. It used to start up fine and this just started happening a couple days ago. Has anyone else had this problem?

It does sound very Watch Folders-esque, however, it seems strange that there are many folders involved. Are all the folders under a single parent folder perhaps? If so, you could try renaming or moving that folder. Additionally, to clarify, all 60 files are images, correct?
Additionally, you can try creating a new catalog, just to see if that lets you in. Hold down the Shift key while launching the Organizer. If you get the timing right, the Catalog Manager will appear.

If you are saying that after signing into iCloud it is telling you device is not found, it could be for any number of reasons. If the battery is dead, if the SIM has been removed, or if someone else has the phone and they have restored it, it will not be shown. Also, if you located it once and then sent a remote wipe, it disables the abililty to locate the phone with Find My iPhone.

Argh - once again, I find my solution right after posting this. Left out one modification to the SWIG script, now it runs in 29 seconds vs C 16 seconds, I can live with that.

You correct it by leaving Bridge alone until it finishes rebuilding its cache, overnight if necessary.

There are only two types of HDMI cables (standard and high speed - listen to all 1.2, 1.3 etc etc nonsense they will try to tell in the store) both types will work with the Apple TV.
The cable may be faulty though, have you got another to try, what exactly is happening.
