To make sure that this is not software related, set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the phone. If it still does not work, this is a hardware issue and the phone has to be serviced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider:

I am running Windows XP, SP3. I have tried to run Firefox 4 several times but it doesn't work properly. The main page comes up showing the logo, below that is the search box, and below that is another box with nothing in it.
The external DVD/CD Writer will Not appear on your desktop when you attach it to your iMac. It will appear in "Finder", which is in your Dock.

I cannot reset my photo stream. The error message "cannot connect to servers" comes up. I have the same problem with syncing contact conflicts. I have logged in on three different computer & networks on three different occasions. What's the deal?

Before Firefox open the little window opens saying"wait installing new updates." Then after when opening Firefox, my home page says "can't find this page. Unfortunately I tried that and it didn't work. Thanks for the help though. I tried to uninstall and it said I couldn't because the file is corrupt or something, but I think I finally got it uninstalled and/or deleted or whatever, but now I try to reinstall/download it again from the beginning and I can't. No matter what I do I can not get Firefox working again. No matter how many times I try to redownload it. Any other suggestions?

Hi, I have an iPad Air. Had downloaded pages app that got deleted by mistake. Now am unable to down load it again. App Store says "you have already purchased this app so it will be downloaded now at no additional charges" but it does not download!!! Pls suggest and help!

Just got my computer back today, can access all programs. Only issues are in iTunes, iTunes Store, Cloud and match.
Cannot, dowload or purchase anything either.

If this does not work, try to delete the ipod software file located in C:[username]\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPod Software Updates to make iTunes download a new copy when you connect in recovery mode. Maybe the file stored on your PC is damaged.
Rename, move, or delete the iOS software file (.ipsw)
iTunes uses "ipsw" files to restore your iPod or iPhone. If those files are unusable, then try deleting them, renaming them, or moving the file to a different directory. This will cause iTunes to download a new copy of the IPSW. When a restore issue is specific to a user, it is likely due to an unusable .ipsw file. If removing the .ipsw file does not resolve a user-specific restore issue, then the issue is caused by other user-specific security software settings or iTunes preferences. Creating a new user will also cause new .ipsw restore files to be downloaded in the new user. You can find the ".ipsw" files in these locations:

Try DFU Mode Restore. Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both Home and Power button, after exactly 10 seconds release the Power Button, keep holding the Home button until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, usually about 20 seconds time. If the iPhone screen is black, blank this is DFU Mode. Click the Restore button of iTunes.

after i updated my iphone 5s to iOS 8.3 , i downloaded a game that took all the storage away . the problem is that , when it delete the game , the storage doesn't expand, it sticks to 0 bytes. i tried to delete more apps , the problems still persists. once i go to gallery , and try to delete a picture or video , the gallery app crashes instantly. i tried to fix the problem by restarting the phone several times , and it doesn't seem to fix the problem. i need a solution to my problem , and if anyone can help , i would be grateful. i can't take pictures or save up anything anymore , and can't seem to check up on my msgs that i receive. One day this was happened to me:I deleted some videos that i don't need and after about a month i went to a music concert and i recorded with my iPhone for about 25-30 min and my iphone froze and automacitly restarted after a restart when a went home and i wanted to watch what i had recorded and in my camera roll on my iphone i saw the videos that i deleted about a month ago!!! With this fact i think that the videos aren't deleted they are somewhere i would pay how much is needed to get the videos and photos back .So please someone who knows something about this HELP ME PLEASE !!!!

My Iphone 4g, won't turn on, I have tried the power button + home button several times and held them for over 3 minutes. It won't even respond to Itunes and I can't restore it because of that. A little water got into it before it completely shut off but it was like little drops.. Please HELPP.
I also have tried to put it in rice and left it there for 9 hours and it still doesn't workA drop or two of water may have been enough to cook it. If it was bad enough to prompt you to put it in a bag of rice, then I'd venture to guess it was more than a drop or two.
Try putting it back in the bag of rice and leave it there for several days.
If that doesn't fix it, then you're more than likely looking at paying for an out of warranty replacement.
Water and delicate electronics don't generally get along well. -
