I am a new Mc Bok Pro user and had been using my mac since Sept, 2012 with no problem. Just recently however, I have been experiencing a Keychain access problem. Specifically, whenever I open the mac, it asks for my keychain password... Can I restore my mac to its condition before Jan. 18, 2014? What should I do?

Every time I open my iPad it asks for my Apple ID and password. The Apple ID is already loaded in the box is wrong; it isn't my own Apple ID.

So, to whom does the Apple ID belong?
If this is a used iPad, the previous owner needs to remove it from their cloud account so you can put it in your name.
Apps purchased by an Apple ID are forever linked to that ID, not the iPad.

How do I make this stop? This isnt just when I open or download apps within the app store,
its every single app i open within my phone.

Aperture is asking to upgrade library every time I open the application, even after it has already been upgraded. I just ran the update and it is still not fixed. What can I do???

How do you try to start the repair dialogue? By starting Aperture or by opening the Library?
If you not already have tried it with directly opening the library:
reveal your Aperture Library in the Finder
Whilst holding down Command(⌘)- option (⌥) double click on the Aperture Library.
Select "repair library" from the dialogue.

It would be really helpful to know, how many libraries you have, and if this problem is restricted to one of them.

Why does the Welcome to firefox tab open with my google tab every time I open the browser? And why can't the browser hold any add-ons I downloaded? I loose then when I close the browser, even tool bars have to be reinstalled every time I open the browser

Every time I open the browser the Welcome to Firefox tab is the first tab, then a second tab opens and thats my google, then a 3rd tab opens for me to reinstall my toolbar. This has been happening for a good year. Updates have not fixed it. Others have this problem. I did a search for an answer, the question is out there but no answer. Now if I go into add ons and add a background Theme or an extension it all is gone when I exit the browser. When I open the browser again I get all 3 tabs and have to install my toolbar again. I DO NOT want to reinstall as I will loose all my saved data, passwords, bookmarks, everything! I have had this computer for a year, Windows Vista x64 bit. Its not the computer, it's the browser. It just didn't occur to me to do so.
My intent was to report that there was at least one other user encountering a similar problem. It occurred to me that Adobe might be interested in determining the scale of a problem which causes one of their best known products to fail to run quite so completely after a clean install
I also see that I misreported the OS I'm running - its Windows 8.
If there is further information I can provide which might be helpful in determining a solution, if someone could be specific about what would be helpful, then I will try to respond appropriately.

The X230 has Intel HD 4000 graphics support built in to the processor. Windows was pretty stubborn about refusing driver updates, but I just managed to get drivers from the Intel site to install and Photoshop is now running, so hopefully I need not try your patience any further.
In case anyone else has a similar problem and stumbles on this the way to install the driver that worked was to:
- download the zip version of the generic driver from Intel
- use the 'have disk' option in the windows dialog to install the driver - other paths in the UI did not work with windows refusing to install the driver.

I don't think I can access the crash report? Excuse the ignorant questions I'm about to make am a relative tech novice.
Soo - as mentioned every time I open photoshop it crashes - it just says there's an error and the program will shut down and if there's a solution windows will notify me. Then nothing...
I've tried to look in photoshop files for the detailed crash report & the system event viewer but cannot find a file with those names. I've also looked in the windows files for files with those names but cannot find them either - so I don't know where to look.

While all you want is just to place pins, realize that Motion has so much more. All kinds of effects and they can be really customized. Maybe put their street address, contact name, and phone number by the pin?

If you're using the map for, say, deliveries, and use an iPad, what you could do is have a general map of the area imported into Motion, create the pins and whatever, then save (share?) it to the iPad.

You could try performing a clean installation: [[Knowledge Base Article]] :
Some Firefox issues can be resolved by downloading a new Firefox installer from Mozilla.com, then closing Firefox, deleting the Firefox application folder (program files) and reinstalling Firefox. If this does not help, or if you would rather completely remove Firefox and start over instead of completing all the troubleshooting steps, follow these steps:
1. Download the latest official version of Firefox from Mozilla.com.
* You should avoid unofficial download sites that bundle Firefox with other software such as the Google Toolbar.
2. If you wish to retain your current profile, you should make a backup copy of it. See Backing up your information for instructions.

Downloaded Firefox yesterday. Every time I open the Firefox browser, it starts in Safe Mode even though I have shut down and restarted my computer several times

I have Windows OS. I downloaded Firefox yesterday. Every time I open the Firefox browser, it starts in safe mode. I have restarted my machine several times -- Firefox still starts in Safe Mode. My favorites from IE copied to Firefox fine, and Firefox is now my default browser...it just keeps opening in Safe Mode.

I downloaded the toolbar. When I was done using the computer, I put it to "sleep." The next time I "woke" the computer and went to Firefox, the toolbar was gone. When I downloaded the toolbar again, I got a box in the upper left hand corner of the screen stating Firefox BLOCKED the toolbar, and did I want to allow it. There was NO option to allow always-it's just a one time deal. When I shut down for the day, I expected it to remain, but no-next time I fired up firefox, NO TOOLBAR. I pulled up Inbox dollars again, clicked on download toolbar, got the box stating it's blocking the toolbar, etc, etc, etc. Unless Firefox upgrades daily, or in some cases, several times in one day, I'm going to stick with my description that the toolbar magically disappears EVERY TIME I OPEN
FIREFOX!!!
I don't profess to be any type of computer whiz, I'm totally self-taught, and it's not beyond the realm of possibility that I'm doing something wrong. I've been using Firefox for about a week, so I'd welcome any help!
