HELP - Adobe Creative Cloud - Your membership plan was changed

Hi,
We recieved an email from adobe, saying that your Creative Clound plan was changed for a trial one.
We don´t know why this happen, your anual plan of Creative Cloud was started at 2014/09/05 according to image below.
Please, help us to resolve this.

I don't read Spanish, but the few words that are similar make it LOOK like there was a problem with your payment... is that correct?

    You can create unlimited offline forms with the desktop application that's included with Acrobat XI as part of Creative Cloud. If you want to track responses, or create more than one web form, you'd need a FormsCentral subscription.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud on Windows + Adobe Acrobat - Keeps going into Demo mode

    Hi,
    Not sure my subject line is accurate, but here's my situation.
    I have Adobe Creative Cloud - Student Membership.
    I have it installed on my Macbook Pro on both the Mac OS X 10.9.2 and Windows 8.1 (Boot Camp) side.
    So this counts as two computers... I have not installed it on any other computer.  Nor have I attempted to sign in to it on any other computer.
    On the Mac side everything is fine.
    On the Windows side... Creative Cloud refuses to stay signed in.  Now, I don't mind clicking sign in and typing my password... it's annoying, but fine... I'll deal with it.
    What I do mind... is Acrobat closing after about 30-45 seconds while I'm in the middle of doing something.  I'll have set everything up and then bam the window closes, no warnings, no requests to save... NOTHING...
    So, I'll do it again... and again... it'll happen.  Eventually it asks me to sign back in and then I'm good for a while.  But it reverts to Demo mode saying I have no trial days left.  But, I'm a paying member!!!!  I shouldn't have to a) log in every day (or sometimes several times a day) or b) have my program literally close without warning while I'm working in it - and sometimes not being able to save the work I just did - and twice already stuff that I CAN'T get back (luckily nothing critical yet).
    Now the shutting down/closing issue seems to be only Acrobat.  The other apps seem to behave as long as I log in with the Creative Cloud systray app.
    Any suggestions???

  • I have some .PSD files that I am wondering if I can access once I download Adobe Creative Cloud?

    I have some photos saved in a .psd format on my computer from a photographer. I have not downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud yet, but plan on downloading it so I can access these photos in addition to all of the other tasks I will be using it for throughout the year. Does anyone know if once I download Adobe Creative Cloud if I will be able to putt up these .psd files in Photoshop?

    Kathleenory1 you can always try for yourself.  You can utilize the process listed in Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html to install a trial version of Photoshop CC 2014.

  • Error code 50 installing Adobe creative cloud

    I cannot get rid of this error message when trying to install adobe creative cloud desktop.  I was able to remove the old installation using the cleaner too, but cannot get a new installation to install.

    1. es funktioniert wieder (nach dem dritten Anlauf des Download vom Adobe-Rechner.
    Folgendes ist passiert:
    In der letzen Woche wurde ich aufgefordert die Creativ Cloud zu aktualisieren. Dies versuchte ich auch. Allerdings brach das Update aus unerklärlichen Gründen nach ca. 65% ab.
    Bei der Adobe-Hotline jemanden zu erwischen ist sehr schwer und über den Chat bin ich nicht immer überzeugt, ob der jenige immer über genügend Erfahrung verfügt.
    Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn es funktioniert wieder; nachdem ich mir den Applikations-Manager und CreativeCloudSet-Up heruntergeladen habe und installiert habe.

    I need help refreshing my Adobe Creative Cloud membership in Business Catalyst.
    Hello, I had an Adobe Muse membership and I have changed it to a full Adobe Creative cloud membership. The problem is when I login in to business catalyst and try to push live  a second site, it tells me as follows:  Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites.
    I think business catalyst has not recognize jet that I have change my Adobe Creative Cloud Membership and does not allow me access to the 5 sites that are supposed to come with my adobe creative cloud.
    Please help me refresh my status on business catalyst so I can publish my 5 sites.

  • Why am I getting a "Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites" message?

    I just tried to push my FIRST "free" Creative Cloud site live and got the message "Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites. To push this site live you will need to purchase an additional hosting plan." I thought CC membership was supposed to give you 5 free hosted web basics sites?
    I am a premium BC partner and so far have my partner site and a paid Webcommerce site . In addition to the site I'm trying to put live I have 2 other trial sites (think they are designated as WebMarketing sites) of which one is expired. So where does the limit come in as this is so far my only WebBasics site?
    Please help as I need this live urgently (without additional expense).

    13.0.1 is the last version of Photoshop to run on Windows XP but it does not include the Copy CSS feature.
    The Copy CSS feature was first introduced in Photoshop 13.1 (Cloud only) and higher.

    Photoshop 13.1 does not run on Windows XP. So your operating system is preventing you from upgrading Photoshop to 13.1+.

    If you plan to remain a Cloud member then you will have to upgrade to Windows 7 or Windows 8 (or get a new computer) very soon in order to run Photoshop CC to be released on June 17, 2013.

    I use this laptop as my home computer but do graphic design on it quite frequently for side jobs but I'm still on OS 10.6.8. My adobe Creative suite is a (not so legal) CS5 that had to be configured to work on this machine.
    At work I am about to upgrade my 2010 iMac to the newest OS version and install the new Adobe Creative Cloud suite on it in June. I would like to get the full version, so I can run it on my MacBook too (you are allowed to run two computers with the software purchase) but will this even be possible with my older machine? I can't afford a new one...it doesn't even feel that old.
    Also, if it IS possible, then how would I go about uninstalling my CS5? There was quite a bit of tinkering done - not by me so I don't know exactly what - to make it work.
    So what should I do? Should I take in to a Mac specialist? Thanks in advance.

    I am having extreme difficulty in trying to build a website applicable to the 5 websites offered within Adobe Creative Cloud Membership? I have been told by Adobe Support options that Creative Cloud Membership does not offer hosting for any websites despite what I read of the 5 websites being offered in the Adobe Creative Cloud Membership? I have a year memership and when I call support no one so far can answer me on how to utilize these 5 websites hosting. No one knows anything about these 5 websites offered in the ad! I ask if I use any specific product as maybe Muse and I am being told that any specific adobe product CS6 that I have installed through my Adobe Creative Cloud membership has therir own individual support offered not through Adobe Creative Cloud membership anyway? I am very aggravated after being disconnected with assorted support members over the phone. I don't even suppose what I am talking about? Correct? Anyway, I find I cannot get an honest answer to my problem after all. Is this the place I might find conscientious help and understanding with my Adobe created dillema? Please reply as I am a very nice guy that has patience in learning what my Adobe Creative Cloud really offers now after being sold on it for a year?

    Frankly Adobe Support is some of the worst support I have ever seen. They do have a few shining stars and some do have good experiences. (I have had good and bad) and I will add Business Catalyst Support is top notch and is also separate from regular Adobe Support.
