Help Needed-Doubt in Outbound Plug Delegation

Hi Experts,
We had a requirement to create a view for displaying opportunities and provide navigation to the same from the view.
We were getting exceptions for incorrect implement and we solved it using the delegation concept.
Doubt:
In our Z component window we have Outbound Plugs namely navigate_display,navigate_create and navigate_edit.
But in our component usage we are using BT111M_OPPT component which has an OP DOCFLOW that need to be delegated as well for proper navigations to happen. The OPs of BT111M_OPPT navigate_display and navigate_create has been delegated to OPs navigate_display and navigate_create of our Z component window respectively.
Since we do not have a DOCFLOW OP in our Z component, is it correct if we delegate it to an available OP(say,navigate_display - this has been currently done and it is working fine now) or should we create an OP and den fire DOCFLOW OP within the same in our z component window?
Any pointers would be highly appreciated.

My doubt is now about the flow of the firing.
While using navigational link concept,it just finds source and target as defined and navigates accordingly...but in this case
i am unable to arrive at such a conclusion.
My Z component had OPs in window : A,B,C.
I embedd a std. component in my z component. Std. component has window OP D.
I delegate the window OP of the std. component(D) to my Z component window OP(A).
Which OPs should be triggered within D and A(param iv_outbound_plug value to be passed to the fire method)?
So what would be the flow of the firing in two cases : 1. If i am navigating to the embedded view ?
2. If i navigate back to z component view?
Like i am not clear about the basic flow concept on the firing of OP of window and so i am confused about the usage.
Please help if you knwo any link where i can get an idea about the same.
I searched sdn but not to much avail.

I have created an outbound delivery for a stock transport order in using VL10D.
The otbound delivery then goes to a different system wherein it is updated with picking,packing and shipping info.Then it comes back to SAP in the form of idoc(DELVRY05).Now what I need is to write a code in an exit(I know where to write the code) from where the data in the idoc will update the outbouned delivery with picked and delivered quantity.
I tried using FM's SD_DELIVERY_UPDATE_PICKING and WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2 but it is not working.Also where will I get to see the update if it happens.
Please help me.Its required urgently.

I m trying to understand this requirement. Your IDOC comes in with updated information for a delivery thats already available in the system.
In this case, the IDOC would lock the delivery object for its ude, so writing FM's directly might not help.
Please let me know your process code or your inbound FM. If it is IDOC_INPUT_DELVRY, then it already uses a WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2 , so there is little reason why you should be calling the FM again.
Please note that when this comes in it creates an inbound delivery rather an outbound. So, is your third party system sending you back an outbound IDOC?
Do you want to update the delivery that u sent out ( SD) to the third party system from that information.
In that case, please use BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC. This is for delivery conformation from a third party system. The documentation is very clear and there are toms of examples on SDN.
Please reward if useful.

What i understood from above is ,if we try to access system property from AccessController.doPrivileged() it should work ,Please correct me .. i think i am wrong ..
Kindly help me to get a clear picture of
1)when we need to use AccessController.doPrivileged() ?.(if SecurityManager is present we use AccessController.doPrivileged why this is failing in above example )
2) what is the real advantage we are getting by using AccessController and PrivilegedAction?.
3) Do we need custom policy file for above example to work ?

When i see a existing custom WD component's my_view's method code (action is APPROVE), i see the below code
wd_this->fire_tomain_plg( ).
I also saw that MAIN view is the outbound plug for my_ view.
1) Is this code is telling to the system that, it should navighate to MAIN view?
2) if so, already we put this (TOMAIN) in OUTBOUND tab righ? why again having this piece of code EXPLICITLY in our method?
3) is we (developers) need to put this manually? or or systme will put it at the bottom of the method automatically?
4) but i did not see any such code for INBOUND PLUGs? why?

I have tried the Security Realm of Tomcat. Since I do not have
an LDAP server, I decided to use the Tomcat-users.xml file in
Tomcat\conf directory.
I added the following lines of code in the web.xml file.

So, now when we type the url: http://localhost:8080/adbpdbre/default.htm, TOMCAT shows a dialog box asking for UserName: and Password:Now, only when we give the username and password, it shows the page. This is exactly what we want.
But the problem now is, this default.htm page, has 5 links to 5 applets. The first time that I click on one of these links, the JRE plug of 1.4 shows a dialog again asking for the username and password. Till I dont provide the username and password the system doesnt go ahead and applet doesnt load. I do not want the JRE to ask me for the username/passwords again..How to avoid this ?
Can you give me some more information on this. Ultimately in the production usage, we will be using LDAP and not Tomcat's memory realm.

In the config file, you 're essentially saying that you want Tomcat to prompt for usr/passw on every request (url-pattern = /*) made by a 'webviewer', and that's exactly what Tomcat is doing.
Consider using specific url-patterns & roles for resources to be protected. If for now, all you need is to protect the first page, use a more specific url-pattern.
Just an advice : if you'll be using LDAP in production, do not waste time with Tomcat's Security Realm and the BASIC authentication type, since the two have not much in common. Start reading doc on LDAP, and code a prototype, or even better, a vertical slice of the app (i.e a proof of concept).

Hello. My internal microphone stopped working ever since I stopped using the default Toshiba version of Windows 7.
I have downloaded all the correct drivers for my Toshiba L750-BT4N22, especially the Conexant SmartAudio HD driver.
My internal microphone shows up in sounds/hardware, but it says "Not Plugged In". Also, every once in a while my sound get's choppy when I "seek" or move fast through a video file.

I am currently working in a company where it does wireless technology like WAP and I am assigned a task of creating a screensaver midlet. I have some doubts on the midlets.
1) How do i use a midlet suites? From what I heard from my colleagues & friends, a servlet is needed for midlets to interact with one another. is it true?
2) How do I get the startin midlet to take note the phone is idling so that the screen saver midlet can be called?
Help needed urgently... if there is any source codes for me to refer to would be better... Thanks...

indicates that MIDlet suites are isolated (on purpose) from each other, so you can't write over another one's address space.
Also, I believe (at least on cell phones) that you have to specifically enter the Java Apps mode; unless you do the app won't execute. If you are in Java apps mode and a call comes in, the cell's OS puts the Java app currently executing on "Pause" mode and switches back to phone mode.
Not sure if you will be able to have a Java app do that automatically.
BTW why do you need a screensaver on an LCD display? Is it really intended to show an advertisement?
Download and real all the docs you can from Sun, once you get over the generic Java deficiencies MIDlet's aren't that hard.

Trigger GP process by giving process URL in Interface View outbound plug

My Requirement is,
I have 1 GP process implemented in webdynpro.
From 1 of my view I am calling the process completeion(executionContext.processingComplete();) code, written in interface controller.
After this code I need to start the same process once again, without clicking any link.
For this I have created 1 outbound plug in the interface view of my window(out blug for WebDynproCOInterfaceView with parameter "Url").
Then after calling executionContext.processingComplete();, I gave
wdThis.wdGetWebDynproCOInterfaceViewController().wdFirePlugGotoUrl("Process Instantiation URL"); in my view.
but it is giving error,"WDRuntimeException: Cannot navigate from view WebDynproCOInterfaceView via non-existent outbound "
Also I tried to start the gp process througn coding also
what I tried is,

I have given EXIT type of outbound plug only. But it won't work if the view is in portal.
When I tried to create the process using GP API the process is creating in Background. For me , after the completion of one process , automatically next should trigger and the corresponding view should be visible for the user.
Process is triggering using GP API but, the view is not visible to user.

I am calling other WDA2 from WDA1.. i used construct_url, and called the outbound plug which is type suspend.
so wda2 is opening in same browser. .good.
but i want to send a value to the URL .. basically i can see parameter in outbound plug as url..
but how to pass the value to URL..
and in WDA2, how to read this value... pls plsssssss..
i know its simple, but i need some sampel code or example which reads this value of URL.

We cant connect one outbound plug to 2 views. To navigate from one view(ex:FirstView) to another view(ex:SecondView), FromView should have one outbound plug, SecondView should have one inbound plug. If u need to go to ThirdView from FirstView, then again FirstView should have one more outbound plug and ThirdView should have Inbound plug. Totally FirstView have 2 outbound plugs to each view and other views have their own inbound plugs.
(However We can create separate links for outbound plug to 2 views. But we can connect to only one view which we have linked first)

Okay so i went out and I bought a yamaha 630BL reciever, a digital coaxial s/pdif, and a 3.5mm phono plug to fit perfectly to my XFI Extreme Music
-The audio plays fine and reports as a PCM stream when I play it normally, but I can't get dolby digital or DTS to enable for some reason eventhough I bought the DDL & DTS Connect Pack for $4.72
When I click dolby digital li've in DDL it jumps back up to off and has this [The operation was unsuccessful. Please try again or reinstall the application].

-When I game I normally use headphones in game mode or 2. with my headphones, the reason for this is if I set it on 5. I get sounds coming out of all of the wrong channels.
Now when I watch movies or listen to music I switch to 5. sound in entertainment mode, but to make this work properly I have to open CMSS-3D. I then change it from xpand to stereo and put the slider at even center for 50%. If I use the default xpand mode the audio is way off coming out of all of the wrong channels.
How do I make 5. render properly on vista

We ended up getting iTunes cleanly uninstalled and were able to re-install without issue. All is now mostly well.
