Help required in Exec_Sql Package

Hi,
Plz help me in this program unit

The Problem is it is raising the exception. It is not displaying the emp_id.
the other one is with "EXEC_SQL.DEFINE_COLUMN(cursorID,1,V_Emp_Id);
" I'm facing the error too many declaration with this statement.
