I have a fully companies annual subscription of 69.99 a month.
but I can only download the 30-day trial versions.
and if I want to put on them completely firedamp should I enter a redemption code. could it be that the code later emailed word?

I recieved an Adobe Master Collection License number from my school (Stevens Institute of Technology) and I can't figure out how to use it in order to get the product. I've created a username and that's as far as I've gotten. I need to download the product and I can't figure out where to begin.

CC is for retail use with 20 GB of storage space, CCT is where number of seats are purchased & assigned by one program admin where each seat gets 100GB of storage space.
You can not have both the CC & team in one account as it will only provide you added storage space of 120 GB but you can activate the CC any of them or either of them twice as CC is based on Adobe ID.

I downloaded the Book Sycamore Row last week on my ipad and when I tried to open it, I got the message that it was formatted incorrectly, or is not a format that ibooks can open? if this is true, how do I get aREFUND?
You can try deleting the book and reinstall it. There is no reason why the book would be formatted incorrectly - assuming that you purchased this book from the iBooks Store .... And you are talking about the John Grisham novel correct?
Did you try just closing the iBooks app, restart the iPad and then try again? If you don't know how, this explains how to close an app.

Tried opening a file in library and it states can't open database with library name? It says Relaunch then will not open? and Blocks me completely from Aperture. I have to go to Finder to Rename it? I need this file how do I get it to open?

You're going to have to give a bit more information.
What do you mean by "opening a file in library?" There is no function of Aperture to open files -- you can open (switch) libraries.
You'll have to be more specific about error messages, too. Perhaps some screenshots would be useful to diagnose your problem. "Can't open database with library name" is not enough detail about what Aperture is really telling you.

pages is not letting me open my documents I made last week. I get a message that I need to update my software. I am up to date.
What to do?It sounds like you have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Note: Apple has removed over 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

Archive/trash Pages 5, after exporting all Pages 5 files to Pages '09 or Word .docx, and rate/review it in the App Store, then get back to work.

I have done a complete uninstall and re install of iTunes and all related apple programs from my laptop through control panel, add remove programs and also by going through program files and deleting all tracers of any left over folders remove programs may have missed.

I have a desktop MAC OSX Leopard. I want to upgrade to Quicken 2007, install Snow Leopard, download iLife'11. I heard that Quicken and Snow Leopard can clash..........that is why I am upgrading Quicken. What would be the best order of installing these products. How to Install OS X Updates Successfully
A. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions:
Boot from your current OS X Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. Then select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer. Now restart normally.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior (4.0 for Tiger) and/or TechTool Pro (4.5.2 for Tiger) to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
B. Make a Bootable Backup Using Restore Option of Disk Utility:
1. Open Disk Utility from the Utilities folder.
2. Select the destination volume from the left side list.
3. Click on the Restore tab in the DU main window.
4. Check the box labeled Erase destination.
5. Select the destination volume from the left side list and drag it to the
Destination entry field.
6. Select the source volume from the left side list and drag it to the
Source entry field.
7. Double-check you got it right, then click on the Restore button.
Destination means the external backup drive. Source means the internal
startup drive.
C. Important: Please read before installing:
1. If you have a FireWire hard drive connected, disconnect it before installing the
update unless you will boot from this drive and install the update on it.
Reconnect it and turn it back on after installation is complete and you've
restarted.
2. You may experience unexpected results if you have installed third-party system
software modifications, or if you have modified the operating system through
other means. (This does not apply to normal application software installation.)
3. The installation process should not be interrupted. If a power outage or other
interruption occurs during installation, use the standalone installer (see below)
from Apple Downloads to update. While the installation is in progress do not use
the computer.
D. To upgrade:
Purchase the Snow Leopard Retail DVD.
Boot From The OS X Installer Disc:
1. Insert OS X Installer Disc into the optical drive.
2. Restart the computer.
3. Immediately after the chime press and hold down the "C" key.
4. Release the key when the spinning gear below the dark gray Apple
logo appears.
5. Wait for installer to finish loading.
6. Follow instructions.
After installing Snow Leopard you should update it by downloading and installing Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1. -

Moreover I quoute Preran: The Adobe ID is used for the activation process. Previously you could activate only on two instances of the same OS. That restriction has been removed. Also, if you log into a third computer on which you have installed CC, you are automatically logged out of one of the previous computers where you have logged in. (Re: With Flash CC can I install it on both my PC and Mac?)

Can't run Photoshop on win 7 64 bit - licensed creative cloud member
Starting today I have been unable to run photoshop cs6 and can't find a work around. I have logged into my creative cloud account and reviewed adobe forums for solutions. Very, very frustrated with adobe licensing model.
Message comes up indicating that I have "trial version" of software (I do not). When I try to "license this version" I can only input a serial number - unable to input my creative cloud password.
Right now I am uninstalling photoshop and I will try re-installing using the adobe application manager - which I can sign into using creative cloud membership.
This sucks!Make sure to install the latest PS updates. There was a bug in the 13.1 update that got fixed in the immediately following 13.1.1 patch. Otehr than that going back and reinstalling seems just as good...

I have licensed Lightroom 5.6 and my serial number. I want to install it on a new computer. I can get nowhere using Adobe site as it is all Creative Cloud related. I never had to use CC before. All I want is to install my already purchased Lightroom on new computer (without deactivating on old computer)
