Hindi data in database appears as ???????????

Hi
I have inserted hindi data from oracle forms client which as NLS_LANG as american_america.UTF8. into a column in database which as nvarchar(1000)
The database charactersets are NLS_CHARACTERSET
WE8MSWIN1252 NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET AL16UTF16
The data in database for that column in nvarchar appears as ???????????
and rest all hindi data is fine

So should i need to change the database characterset to UTF8

but when i have entered with unistr using ISQLPLUS data went fine
I am only getting problem with forms10g not sending hindi data to database properly .
I have made all setting from the site i.e I have installed mangal.ttf. made the regional setting change for input locale hindi widows code page 1252
i have edited registry for nls_lang UTF8 and also default.env file in forms90/system
for nls_lang =American_america.UTF8
shud i need to have any runtime settings

The trouble in "<default>:" - if you set XML_PATH as C:\DATA_FILE\www.xml instead <default>:C:\DATA_FILE\www.xml- it will work correctly.

Does the toolbox cache queries? Data won't appear.

While trying to complete the contact management tutorial using CF8 and MS Access, I noticed that two names were missing under "Oracle" on the first output page, index.cfm. When I opened the database, I found the records weren't included. So I added them.
Weirdly, the new data won't appear. That is, if I create a Recordset, only 5 records appear even though there are actually 7.
- It's impossible to do a more simple query: SELECT * FROM contact_con.
- A query created in MS Access query shows 7 records.
- I've deleted the original recordset and recreated it.
- I've rebooted.
What is up with this?

Problem while populating data from database dynamically.

I am having two combo box
First one displays list of table Names
Second one displays list of the corresponding field Names.
Now when the user selects the table name the corresponding field names appear in the second combo box & now when the user selects the field name then the requirement is to get the data of the corressponding field of the table on the screen on the button click.
I want to do this thing dynamically through coding.
My requirement is only the data of those columns that have been queried should appear on the screen whereas other column data should not appear.
Can any body help me out.

I'm not sure if you want to populate the combobox dynamically based on any selected data source.
If so it is kind of tricky, but do-able. You need to write little bit of coding yourself.
First you need to get the Database metadata. For details see
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/sql/DatabaseMetaData.html
where you can get the table names.
Then using the result set metadata of the selected table you can get the column information. For details see
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/sql/ResultSetMetaData.html
If you want to display the data of selected table and column value (statically filled combo box), then it is easy.
you can create your own SQL statement based on the selected tabe and column and set it to the rowset dynamically in the code (may be in the method beforerenderresponse).

The above code executes well with no problem at all!
As you can see the file to which i create and save and open my pdf report is
AssignedDialyzer.pdf.
The column headers of table in pdf report from c# windows forms using iTextSharp are
"Reprocessing Date","Patient Name","Dialyzer(Manufacturer,Size)","No.of Reuse","Verification" and
"DialyzerID".
However the problem i am facing is after execution and opening of document is my
column headers in table in pdf report from
c# and datas in it all appear in bold.
I have browsed through net regarding to solve this problem but with no success.
What i want is my pdf report from c# should be similar to following format which i was able to accomplish in vb6,adodb with MS access using iTextSharp.:

Can not get data from database

    there is a problem , when i write like below :
SELECT * FROM bsis INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE it_temp
          WHERE bukrs = p_bukrs
            AND hkont = p_hkont.
p_bukrs , p_hkont are all on the selection screen , and p_bukrs = 1200 another is eq blank. i can not find any data , but with the same condition i can find some data in database , when i debeg i found that p_hkont is initial.
    when i write like this :
SELECT * FROM bsis INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE it_temp
          WHERE bukrs = p_bukrs .
this time i can find the data like the database.
    so , does someone know where the problem is , why i can not get data ?

if u r using bukrs and hkont as parameters in selection screen then
SELECT * FROM bsis INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE it_temp
WHERE bukrs = p_bukrs
AND hkont = p_hkont.
this will work.
if u r using then as select-option then the above does n't work.
bcoz select-options work as internal table bcoz of that u have use the query like this
SELECT * FROM bsis INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE it_temp
WHERE bukrs IN p_bukrs
AND hkont IN p_hkont.

Can not find product , sku attributes data in database table

I find it really strange to find data in database related to product and sku. I set up the commerce reference store and store is up and running fine. Catalog is fine too. I am not able to find data related to sku attributes in database.
I have a product_id xprod2511 which has 11 child skus such as xsku2511_1, xsku2511_2 and so on. sku xsku2511_1 is blue color and size 4. When I search for this two sku attributes (color and size) information in dcs_sku_attr table with sku_id as xsku2511_1, no rows returned. In fact, I looked into few other sku tables but I am not able to find the information about color and size of a sku in any database table.
this is the query I am running:
select * from dcs_sku_attr where sku_id = 'xsku2511_1'
Can someone please let me know the table name where this information regarding color and size resides in?

In dyn/admin If you try and view the definition file of ProductCatalog repository, then under sku item descriptor you would see the color and size property which would be under some table tag, that table tag table name should be the table holding these values.
the other question(may be silly) is that I hope that you are executing sql in correct schema, that is cata or catb schema (select * from catA.dcs_sku_attr) where the actual product catalog data resides.

TRANSFER OF DATA FROM DATABASE TO APPLICATION SERVER

I have to upload /transfer data from database to application server .
I am not able to get it.
If anyone have any solution to it,
post it to me.

Here is the sample code to download and upload the file onto presentation server and then using OPEN DATASET you'll be able to transfer the data to APPLICATION SERVER....
