I LOVE this app and need to find a way to get it moved over to my 5 from my 4. Please help!

If its still available in the App store, you should be able to simply download it from the purchased section of the App store on your iPhone 5 assuming you are using the same Apple ID on both devices.
App Store App -> Updates -> Purchased Look for the App there.
If its no longer available in the store, you can transfer it to a computer running iTunes using Transfer Purchases. And then Sync it over to the iPhone 5 from there.

ho un i-phone 4s da dicembre 2011 e nel febbraio 2014 ha cominiciato a non funzionare più il WI-FI.
Rimane sempre grigio e non è possibile attivarlo. Questo è avvenuto dopo aggiornamento di IOS.
Sono andato al centro Apple di carugate e l'unica soluzione che mi hanno proposto, dato che per 2 mesi il telefono è fuori garanzia, è quella di ottenere un telefono uguale rigenerato al costo di 200 euro.
