How can I change Portlet Title

Hi,
I need to dynamically change the portlet title.
The portlet is a JSP and at run time determines what to show in the title bar.

Here is what you need to do -
1) In your provider.xml file set the "renderContainer" tag for the specified portlet to false
2) Make sure in the "edit" page region section for the region containing your portlet, the two
checkboxes for "render header" and "render borders" is CHECKED. Becuase, this overrides what you
do at the provider.xml level
3) Now you have control on rendering the borders and headers
4) In your JSP portlet - have this code -
xxxContainerRenderer cntr = new xxxContainerRenderer();
PrintWriter pout = new PrintWriter(out);
SimpleParameterMap pm = new SimpleParameterMap();
pm.putParameterValue(PortletContainerRenderer.PORTLET_TITLE,"YOUR RUNTIME DEFINED TITLE"));
cntr.renderShowHeader(pr,pout,pm);
--- your content ---
cntr.renderShowFooter(pr,pout,pm);

In the Application Definition (Shared Components) create a substitution string APP_NAME. Enter some value there. In the page template header add this:

How can I change the title backgrounds in a project from a converted movie trailer theme?

I converted a movie trailer theme (action) to a movie. The title backgrounds are all red but I like the effects. I would like the background color to be blue. Thanks for your help!

Unfortunately I tried doing a swap with a color background and it looks like it doesn't let you just drag a replacement background in. So the best you can expect is to drag a color background from the Map tool browser (it has a globe icon on it) and drag it next to the background you want to use, set the duration to be the same length. Drag the tite block to the new color background clip. Then delete the background from the original Movie trailer version.

For example: the reissues of an 1982 album has a 1995 bonus track, but I want it to be sorted as an '82 album? In earlier versions, when itunes sorted my album "by year", it took the year of the first title as the album's year (which makes a lot of sense). In itunes 11, however, the /highest/ year of any title in an album is taken to be the album's year. This upsets my entire catalogue. Can this be changed, will this be changed?

You may have bookmarks that have long title. Firefox 4 shows the full text of the bookmark name, so if it doesn't fit with opening to the right side the Firefox will open to the left side. You can scroll through the list and make the bookmarks with a long name shorter.
