How can I convert four elements of an array of I8 to an I32?

I am new to LabView I am trying to index through an array of bytes and pull out either 2 or 4 bytes and store the values in either words or longs. Is there any easy way to do this?

Hi,
there is function Advansed\Data Manipulation\Join numbers.
It get 2 numbers of 8\16 bits and join them to one 16\32 bits number.
In your case you need to take 2 MSB 8-bits numbers and join to 16-bits number. Same thing do for 2 LSB numbers.
After this join to 16-bits numbers to one 32-bits.

How can I offset all elements of an array by the same number

I'd like to know the quickest way to add a number to all elements of an array. In other word, offset the whole array by a number.

You just use the normal add function. Wire the array to one input and the constant to the other input. After wiring the array, do not click on the other terminal and select Create>Constant because by default it will create an array. Just select a Numeric Constant from the Numeric palette or wire it to a control.

How can I change two elements in an array from double to integer.

I have my program working just fine until it comes to saving the file. I have a 2 dimensional array that has data at 0,0 0,1 and 0,2. It is being displayed perfectly the way I have it set up. The problem is where it comes to saving the file. I want elements 0,0 and 0,1 to be an integer and 0,3 to be a fractional number. I can only save it as one or the other. I am sending the data to a write to text file VI which only allows one or the other. Does anyone have any ideas of how to over come this? I know from probing that the data is getting to the write to text file VI in the format that I want it to.

That feature is only in PS. Elements as you buy it has only limited support for smart objects. If you use File>Place to add something to your image it will come in as a smart object (within the limits to which PSE understands smart layers). However, if you know someone who can write an action for you in PS you can install it in PSE, or you could look into something like elements+ from simplephotoshop.com.

Strings are Objects but not all Objects are Strings and at least one of the elements in your List is not a String.

On the tool bar you have an option "Browser" which is next to "HTML Editor" .
You know that for using these elements wo have to map them with Data Schema.
Step by step
1. In data Model Under Data Schema Add a child and name it Read_More.
2. In the left hand corner ,click on tab Type and from the drop down select "rid"
3.Click on the "Browser" from the toolbar (as told earlier) and drag and drop it on the form.
4. Drag the Data schema which u have made(Read_more) and drop it on the browser on form. On right hand side u will se the mapping done.
5.Click on the "Browser" which is there in the form and on the right hand side of the form u will see the property window.
6.In property window change the value of action property to "Item Entry point"
7. Repeat step 3 and 4 in Render and show form but using "label" nad not browser.
Do not forget to add Save button in Edit Form.
This will solve your problem.

How can I convert my Tiger DVD into a CD without spending more money and time? I've spent over seven hours trying to upgrade an iMac 350 Hz OS 9.1 to Tiger. I have changed the iMac firmware to 4.1.9, but found that my Panther disc was only an OSX Upgrade, although the 3 cds are labeled as Installation Discs. Since I have a Tiger disc I thought I would use that. Unfortunately, my iMac only reads CDs, not DVDs. I tried networking the iMac to my G5, but upon shutdown, the OSX disc cannot be accessed. I copied the DVD files to my iMac hard drive, but again, the OSX disc cannot be accessed after shutdown.
Is there a way I can burn a CD from the files of my Tiger DVD to get this task accomplished?

I purchased four iPods for my family this Christmas. I have six iMacs just sitting around not being used. I thought that I would turn one into an iPod work station, so everyone can use one computer to recharge and hook up to iTunes 7.
Unfortunately, iTunes does not work very well in OS9. Apple decided not to continue to support OS9 very well. I’ve spent several hours attempting to upgrade the iMac so I could set up iTunes 7. Unfortunately, my 3 Panther Installation Discs were mislabeled, and did not allow me to install OSX over OS9. My OSX 10.2.7 Installation Disc is a DVD, and my Tiger Installation disc is a DVD. Neither usable to update the iMac.
All I want to do is set up a dumb iMac as a network interface to my G5 because I've use all of the G5's ports for our recording studio and the iPods need external power source if they are plugged directly into the G5.
If you could show me an easier way to run iTunes 7 on the iMac I wouldn't be as ****** off as I am at Apple for not supporting the 9 older computers I own with usable help and upgrades.

The D3200 requires at least ACR 7.1, which isn't compatible with any version of PSE prior to PSE 11, so no, you can't do this directly in PSE 9.
You could upgrade PSE, use the Nikon software to convert the files and then open the resulting images into PSE for further editing, or download the free Adobe DNG converter to convert your NEFs to DNG files that your version of PSE can understand.

When you installed version 10 did you convert your previous catalog?
If so, your projects should appear in the PSE10 Organizer. To search for them type PSESS into the search box.
You should then be able to open the project by double clicking on its thumbnail.
Then choose Output >> Edit in Premier Elements
