How can I download a .pdf to my HD?

Question

In my version the file is not readable with acrobat, no error occurs, but the pages shown are just white. If I compare the original file and the downloaded, I can't find any differences?
What is an alternative way to download the .pdf-file?

Thanks for the try, doesn't work. Some chars, like "TM" are interpreted as """ quotation.
