How can I open up a disc when it says this computer does not have to programme to open it??

I've inserted a disc I got with a text book but the mac won't open it as it doesn't have a programme to recognise it? It asks me to search for one in the app store, but when I do it still doesn't find one??

1- Check if the CD is Mac Supported
2- If yes, call the manufacturers tech support
3- If no, try oppening it with crossover, or Bootcamp (windows in another partition)
4- If none of the above works: GoodLuck M8

Oh my gosh. This worked perfectly!!!
After allowing the changes, I just had to open the apps again (such as Instagram), then the pop-up asking to allow access to Photos appeared!

If you have moved there, then view your account using the iTunes app on a Mac or PC and change the country/region to your current location and address.
