How do I add and remove music from iTunes in iPhone?

I've been having trouble with my phone memory (16gb) being used up by music. I recently change setting to have it covert higher bit songs to 128 kbps which seemed to help.
I just converted to new iOs 7 and it started downloading all music from iTunes in my laptop—which overfilled the memory again.
I tried to go to manual sync and now I cannot see how to add or remove any music (and can't see the bar at the botto of the summary page which should tell me how the memory space is being used and what is available.

I don't know. It seeme to disappear after I check that I would manually sync.

Can't drag and drop music from itunes to Iphone

my brother recently updated to a newer version of itunes and i can no longer drag and drop music from my itunes to my iphone! ive tried everything that i know and nothing is working! i tried checking the 'manually manage music' box, but everytime i do that it asks me if i want to erase and sync and doesnt give me another option. I dont want to do that! my songs that are on my ipod are not on my current itunes! they are lost ;( . i turned on home sharing (not sure what that did but i tried it) and i also authorized the computer... help please!

you iphone does not work like a regular ipod, where you can drag and drop music, you must sync it with itunes. plug it into your computer, click on the icon that is labeled iphone. when you do this there is a section on the top that says music. click on that, then you can select playlists and artists, etc. then click apply. it should work then

When I attempt to drag and drop music from my itunes library to my iphone it no longer works.
I've performed a factory restore on my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled itunes to no avail.

I can create a playlist and tell the iphone to sync that playlist but this is not the way I want to do things. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pse excuse myself for being such a noob. I am trying to sync music from which i have ripped from cd's to itunes using icloud. When i go into the purchased section there is no music to sync obviously as i havent purchased any music only ripped cd's. Why would you lose anything? Your contacts will be in whatever desktop program you have chosen to sync your contacts with, your Apps should be in your iTunes Library, and everything else should be on your computer too (assuming you've been syncing/backing up as designed).
Are you trying to sync music from a different computer than you normally use?

iTunes match won't automatically remove content from your computer, if you want to do that you will need to do it manually yourself.

Tom is correct, there is no T-SQL command to add a publisher to Replication Monitor. However, the server from which you launch Replication Monitor will automatically be added to Replication Monitor if it is a Publisher. Also, you can add additional
Publishers using the Add Publisher dialog.
