How do I change ipod to different account

iPod needs to be changed to mother's account using her apple ID and password. How do I do that? The account is still paid with same credit card, etc. Simply need to use her mother's ID and password and not mine.

Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and tap the current ID and log out and log in with the other one.
Note:
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

By "game center account", do you mean Apple ID?
If so, you can change it.
1. Tap settings and navigate to iTunes and App Stores
2. Tap "Apple ID" and then tap "Sign Out"
3. Log in with a different ID.

If you are now in another country then you will need to update the billing address on your account (and if using a credit card that will need to have been issued by a bank in your new country and be registered to your new address), which you should be able to do via your computer's iTunes (Store > View Account menu option) or by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad and logging into to it. I activated an iPad for a work associate; somehow, MY Apple ID account is assigned to his iPad's iCloud backup. His iPad is using up all MY iCloud space... he IS set up in App Store with his own Apple ID.
On my own iPad (just to check out what settings/options were), i went to "Settings/iCloud: and tapped "Delete Acct". BUT, then I got a message that all Photo Stream and documents stored in iCloud would be deleted from this iPad... so, two questions...
is there ANY way for him to retrieve the documents he saved in MY iCloud account (there's 9.1g worth of HIS backup in my account!! ... i purchased extra space before i realized it was being eaten up by him and not mine).
Because he'd be logging back in under his OWN ID which had never backed up his device before......so, he'll lose everything, right?

if you want a Paid book account, follow the process outlined in the link supplied.
Apple iBooks store set out these requirements and they do not deviate from them for Individuals.
You need a new email address for a new account. You need an EIN USA tax file number if you are not a US citizen or US resident. You need to submit bank and credit card details...these can be the same as your iTunes account.
However much you find the requirements difficult, Apple do not make exceptions.

Do you sync with iTunes? If you do, you should be able to sync the iPad to iTunes in order to get the apps onto the iPad. If you have never synced the old iPad with iTunes, this will become just a little more complicated - if you want to use iTunes to transfer the apps.
Plus you can download them again as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought the apps with. This explains downloading past purchases.
