How do I copy, paste Word document into Adobe Reader PDF?

A client is not using Microsoft Word, but typing text for my edits into Adobe PDF. Too many edits, too cumbersome for me. After converting PDF to Word, I edit using various ink colors. How can I copy, cut, paste edited WORD document into her PDF? Other than by using "paper clip" or "attachment" features?

Thanks, graffiti...So, can't copy, paste Word document into PDF?
What is the "full version" of Adobe vs my Adobe Reader? Adobe Acrobat?
I do have a cloud, but doesn't help with my editing problem.

    Yes.
Everything in iCal on the Mac is archived with the Export.
This is another method for backing up your iCal data. The Address Book includes the same option.

  • When i copy a word document into the body of an email, it arrives in a distorted format.  what can i do to insure it will arrive in the body of the email as it appears in my word document?

how can i ensure that when i copy a word document into the body of an email, it will arrive in the same format as it appears in the word document.  mine arrive with distorted spacing.  thank you!!

Sounds like the Word file may have right justification. You can turn that off within Word.
You can also save the file as a pdf using these instructions:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/PH10738
    and send the pdf instead.

  • How do I convert a word document into a pdf and then upload it to a web site

How do I convert a word document into a pdf and then upload it to a web site so people can read it from my
site with Dreamweaver 4?. How can I do this? Can anyone please help? I'm only a newbie. Thanking you in anticipation.

First you need to install a means of printing to pdf from word.  I like cutepdf writer ( http://cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp ).  Once installed you will print the doc in word and under the printer selection you choose pdf.
Once you have the file you put it in your local site folders and upload it using Dreamweaver.  Be sure to link to it from a page so users can get to it and I would recommend giving the link a target of _black so it will open in a new window (see the properties inspector in DW).

  • New document alert: How to get PDF documents into Adobe Reader for iOS

Opening PDF Files in Reader for iOS (iPhone and iPad) has been very helpful to many users of Adobe Reader for iOS.  However, Apple has drastically changed the user interface in iOS 7, which made the original document obsolete.
According to Apple Developer Support's App Store Distribution page, 89% of devices connected to the App Store are using iOS 7 during a 7‑day period ending June 29, 2014.
Because of the exceptionally high iOS 7 adoption rate, Adobe Reader for iOS version 11.3 now supports iOS 7 only.
Here are the new How-To documents for iOS 7.
How to get PDF documents into Adobe Reader for iOS (iPad on iOS 7 version)
How to get PDF documents into Adobe Reader for iOS (iPhone on iOS 7 version)
(It had to be split into two separate documents because each contains way too many screenshots.)
Hope these documents are as helpful as the original one.
Please let us know if you have any feedback or suggestions on the topics for other help documents/tutorials.

    Dennis (or any Adobe rep),
Any updates to the OP's question? I'm with a large government agency, and we're moving away from GoodReader for reasons I can't go into here, and the ability to add user-defined bookmarks within the app is a mandatory feature for the document reader we select. I have the latest version of Adobe Reader (11.6.1) installed on my government iPad, and the ability to add user-defined bookmarks still seems to be missing. Does Adobe have any plans to add this feature, or is it already present and I'm simply overlooking it?
    Thanks,
    Cam

  • How do I open a secure document in Adobe reader using my iPhone 5

I Am trying to pay a bill using adobe reader. I understand how to open a document from my emails with the app, but once I open the document in Adobe reader it is still secured and will not let me enter in my account  info to pay the bill. How can this be fix?

Adobe Reader mobile products (Reader for iOS, Reader for Android, etc.) do not support commenting or form filling with secured (hence, encrypted) PDF documents.
Please use the desktop version of Adobe Reader on your Windows or Mac computer to fill in the secured PDF form.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • How can I speed up opening documents in Adobe Reader xi?   It is extremely slow.  I have Windows 7 Professional.

Opening documents with Adobe Reader xi on my computer is extrememly time-consuming and frustrating. Should I go back to an earlier version of Adobe? I never had this problem until I updated.  My operating system is Windows 7 Professional.

    Hi SuzyQ1,
The opening time of a PDF depends a lot on its internal structure.
Very complex forms are also known for long opening times.
Try clearing the Temporary files on your Windows and it will speed up your system to some extent.
Another thing you can do is,you would have to turn off any software that is running either in your Task Bar or shut them down in Task Manager.

  • Cant print in Word 2010 or Adobe Reader pdf files

I run Windows 7 and have an HP Officejet Pro 6835 connected wirelessly via my router.  I am able to print test pages and WordPad docs but not from Word 2010 or Adobe Reader.  Please help! =)

    Hey @MikeSalsero ,
Thank you for taking the time to post on the HP Forums today! Hope you enjoy the experience.
I understand you are able to print from some programs but not others.
I recommend you download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
Click here to download and run the Print and Scan Doctor >>> www.hp.com/go/tools
See if it can locate any issues and use its instructions to fix them if it does.
Have a great day! Let me know how it goes.

  • Kerning removed when pasting word document into indd.

I am trying to paste a set of tables into indd. I converted the PDF to a DOC using Acrobat Pro, and it looks and behaves fine in Word. But when I paste it into place all of the kerning is removed. Why is this happening and how do I stop it?

    Hmmm, well I've reproduced it.
    Can't explain it.
But I reproduced it. It's not a matter of "kerning" but rather the exclusion of the regular space character.
I tried converting table to text (in Word), then converting it back to a table before placing, and the spaces were preserved, but aside from all the space characters having a "custom tracking" value applied, the round-trip conversion resulted in a mangled layout anyway, so it was really only good for experimental purposes in the end.
In my standard workflows, I rarely if ever Place text-based content, and it's likely because scenarios like this were involved in the evolution of my habits. Word tables and InDesign tables have very little in common, and I would probably bring in plain text and reconstruct the table(s) in InDesign, if this was my project, without having even tried to Place. Actually, I've had better luck (copy/paste) with Excel to InDesign tables.

  • Can I covert multiple Word Documents into a single PDF using Acrobat Pro

I'm using Acrobat Pro X version 10.1.10...I'm trying to select multiple Word Document files  (Mac Version 14.4.3) but when choosing the files, Word Documents I cannot select them as a convertible file format. If I drag them into the conversion box it says they are not a recognised file format....any ideas?

Can you open any WORD file in Acrobat? If not, it is likely a limitation of Acrobat on the MAC. On the PC, you can simply use the Combine option in the file menu to create a new PDF. The conversion of the WORD document uses the PDF Maker option installed in WORD that must work, but this is the same process as opening a DOC or DOCX file directly in Acrobat. There are limitation with the compatibility of various versions of OFFICE and Acrobat that could be another issue you are having, but I don't know the combinations for a MAC. This only gives you some thoughts to consider. Some of the MAC users may be by later to give further thoughts.
The alternative is to create a PDF for each of the WORD files and then use the combine feature to combine the PDFs.

  • Cannot import Microsoft Office 2013 Word document into Adobe LC ES4

I have installed the live cycle designer ES4 for 64 bit systems.  I am not able to import a Microsoft Word document (MS Office 2013).  I have looked through the forums and found instances of this happening to many users.
The solution is a registry hack to put in a key and value and Adobe says this was fixed in ES3.  When I went to the registry, the key and value were already there and the program still gives me the error of not being able to open because it believes Word is not installed on my machine.  Please advise.  I am running on a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit system (Service Pack 1) with Microsoft Office 2013

    Hi,
Are those problematic documents created via previous versions of Office?
Please also try to run a repair of your Office 2013 installtion and check if it helps. See:
