An email address can only be associated with one Apple ID at a time. You will have to remove it from the other ID or use a different email address.

HT1920 I am trying to sign on an old Apple ID through iTunes and it is likely that the email address I used has been closed down. I can not remember the password due to using a new apple ID I frequently use. How else can I retrieve my password or sign in?

I have an old Apple ID I have been trying to log in to retrieve permission for the songs I have bought for my iTunes. However due to it being an old ID, I have forgotten the password and from what I can remember, the email address I used for security was closed down. I am aware that I can go through security questions and when asked for my D.O.B, I have a feeling I never adjusted my settings in the Apple ID account therefore can not get past that question either.

How can I retrieve the songs I purchased before? The site says that the song has been purchased and I want to retrieve them.

I have a new computer, when I am on the itunes store site and buying songs. It shows when I look at old songs that I have purchased them already but I have no record of them with the new computer. Is there a way to retrieve these songs?

Sorry Ralph, but music purchases from the iTunes store are a one time download only, so you'll have to repurchase these tracks. However, some individuals have been allowed to redownload this purchased music for free by contacting iTunes support and explaining your situation to them. Worth a shot at this point.

You can't merge accounts or copy content to a different account, so anything that you bought or downloaded via the old account is tied to that account - so any updates that those apps get you will only be able to download via that account. You can change which account is logged in on the iPad via Settings > Store

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

It is working for me. Two ways to import into an existing project:
Select a project and view it in the browser in split view. If you drag image files from a folder directly into the filmstrip, the dragged image files will be added to that project.
Or select a project in the library, before you open the Import panel. Then you can switch the destination project in the Import Settings from "new Project" to the selected project.
Have you tried these methods? Where does it not work for you?

HT203477 My final cut pro is so strange. It didn't allow me to create project then there was message popping up constantly saying that the files have been moved. this pops up more than 60 times in a minute. I don't move files as I know how to edit.

I think I am following -- I was able to upload to my iPhoto and all photos and videos are there that is a plus! I tried to create an Event in my iPhoto and put all of my photos in that event but for some reason, now my iTunes it not recognizing that Event in my iPhoto. It is not allowing me to import just that event at the moment but I may be doing something wrong. At least all of my pics and vids are in iPhoto so that is a plus and I know they are at least saved somewhere. Just for some reason, my iTunes it not locating the event that I created with only those photos.

Unforutnatly I am like 2 iOS updates behind because I don't have enough storage on my phone.
