I am filling in an adobe form that requires a signature. I would like to email it instead of print it. It requires signatures, so I would like to create signatures to paste into the document.

I'm having a problem with OSX 10.7... While the image (as my Mail signature) hosted on a server in my OSX 10.6 worked perfectly as a Webarchive in Mail, the same procedure in OSX 10.7 simply doesn't wotk anymore...
Do you know what the new procedure should be, as opposed to OSX 10.6?
I learned how to create this signature hosted as an HTML on a remote server with this guy:

As I mentioned, it works perfectly in my OSX 10.6, but in a newer machine, all that I got was an image not found (the question mark ? instead of the actual picture) in Mail.

Not sure I understand the question correctly.
Open Mail and click on Preferences under the Mail menu. Click on the Signatures icon in the toolbar. You can set up your signatures there.
But if you are talking about adding a written signature, then you cannot do that within Mail. You would need to scan in an image of your written signature then manually add it to a signature you create in mail as a graphic image. That seems to work.

You can't, but if you create a signature on another Mac with a built-in camera, or an Apple display with a camera, you can move the signature to the mini.

Just loaded acrobat standard on my tablet pc and I'd like to add a field that allows my customers to sign a form with a stylus. I DO NOT want to create a digital signature, just a field where the client signs the field and the the signature is entered into the form.

It's not as simple as it might at first seem. What your are going to use for this will be one of the comment tools, specificvally the Pencil tool. The area for the signature can be a simple line you add in the original document. However, if you are going to allow people to "sign" the document with a tablet, you will have to teach them to select the pencli tool and use it. Plus, you will need to Enable the from so that Reader users can access the tools (Advanced: Extend Features in Adobe Reader).

How do you retain text formatting when pasting into Pages?

Hi
I often copy and paste text into and out of emails. But whenever I paste into Pages it removes all the emboldening or italicisation. Once pasted, the text is all in one style (the one selected when I hit paste).
Generally there is too much text for me to comb through and find each instance. Is there a setting in Pages that I can change to prevent this happening?
I'm using Pages version 5.2.2 on iOS 10.9.4.

On Mavericks 10.9.5, I created some Rich Text in the email compose window. I copied this text to the clipboard. Pressing command+V in TextEdit or Pages v5.2.2 deposits the original Rich Text in the respective application document. No monochrome for me.
From Mail 7.3
To TextEdit 1.9
To Pages v5.2.2

Try this:
Add Cross Dissolve, cut and nest
Add a Fast Blur to the nest and tweak as in first screendump
Superimpose orange Color Matte and tweak as in second screendump
Make (fixed) effects into presets for future use.

How do I copy image from web and paste into Open Office Document

Whenever I choose Copy Image from Safari and then paste into open office, I only get the image url and not the image. I am sure that I am not selecting Copy Image Address.
When I copy images from my iTunes album artwork and paste into open office it works fine.
Any thoughts?

I have done the same thing using Firefox and it works just fine. It seems to be an issue with Safari.

Can you export images which have been pasted into an Illustrator document as separate files?

I have a multi-page Illustrator document (over 50 artboards) which contains lots of images that are all saved within the document (not linked in from seperate files) and all the images need to be exported as separate image files (similar to when you package a file in Indesign). The problem is the files are not linked, they are all saved within the document.
Want to avoid having to copy + paste every image into a new document in Photoshop and save individually as this will take forever.

Save the document as a PDF and Open in Photoshop. Select only the Images in the Open dialog and proceed from there.

Copying tables from the pdf file & loosing all table format when pasted into a word document

I have tables in an Adobe Reader 9.2 file that need to be placed in a word document.
When I copy the table and paste it into the word document I loose all table formating and am left w/just text--and, not in the right places, I might add.

The only thing that comes close is to use the Snapshot tool (from the Tools Menu) and copy the entire table and paste it, but it treats it as a graphic (picture) and you can no longer edit cells.
