How do I delete the pictures that were synced to my iPod when I backed it up to the computer. I don't want them all on there! This is over 10,000 pictures uploaded to my iPod and I don't want them on there I tried to delete them but it won't let me. Help me!

To delete photos and videos from your device
To delete synced photos and videos
In iTunes, select the device icon in the Devices list on the left. Click the Photos tab in the resulting window.
Choose "Sync photos from."
On a Mac, choose iPhoto or Aperture from the pop-up menu.
On a Windows PC, choose Photoshop Album or Photoshop Elements from the pop-up menu.

If your backup space is full then the best souiton is to increase the amount of space you have by purchasing more since backups are critical to not losing things
You can not remove things from iCloud directly

The icons, if you are familiar with them or they are obvious, take up less space than the words. You can abbreviate the names down to next to nothing or even nothing.
To save space and help organization you can group bookmarks into folders on your Bookmarks toolbar.

Connect your iPod to iTunes, click on your device, and then click on the "Photos" page. If you don't want any photos on your iPod, make sure the "Sync photos from [photo application]" checkbox is unchecked. Or, you could select specific photos in that page to sync to your iPod.

In the same way the photos were transferred from your Mac - via the iTunes sync process.
If you use iPhoto, deselect the Events or Albums you want removed from your iPhone under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes followed by a sync, etc.

Your pictures were not synced from your phone to your computer. This is not a feature of iTunes.
The device is designed for the user to copy the pictures off of the device to the computer regularly as you would with any digital camera. If you have chosen to not do this, the pictures are likely gone. The only hope of recovering them would be restoring the most recent backup of the device to the device or a replacement iPhone.

Open the email on your phone. Then tapthe curved Rrow icon in the upper right corner. One of the choices, if the email contains photos, is to Save Photos.

Hi, if this is in regards to your library simply open up itunes and do the following steps:
Click File
Scroll down to "show duplicates"
A list will then appear of your duplicate song titles.
Be sure to CAREFULLY review each song to make sure it is a duplicate ( as I have some music that is the same song but live, acoustic etc...)
Proceed to manually delete each song from the list and leave alone any song that you wish to keep.

If it's slow on startup it would be extensions loading or LaunchDaemons starting up.
You should have a look in:
/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/Extensions
You can count out anything in your home folder and it shouldn't put anything in /System as that's reserved for Apple.

You can restore them from your backup - if you havn't got a backup then you'll need to re-purchase them. Media (music, films, tv shows) can only be downloaded from iTunes once, which is why you are advised to make and maintain backup(s) of your purchased (and any other important) content.
