How do I get Apple to transfer my account from NZ to. Mexico so I can download the correct app required to view netflix?
I've changed countries and have to contact Apple to get my account transferred but can't find any way to directly contact Apple, as can't use my iPhone in Mexico.
The only way to stop her information is to have her turn off iCloud and wipe the device.
then you can set up with your Apple ID and information.
if she doesn't remove the device from her iCloud account you will not be able to update apps and will run into the activation lock at some point.

You can't transfer an account. You need to have a valid credit card that is registered to a physical address in Mexico in order to create n account that you can use in order to download from the Mexico App Store.

There is no activation mechanism in Lightroom. Hence no Help > Deactivate.
Only need to uninstall. Or leave it installed since the license allows two installations. -

You an download the iAS6.5 from http://wwws.sun.com/software/download/download/
There is no place where you can download the SP3. Anyway 6.5 has more advance features. Anyway SP2 works fine with win NT. If you have any specific problem with installation, you can point them out. I would suggest you to use 6.5 instead.

I do not know of any service from Apple itself that is offered as a monthly subscription, so it must be some other app or service subscription you've signed up for.
Have you even tried logging into your iTunes account and simply checking if you have any active subscriptions? -
I bough a iPod touch 5 with iOS 6.1.1. I bought it from a friend. When I tried to open a account with iCloud it says that all user Ids have been used. So now I'm unable to sign up for iCloud. Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another device or computer. -

The open with shows all applications on your system, if you have not uninstalled the trial version properly you should try to do so or just ignore it. -

I can set a PIN for Backup Assistant.
When Backup Assistant tries to run, it locks up and asks for the PIN.
I enter the PIN, and it's rejected as incorrect.
If I get a PIN reminder, it matches the PIN I entered!
This is really bothersome -- I can't stop Backup Assistant from running, and it won't work properly.
The result is the phone locks up until I manually close out of Backup Assistant.
And the battery runs down pretty quickly.

Any ideas? Please advise. Thanks!Yecch is right! I'm sorry to see there have been issue with the Backup Assistant PIN. Can you recall when this started happening? Was there a PIN or phone change that happened prior to this happening?
When you go to Media Center>Browse and Download>BackUp Assistant>Options do you see an option sot Upgrade Check? If there isn't an option for that, power the phone off/on and please try to access it again.
Lastly, you should try to reset the application by following the steps here http://vz.to/1AHpMIo.
