How do I get contacts uploaded to a 2010 Mercedes C300?

I know that wireless4mb.com says that the iPhone doesn't support file upload, but there should be a way to get contacts uploaded. Any ideas?

I have a 2010 Mercedes E-Class, and have transferred my address book to the vehicle. I followed the instructions provided by Mercedes on their web sight, and the process was fairly simple.
The iPhone supports the following Bluetooth profiles.

I brought this to the genius bar at my local Apple store, and they couldn't figure out how to do it, so this one is definitely a challenge. The genius bar advice was: "try to find a solution online." Aaack.

On your Mac, for duplicates, switching Contacts off then back on in System Preferences > iCloud may prevent duplicates.
On the iPhone / iPad tap Settings > iCloud. Make sure Contacts and Calendars are swtiched on.
Try restarting your Mac and your iOS devices when items won't sync as they should.
To restart an iOS device: Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

when you got the new phone it set up a new backup.
if you go into...
preferences>devices
you will see a list of the device backups on your computer.
to have itunes restore all the old stuff that was on your old phone right click on the iphone on the itunes screen. select..
restore from backup
select the one from your old phone and presto

In System Preferences > Date & Time select Open Language & Region.
Click on Advanced
Under the Dates tab you can customize settings.

I have and iPhone ith up to date contacts, and I have outlook with some of the same contacts with older info. When I sync, outlook is OK, but I get a lot of copies of the same contact on my iPhone. If you are trying to do this with iCloud, make sure your Mac is running OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher, then go to Settings>iCloud on your phone, sign in with your Apple ID to create your account, turn Contacts to On, then on your Mac go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign into your account and check Contacts.
If you only want to import a copy of your contacts from your Mac to your phone without using iCloud, do the following:
Open Contacts (Address Book) on your Mac, go to View>Groups.
Click on the All Contacts group, select any contact to the right, thengo to Edit>Select All (Command-A) to select them all.

She has her own iCloud ID but none of the contacts show up on it because they are in a group called 'Hotmail' and it is impossible on her iPad to change their group to 'iCloud'

I had already set up an account for her on my Mac, so her iPad is backed up. But when she syncs her contacts to Mail on my Mac, none of the contacts come across, because they are not iCloud contacts.
My question is still how do I get these contacts off the iPad and onto either the cloud or the mac so I can change their group so they sync in future and so that we can send a group email advising her friends and relatives of her change of email address. If this is not possible it means emailing a hundred or so people individually.
How sad that it is not possible on the ipad to select all contacts and assign them to a different group.

No they didn't. You can still create your own ringtone using computer iTunes.
Here are the steps:
Select a title (.mp3 or .m4a) in your iTunes Library
2. Do File > Get Info on selected title (Windows do Edit > Get Info)
3. In the dialog choose Options tab
4. Set Start Time and End Time (no more than 35 secs otherwise won't work)
5. Close dialog.
6. Now control click the title (right click) and choose Create AAC Version
