How do I get my apple ID on my phone changed to my login email online

I set up my Apple ID with my current email. When I set up my Facebook account, I used an email account that I don't use anymore but have linked to my current email account. My problem is, when I download the Facebook app it is using my current email address which is also linked to an old faceboil account. I added an alternate email address ( being the one that is linked to my current facebook but my old email account that is linked to my my current email) how do I now get my alternate email set to be the one that is used as my Apple ID when I download apps? (. It is still using my current email even though I chaned it online.

or
B: IF possible restore the device to factory settings via iTunes.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Navigate to Settings > Computers > Your Library on the Apple TV, you may be told you will lose all synced content, but you can't doing anything abouty this, you won't lose any purchased content that has yet to be transferred. Then select Settings > Computers > Connect To iTunes, note the passcode that appears on screen, click on the device in iTunes and enter the passcode when prompted.

try disabling email scanning for incoming mail.
One of the last things that occurs is the mail server and Thunderbird sign off on "where we are up to" and Thunderbird stores this state information in the popstate.dat file in your profile (there is one in each POP mail account folder). If the anti virus, or you for that matter, end the conversation a few seconds early that hand off does not occur and the popstate is not stored.

Only one id can be logged in at a time, so if you want to use the other id you'll need to log out of the current one by tapping on it on the right-hand side of Settings > Store and you can then log in with the second account.

What is the problem with iCloud? iCloud has nothing to do with iTunes syncing.

Thanks for the link Diesel. Not quite there yet. Software is all up to date to 6.0.2. Your link suggests I should have second or third gen apple tv. Not sure what generation Apple TV I have. Don't believe its a really early model. I have model MC572LL/A. But it has the latest update, so I would think it would connect. Still no apple tv icon on my macbook pro.

That means that one or more of these apps was obtained using that ID. All apps are forever tied to the ID used to originally obtain them & they cannot be transferred to another ID. Your only option is to delete this content, then re-purchase using your ID.
