How do I make JHeadstart confirm delete action

Hi gurus
How do I make my JHeadstart application confirm my action when I try to delete one or more rows? I have not seen any attribute to specify this... can it be done?

You can do this by modifying the doEvent javascript function in form.js as follows:

When I combine multiple pdf files into a single binder, Acrobat creates a bookmark for each file. In the properties for each bookmark, there is an action created to go to the page in the document and has the zoom level at "fit width". Question is, how do I change this apparent default zoom level to "fit page" when Acrobat creates the bookmarks when combining the pdf files?

Is there a way to do it in one step instead of individually on each bookmark? This gets VERY cumbersome when I have upwards of a hundred bookmarks to change.

only way is to restore the phone as new. OR wait until IOS 7 comes out in the fall.

How can I customise a default delete action

In Apex, I have report with edit button. By cliking on edit I can see the edit window with a delete button. I want to restrict this with some checks .
The delete button should be displayed always.
I want to utilise the default delete action, I don't want to write a code for deletion.
On click , if the condition restrict , it should give message and should not delete that record.
Otherwise the record shoud be deletd.

Actually I wanted use a complex condition, I want to write a funtion returing some value. Based on that I want to show a message or I want to do the delete action. If i am putting some condition for the delete button, if false, the button will not be displayed. This should not happen.
What you mean by validation here, On which item or which action or where should I put the validation code in my senario.

I don't think you can (provide Apple with your suggestion)
However if you do make a mistake for most set ups you will find the deleted message in the trash and can simply drag it back to the mail box yo want it in

Whether you can keep your email accounts synchronized across devices depends on what type of email account you have. IMAP, for instance, is a mail account that keeps all messages and their locations on the mail server. Thus any device will automatically update as long as it is connected to the Internet. Apple's iCloud mail is an example of this.
POP accounts, on the other hand, do not do this, and thus email received and deleted on one device may be received again by another device and have to be deleted from there.
Contact your mail service provider to find out which type of email account you have.

How do I make iTunes stop deleting my library?

So my iTunes library (playlists and all) will spontaneously delete itself when I close it out, but only every once in awhile and not every time. However, the songs are still listed under "My Music>iTunes>iTunes Media". This started to occur shortly (but not immediately) after I transferred songs from a zip drive to my cpu that had been converted to .wav format via a 3rd party program. Thinking that iTunes had somehow become "infected", I uninstalled then reinstalled iTunes, re-adding the songs that I saved on a disc drive. Everything was great for a couple days, then boom, library gone again. Any suggestions? I'm a noob and I appreciate any help!

A verbose question, I know. Allow me to explain. I seem to have a problem which prevents my imap emails in the maverics mail app from being arranged as they are on the server and other devices. This is to say, while my computer still recieves new mail, it will not arrange or delete my old mail as per the moves I had made with regard to this mail on another computer.

How do you disable text cursor movement when scrolling horizontally with a tilt wheel or touchpad; or rather, how do you make these horizontal scrolling actions only scroll horizontally and nothing else?

Frequently when I use a touchpad or tilt wheel mouse to scroll horizontally, the web page does not scroll at all. Instead, the text cursor moves left or right. If the text box is off-screen, the page will jump to it, losing the spot on the page I was reading. This happens way too often given the sensitivity of touchpads and tilt wheel mice.
I'd like to just disable the cursor movement function of the horizontal scroll. I don't feel that it is useful and it actually hurts my web browsing experience. I do not want to disable horizontal scrolling though; I just want it to always scroll horizontally and do nothing else.

You would make this a little easier if you posted a link to the page.
Most of the jump seems to be some extra padding or margin between the tabs when you rollover, but I am not able to find it. Is there any other css that is governing this page? I did remove a couple of <p></p> set of tags you had and it improved the jump, but it is still there.
If the page is live, run it through the validator http://validator.w3.org/ , fix whatever errors it finds, if you still have the jump, post a link to the page and the issue might get found.

New iMac/Apple user here, with a question. I have iphoto 09, and I imported my photos into the iphoto program (They were originally moved from a windows box to my mac desktop. iPhoto copied the files into its photo directory, and I deleted the old pics folder off the mac desktop. (I have it backed up tho). In iPhoto today, i mistakenly hit the delete button while browsing a pic, and deleted 2 pics from iPhoto. 2 Questions:
1) Are the gone off the drive now? I believe it should go into "Trash," but s it actually gone off teh iphoto directory on the HDD?
2) Can I make a confirm delete for that program, so when you delete, it says "Are you sure you want to delete this pic?" Then i can hit "ok" so i dont delete anyting else by mistake.
-- my kids are too "touchy" with the keyboard, and the love looking at pics...i can imagine them hitting the delete button and deleteing stuff by accident.

It is in the iPhoto trash - in the source pane on the left - to delete from the hard drive you must empty the iPhoto trash - iPhoto menu ==> Empty trash - and it is good to do this every hundred photos deleted or so - iPhoto does not like to delete lots of photos at one time

No - but you can select photos in the iPhoto trash and right click (control click) and restore to library
