Preparation - do you keep all your presets with the catalog or not? If not, you will need to copy them from the old computer to the new one
assuming you are using time machine to move everything from one to another, then use time machine and copy everything QED
assuming you are doing a new install.
copy your lightroom catalog to a separate hard drive / flash drive ensuring that you've made a backup 1st
install LR4.#fail on your new computer
copy your catalog from 1. to your new computer and
click click the catalog on your new computer.
That should do the trick

The same basic method works whatever storage device you use.
As for the CD Problem, do the tracks have excamation marks next to them in iTunes?
If So you may not have iTunes set to "Copy files to the iTunes Music folder when adding to library" checked.
See Edit>>Preferences>>Advanced.
If this option was not checked, the files stayed on the CDS.

I copied the iPhoto Library to a CD and from there to the new MacBook
If you copied the library to the CD via the Finder it would be no different than the methods Terence suggested. If you used the Share ➙ Burn menu option from inside iDVD you'll get a mini library that has to be accessed from the open library and the events/alubums copied into the destination library. Not the same as the other methods.
The Share ➙ Burn method is no longer supported with iPhoto 9 and later.

properly install acrobat xi pro onto your new computer. installation files are linked below.
if you no longer need acrobat xi on your old computer, open it and click help>deactivate. then uninstall. make sure you have your serial number before doing this.

All music on your old iPhone should be in your iTunes library on your computer. Transfer the music from your iTunes library on your computer to your new iPhone in the same way it was transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone - via the iTunes sync/transfer process.
Since you prefer the manual way, you must manually drag and drop the same 377 songs from your iTunes library to your new iPhone - in the same way the 377 songs were manually transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone.
Or you can sync which provides more options overall. Create an iTunes playlist for the 377 songs. Select Sync Music under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes and choose selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Select the iTunes playlist below that includes the 377 songs followed by a sync.

Anybody knows, what I have to do to transfer a license for Logic 8 (Logic Studio) from old to new MacBook Pro. Have I to "deauthorize" Mac before selling; Mac itself and whole Logic Studio before installing on the new one? I upgraded from Logic 7 with a "help" of a L7 dongle.

I would just delete the apps (also Soundtrack Pro/Mainstage/Compressor in case you installed them) and the Folder HD/Library/Application Support/Logic as well as any third party AU/VST components from your old Macbook (HD/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components). Also delete all L8 receipts from the Folder HD/Library/Receipts.
Then just install L8 on your new Macbook, enter your dongle when asked for during the Installation and all will be fine.
