How do you get two apple ID's to share iCloud, photo stream?

We both have iphone's with iCloud, and two macbooks with iCloud, and want to be able to share the photostream, sync each of our calanders on both computers?
I don't think i did a good job asking that question, but does anyone have any ideas on how to get multiple apple ID's to sync on a macbook pro or two, but remain separate on the iphone?

Yes. You can sync multipl iDevices on the same computer using the same Apple ID. You can each have different configurations of apps, books, music, etc. or have identical configurations. In this way, however, your common data - contacts, mail, calendar will be the same on both iDevices.
The Apple ID doesn't distinguish one phone from another, only how the phone will sync to a computer. The Apple ID is how iTunes knows to which computer a phone syncs. And, the Apple ID determines who is the registered owner of downloaded and purchased items via iTunes.

B: IF possible restore the device to factory settings via iTunes.

Ah, now you're talking about itunes store and itunes match. The itunes store account is not the same as the icloud account (the two may use the same Apple ID, buy they can be different).
As for itunes match - you cannot merge purchased music from two itunes accounts. Using one of the itunes accounts (call it A) and icloud account, use itunes match to sync the music to the cloud. Then purchase other missing songs that are not part of A (but were in the other account) and that will add them to icloud match.

The syncing of Notes, isn't a back-up. All it does is to sync Notes to other devices. Whether being a Mac, another iOS device or icloud.com
This is the same with Contacts, Calendars and what not.

The best way is to not share Apple IDs but also make sure under Settings & Messages on both devices that only one phone number is checked.

How do you create two apple ids for one email address.

I bought two i pads for my kids. Since we have just one email address, everytime I try to create a new apple id it says I already have one. They need separate ids so their friends can facetime with one and not the other. Can't figure out how to create two apple ids with one email address.

Get her an email address, even if she never uses it. They're free and available almost everywhere. The only requirement is that the address be a valid one.

You can even use an "alias" of yours. That's a fake address that actually sends everything to you. Check with your current email supplier.

I use the Apple Wireless Keyboard with my iPad2 and I use the VPN to connect to my work-related software which requires that I use some of the function keys as actual F1, F2, F3,...etc. When I hit F2, the iPad2 responds with the Screen Brighter action. Just make her a new AppleID - https://appleid.apple.com
On her device, log out of iMessage with your AppleID, then log back in with her new AppleID. For iCloud, first go into the iCloud account settings and disable find my iPhone, then delete the iCloud account. Now add a new iCloud account using her new AppleID.
You both can continue to use the same AppleID in the iTunes and App stores if you wish to share purchases. If not, just scroll to the bottom of the feature page in the store, log out with your AppleID and log back in with her AppleID (she will need your AppleID and password to update anything purchased with your AppleID though).
