How do you write a hierarchical outline in a Thunderbird mail message?

I want to be able to write an outline in the body of an email. Something like this:
1. Next Steps
A. Research email programs
B. Choose one with the following features
a. Supports IMAP
b. Supports outlines in messages
C. Isn't Outlook
All I can do is get something like this:
1. Next Steps
1. Research email programs
1. etc.

You can change the options.
Format > List > List Properties
eg:
List TYpe: Numbered List
Number Style:
click on drop down options and Select ABC
You can also set the start of number for list here
Click on OK

    Create a text box, type what you want in it, then
    rotate it using the Inspector (Select the text box,
    go to the "metrics" tab of the inspector, and rotate
    it with the little wheel).

    How do you change the tab outline color?  I wish to use a black style on my test program but the tab features have a white edge on the top and left sides to try and give a 3d look.  I've tried playing with the windows style but had no success.  Does anyone know how to remove this or change the color?  The closest I have got so far is setting a windows 7 basic theme which removes the 3d look.  This does however give a white background on the tab pages which I cannot find a way of changing in either CVI or windows.  Any suggestions?
    Thanks
    Solved!

    Chris,
    Unfortunately, this border is only customizable through the Windows theme. Changing the theme to the basic is likely going to be the closest to what you are looking for without creating a custom theme for Windows.

  • How do you write UNDO for a text item?? examples? or a REDO??

    How do you write UNDO for a text item?? examples? or a REDO??
    I created a pop-up menu with CUT, COPY, PASTE, UNDO, CLEAR for my text items.
    Using MAGIC menu type works great but there is no MAGIC for UNDO or REDO.....
    How do you write UNDO for a text item?? examples? or a REDO??
    I have Oracle Forms 6i...
    Lets say I highlight all the text in the text item, and start typing over it... then I realize OH NO it is the wrong text field...
    Now I want to UNDO the typing and get back to the previous text.
    I'd use the initial value that was populate right? How do I access that if that is correct?
    Thanks, Bill

    You can use;
    <ITEM> := Get_Item_Property(<ITEM>,DATABASE_VALUE);
    Or you will have to write a pre-text-item trigger;
    PRE-TEXT-ITEM:
    :CTRL.CURRENT_VAL := :<BLOCK>.<ITEM>
    MENU (PL/SQL):
    :<BLOCK>.<ITEM> := :CTRL.CURRENT_VAL;
    You may also want to set the item property back to ITEM_IS_VALID so that item validation does not fire again.

    Hi Sandy,
    Acrobat Pro 9 is an excellent tool for creating and distributing forms; however, if a form was created in Acrobat and enabled for completion, you should be able to fill it out using Adobe Reader. As not all forms are enabled in this way, you won't be able to complete all forms digitally. For more information about Acrobat Pro, please refer to the product information page:
    http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro/
    If you're using Windows, you can also download a free 30-day trial of Acrobat from right here:
    http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro/tryout.html
    (Unfortunately, there is no Mac trial available at this time).
    I also encourage you to stay tuned to changes taking place at Acrobat.com over the next several months; you may find that they'll be interesting to you.
    Best regards,
    Rebecca

    I have multiple devices used by family members, how do you make sure the kids don't see Moms messages from Dad and visa versa?

    Hi Roger:
    Thanks for the reply.  I think I figured out the problem.  Apple has confused (at least in my mind) the different IDs that people can have.  In the iCloud settings, they use the term Apple ID and not iCloud ID.  I guess there really is no such thing as an iCloud ID.  There are Apple IDs with various attributes.  This is not clearly explained or easy to see (how could I look up to see if my Apple ID is associated with iTunes for example?).
    I created, what I thought were iCloud IDs for each family member, but we all use my Apple ID for iTunes.
    One other question - why does the syncing of Notes using iCloud require an @me.com email account.  That makes no sense to me.
    Thanks for your help!

    Hi bmuur,
    I also had the same problem.
    I clicked Microsoft Exchange and kept trying to add my hotmail account that way but it kept asking for a server address for it to work.
    If you go into Internet Accounts and instead of clicking Microsoft Exchange scroll down to the bottom of the list and click Add Other Account...
    It will ask what sort of account you want to be created and I selected Add Mail Account and clicked create.
    Enter your full name, hotmail email address and password.
    I then clicked create and it worked for me.
    Hopefully this solves your problem.

    Hi,
    The below error messgage i am getting while scheduling report in CMC. My report getting refreshed successfully but while posting refreshed file(Excel) it is not posting and throwing below error.
    Error Message:
    write error. [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]: [Error sending mail message to SMTP server. Return code: [].]
    please provide some help on this.
    Thanks
    Vivek

    Hi Vivek
    Mails to the destinations are delievered by SMTP server. Size of the file in the mail depends on the SMTP server.
    For example, If SMTP server does not permit file size more than 2MB then that file won't be delievered.
    For testing purpose copy the instance generated in Filestore to your local drive and send this instance using your mail client to
    desired destination.
    You can try sending large size file from your mail client to test SMTP server capacity of sending large size file.
    Thanks,

  • How do you write an image threshold to a file

    Hi, I use IMAQ threshold to threshold an RGB image. How do I write this image to a file? Whenever I use the IMAQ Write JPG or Write PNG vI and try to view the file with the windows image viewer all I see is a black image. Does anyone know how to save a binary image?

    If you cast it to an eight bit image and save it as a BMP or JPEG does it show up correctly? If so the problem probably lies in the fact that a 16-bit image in LabVIEW is signed, while third party viewers usually assume that it is unsigned. So rather than pixel values going from -32766 to 32767, they go from 0 to 65536. There are example programs on ni.com to get around this. One is called "Mapping a 16-bit Image to an 8-bit Image," another is called "Bit Shift an IMAQ Vision 12-bit Image and Resave for External Viewer." If you search for these titles on the ni.com search bar, you should be able to find them.
