How is sorting done in SAP program RFKORD10 ?

Hello All,
The program RFKORD10 [Print Program: Account Statement] is used for printing the account statement for the line items. This program sorts the items as 1.Current Due, 2.Overdue and 3.Not yet due items.
As per the customer requirement, I need to change the order into 1.Overdue, 2. Current Due and 3.Not yet due items.
I'm not able to track how the values are getting sorted in the program RFKORD10.
Please let me know if anyone has come across such a scenario.

Hi Vaibhav,
Not sure which version of SAP you are on but this might help.
From SPRO follow this path..
Financial Accounting --> Global settings --> Correspondence --> Define Sort Variants for Correspondence OR Define sort variants for line items.
You can change existing ones or create new variants and use them on the selection screen of RFKORD10.

To answer you question, if the standard program is a report program, you can use the SUBMIT statement and pass parameters using the WITH Extention.
Submit <report>
with p_fld = 'X'
and return.

How user exits attached to SAP programs ?

How are user exits attached tp SAP programs ?
Is it through CALL FUNcTION 'Some-EXIT-NAME'
Now I know that in my case a user exit EXIT_SAPLCOIH_009 is implemented for transaction IW32. I am turning debugger on by using /H and then clicking on save event in IW32 when the user exit gets triggered.
Then I set break-point for CALL Function inside the debugger.
But I can't see CALL FUNCTION 'EXIT_SAPLCOIH_009' in the debugger of transaction program....
So I am just wondering is it this way the user exit is hanged to program. Please throw some light on this....

I would say that most are implemented as function modules which are usually called by something like this.
CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION 'WHATEVER'
Some are implemented as includes, like the ones for Sales Document Processing.
In your case, it is a function module, EXIT_SAPLCOIH_009 which is probably called by CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION '009', or something to that effect, somehow it translates to EXIT_SAPLCOIH_009. Also there must be a "Z" include in the function module EXIT_SAPLCOIH_009. Double click the include, system will ask you if you want to create it. Say yes. Now put a break-point in the include. Make sure to activte the enhancement in SMOD/CMOD. Run your main program, It should stop at your break point.

Type TCode--
1. -> SGEN
2. -> Select the first option as All the component
3. -> Select ALL the component like SAP_BASIS, SAP_ABA,
PI_BASIS,..... etc.
4. -> Now run it.
5. -> Select the option like Schedule it or Run Directly.
Make sure that you run SGEN in non-working hours and also suggest you to make sure that archive mode is off or your autoextend mode is on because of the load generation.

Well, if it is commented by your company - This doesnt ask for access key but if it is commented by SAP and you want to uncomment, you need access key.
You can ask basis guys to get access key for the object. you need to provide the program name and other information.
Other information: - go to the GOTO on application tool bar and select object direct entry.... you need to provide the full object key.
To uncomment the code - select the lines and right click - uncomment . This can only be done in editable mode.

We are using the "Input ready Bex query", in order to modify the values in "BO Analysis office".

From ECC we can load the data (Consider Value-1) to SAP BI and from SAP BI we can load the data to BO analysis office.
So, now if we change the data in BO Analysis office (Value-1 changed to Value-2)..
Now the data is changed in SAP BI to Value-2.
So what about the data in ECC ? Whether it is changed or not?
Please provide us a real time business Scenario..

Hi,
To find out modifications in a standard SAP program, check out modification overview. It is a part of modification assistant. When you open a SAP standard program, you will see some extra buttons on the tool bar i.e.Insert, Replace etc., just besides them there is a button for modification overview. Click on that and it will give you the list of modifications done on the program.
If you just want to check out when modifications are done & their request nos, go to the version management and you will get the whole list of requests that the program has.

I'm having the same problem. Dreamweaver is supper slow. Uploading and downloads from the server... any server I use two different servers. It times out all the time. Menus are slow too.
I'm on a MAC Pro, 6 gigs of ram no issues with anything else. I have talked to Apple they have checked everything for me. They say it's Dreamweaver. I've noticed the Dreamweaver is talking to the FTP even when I'm not doing anything.
I've tried cleaning out my MAC caches, turning off file check and check out. Still really slow. I've worked with Dreamweaver for 6 years never any issues like this before. 18 seconds to upload a 4 kb file. 11 seconds to download the same file.

For each document number selected there will be one to many records in VBRP. For each invoice item in VBRP:
u2022     Select BSTKD from VBKD where
o     VBELN = VBRP-VGBEL and
o     POSNR = VBRP-VGPOS

o     VBELN = VBRP-VGBEL
If there is more than one PO per invoice then list them in the Customer PO field without repeating the other fields.PO shouldnu2019t come more than once per invoice.

The custom form is getting displayed properly. But the requirement is to have it as an editable PDF. So the functional team is working on configuring the settings of PDF forms with customers email address.
But for right now, i customized the standard form F140_ACC_STAT_01 and standard print program RFKORD10_PDF and did the configuration. It is getting displayed (I tested only with the transaction FBL5N - customer open line items..)
Please let me know any further details on this.

I have to change the standard SAP program SAPLFSKB screen 100 to add custom fields...i looked into OSS notes and there is a note: 174413 that provides steps to add custom fields...but when i try to do this it doesnt let me do it...it says that request cannot be changed....do i have to use modification agent...if that is the case then how shud i proceed with this....so please provide me some inputs....

If the only solution is to change the sap standard program, simply change the program, it will prompt for an access key. This key can be retrieved in the SAP support portal (service.sap.com) at keys and requests, sccr keys, register object.
Sometimes these actions are outsourced to a competence center, so maybe youre not entitled to do this, in any case ask a resident senior developer for support.

That probably means that you're not looking at a bug in Photoshop, but a problem with a driver - and the most likely cause would be your video card driver.
And sure enough, your video card driver is almost 2 years out of date.
Please go to NVidia's website and get the latest driver - then follow their directions for installation (so you don't get bits of old driver left over).
