How to automate files upload?

I have a folder on a shared drive that contains 10 .csv files. The files get updated everyday automatically. I need to upload this 10 files to my SP website everyday at 8AM. Is there any way I could create a workflow to do this ?
(PS I am not allowed to install SP server, so i cannot use Microsoft Visual Studio)

Tapan, unfortunately that script won't work in a scenario where the SharePoint OM isn't available, such as what I took away from Borat's scenario.

I don't think that there are any settings in CF10 that would enable/disable file upload via CKEditor.
I know their forum isn't the speediest way to get an answer, but have you tried asking in their tech support forum?

How to 'clear' file upload field in forms

In a form I am designing I need a 'clear' or 'reset' button that clears the entire form. This is easy to do, of course, but alas my form has a file upload field, and in Safari I just can't get that field to go back to it's default empty state.
is there a secret way to force file upload fields in safari to reset, or is it just impossible?

You could try your own implementation. Someone was able to implement a file upload with Creator 2004Q4 and the O'Reilly Servlet. See http://swforum.sun.com/jive/thread.jspa?forumID=123&threadID=50186.
You will have to configure O'Reilly Servlet's "MultiPart Filter" in your application. Creator 2 uses a same approach (a filter) to accomplish this. Given that the file upload component is not supported on portlets, this leads me to the following: I don't know anything about portlets and portlet containers, but I'd check first for some architechtural restriction in the portlet subsystem that avoids the use of a filter for a file upload. If think this could be the only thing that will restrict you to implement your own file upload.

We currently using x509 for SSO. However, we have to manually load the x509 certificate to the SAP ABAP system for every new users, or a certificate is expired.
Has anyone been able to automate this process? How to know when a certificate is about to be expired? how automatically create the x509 cer file? how to upload the x509 automatically to SAP ABAP?    Please let me know if more information is needed.

I had the programer look at the the RUSREXT program. We tried to run the program step-by-step but not knowing how to 1. point the program to look at the certificate file, 2. mapping the values from the file to the variables in the program. What should I fill in the fields on the screen below. This screem came up during the step-by-step run of the RUSREXT program

"Automatic" file uploading

Does anyone know how to do the following:
I know how to do part 1:
1) A user on a website hears a pre recorded verbal question or statement; the user then immediately records a short verbal response by pressing a button on a simple GUI and speaking into their microphone. The microphone records the sound into a file.
I don't know how to do part 2:
2) Upon releasing the button, the file is automatically uploaded to the website without the user having to use the usual HTML upload proceedure (typing the filename into a from field, pressing a separate upload button, etc.) or taking any other action.
The process then repeats.
Just point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

Automatic file upload using desktop manager!!

You can use Bluetooth to transfer from the BlackBerry to the PC. You can use Desktop Manager for that, but not for document files like Word. You can use Media Manager for that transfer, but there's another middleman you don't want.
Automatic? Maybe not. Even using a simple application on your PC like SyncToy will require some user interaction.

Automatic File Upload

I'm working on an application that will allow a user to
import a music playlist from a file already saved on their pc.
Since the location of this file is normally set, is there a way to
grab that file without forcing the user to browse to it?
It looks like the download file option has the ability to set
a default file, but all I've seen on the upload talks about using

How to Automate FTP Uploading?

Hi,
I was hoping someone could let me know how to do the following:
If I update a html page, is there a way that I can have the updated page uploaded to the server at a specific time? Is there a program or extension that does this? There are many times that I need to upload a page that has been updated, but need it to be uploaded during the middle of the night...I was hoping for a solution for this.

You can also use a WebDAV command line tool like cadaver or sitecopy to automate loading of content through the Portal WebDAV interface.

I assume the user has a directory on the server where his/her files go. In this case, you can use Java in a managed bean to access the folder and create a collection of the entries.

How to automate file updates

On our intranet site, we have various PDFs and reports that print out. I'm kind of new to DW8, and wanted to know if there was a way to have the files automatically update when they are transferred to a folder.
Ex: We have a report that files daily. What I have to do now is go into our server where we keep the files, save over the current report with the new report(keep same name), open dreamweaver, check in the file, take it off read only, then use the put command to update it in the website.
Is there a way to automate this so the file automatically updates when its been saved over?
