How to compress the frame/buffer . Encoder ???

I have get the frame/buffer by using codec. (FrameAccess.java)
I found the buffer is too large,so I want to compress them .
How can I do it ?? could you guys give me a solution ??

After compressing the frame/buffer, I wrap them (aout 1 second) as a package, and then transfer the package by UDP.
SO, I have to compress the frame/buffer.

Look to see if you still have A.Pack installed on your computer; it should be in the Applications folder on your boot drive. That's what was used for AC3 encoding prior to Compressor 3. In the meantime, you could lower the bit rate of the video in order to use the AIF audio file on your DVD.

How to change the default save encoding of the dvm files when create dvm???

When I creating a DVM(domain-value mapping) in Chinese on the ESB control and confirm it, then restarted the SOA service, the DVM that I created in Chinese disappeared from ESB control. All the maps(both English and Chinese ) are in DVM Repository.
After I updated the encoding from ‘UTF-8’ to ‘GB2312’ in the three files below, and restarted the SOA service, the DVM in Chinese appeared on ESB control.
But when I adding the second row in Chinese and save it, then restart the SOA service, the DVM in Chinese disappeared from ESB Control once again. Because the encoding in the three files below is updated from ‘GB2312’ to ‘UTF-8’ .

I have the same problem. When I updated to Mavericks now the bookmarks bar font is huge. I liked it the way it was before. I liked the smaller font. Also wish I could change the color of the sidebar and font/folders too.
I tried to see in preferences if there was anyway to change it, but I don't see anything there.

When I using this SO_DOCUMENT_REPOSITORY_MANAGERto send email,I find the fmddata.fmd file have been changed to binary file attachment. I don't hope so.any one have good idea to avoid this case occur?
Can you tell me how to change the Content-Transfer-Encoding for the fmddata.fmd from base64 to quoted-printable. The quoted-printable is the Content-Transfer-Encoding for text file with extension .txt

A couple of suggestions that may help:
- Make sure you've made the left-hand column as wide as possible by grabbing the divider between the column and the Library grid view.
- You can hide a parent folder from the display by right-clicking it and selecting Hide This Parent. This will shift all the child folders to the left.

b) just all the child components, menus, toolbar buttons
c) what should be the behavior of taskbar at the time of disabled frame object?
i think for a proper and to the point solution these are thing one need to know.

To get the path where your application has been installed you have to do the following:
have a class called "what_ever" in the folder.
then you do a litte:
String path=
what_ever.class.getRessource("what_ever.class").toString()
That get you a string like:
file:/C:/Program Files/Cool_program/what_ever.class
Then you process the result a little to remove anything you don't want:
path=path.substring(path.indexOf('/')+1),path.lastIndexOf('/'))
//Might be a little error here but you should find out //quickly if it's the case
And here you go, you have a nice
C:/Program Files/Cool_program
which is the path to your application.

How to get the frame number of a label in a different scene.

I am completely stumped on this.
I have my project setup as the gameplay in one scene, and another scene for the outcome.
The outcome scene, say called, GameDone, has 2 frames. The first frame for win, labeled it WON, the second frame for lost, labeled LOST.
I could do the very simple thing and just gotoAndStop("GameDone", 1); but thats a bad practice, I believe.
Ive gone through google and found the closest thing needing a MovieClip. I could not figure out what to give it? A random MovieClip? a new one? one from the next scene? one from the current scene?

Try doing the simple thing that you think is a bad practice. I don't know why you think it is. The only problem with it is that you appear to have it backwards for AS3... in AS3 it is gotoAndStop(frame,scene);
Why don't you use the frame labels instead of frame numbers? gotoAndStop("Won", "GameDone");

VideoFormat.getSize() returns a Dimension of a frame. H263Format is a subclass of VideoFormat. Guess you could get that object from getFormat() in your stream if it's a PullBufferStream. Or, with a Processor, you could do getTrackControls() and iterate through the TrackControl.getFormat()s until you find the VideoFormat.
Suppose you could also get a FrameGrabbingControl, grab a frame and get the Dimension from him.

We have to get all the claims providers associated with a web application and its identity claim encoding type using API.
For example:
If the identity claim of windows authentication is user name and the user name is a string, then we should get
"i:0#.w".
If the identity claim of forms authentication is
email and the provider name is "fba" , then we should get "i:0!.f|fba|".

If the requirement is to be able to convert claim identities to windows identities that can be used with other LOB/legacy application that still relies on NTLM/Windows Auth, then I would recommend to explore C2WTS.

I have a problem here: I have a table on the screen, there are two columns which are inputfield,when user type something and press the "Enter" button, my program will check whether the value is correct or not. And when the input is wrong I want to point out the specific cell which is wrong by make the frame of the cell red, green or something else.
How can I achieve this?
