How to control the window size of default message error

I have a form with many fields. (inputText)
These fields are marked with tag required="true"
When the user try to submit the form, the adf faces show a validation window displaying the label of the inputTexts and one message like this "This field are required".
The problem is that i have an inputText that have a large label and the window is showing with scrollbars and the layout is not good.
How can i control the layout of this default window ?
Thanks

At the moment I don't believe this to be fixable. From (maybe limited) investigation, we've been unable to discover a skin class to fix this.

    Hello folks,
    I use
    <img title="Click to pop up large image" src="#OWNER#.view_my_file_form?p_file=#IMGID#" width="40" height="30" />
    to popup a image window. It works just fine. How can I set the popup image window size? The window is too big but the image is too samll.
    Many thanks.
    Mickey

    The popupURL function is defined as
    function popupURL(url)
    w = open(url,"winLov","Scrollbars=1,resizable=1,width=800,height=600");
    if (w.opener == null) w.opener = self;
    w.focus();
    If 800x600 is too big for you, write your own mypopupURL function with whatever size you want

    Changing the fonts in Print using ABAP is not possible. as basic report output is a text editor.
    By changing "Customizing of Local Layout" will only change in display screen and not in print.
    One possible way to create a new printer formatr thry SPAD and use that format in while printing.
    to know more details about SPAD
    Using SPAD - SAP Spool Administration to print different paper size
    The SAP spool system manages its own output devices. This includes mostly printers, but also fax and archiving devices. In order for you to use output devices defined in your operating system from the SAP System, you must define these devices in the SAP spool system.
    Print to a dot matrix printer using computer paper with 66 lines
    Define paper types
    Formatting process Z_60_135
    Page format DINA4
    Orientation tick both Portrait and Orientation
    Type in the comment and click save
    Device initialization
    Device type - OKI341
    Formatting process Z_60_135 then click Execute
    Double click Printer initilization
    You must key the 66 lines hexadecimals for your printer. ( line no 9)

  • How to adjust the window size in overview screen of a scorecard ?

    Hi Experts,
    In <i>SEM</i> application is it possible to adjust the size of the "<b><i>Perspective</i></b>" windows in the Overview screen of a <i>Scorecard</i> ?
    If possible how ?

    hi,
    If you change the window size of the script in the original language, it should reflect in the other languages.
    Please activate the script in english once again and see the spanish form again.
    @SAP_WIZ
    As far as chaniging window size is concerned, Please edit your script in ES and then change it.Or login in ES and then edit the script.
    This is not possible, because the original script is in english.

  • How can I control the window size of my output?

    Hi,
    I'm drawing a blank... How do I control the size of the window that my project is viewed in? Right now, it's the entire browser window.
    Thanks,
    Janice

    Hi,
    From your post, I assume you are creating WebHelp output.
    You  need to create a window for the help in the Project Set-up pod. Then,  you need to make sure you call the output so that the window is used.  See http://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/calling_webhelp/calling_webhelp.htm.  This article on Peter's site give you an overview over the  possibilities of calling context sensitivive webhelp and also tells you  how to specify the needed window. Also, the installation directory of  RoboHelp 8 contains a directory called CSH API. In there are example  API's your developer can use to call the help.

  • How to control the maximum size of a component in a GridBagLayout

    Here is a small program that demonstrates my issue (it's originally from a big program that I couldn't attach here).
    I have a GridBagLayout with some components in it. Some of the components are JEditorPane (displaying some HTML) within JPanel and are individally scrollable.
    Here we go:
    - when I resize the main panel, every components will resize accordingly to their weight (which is here the same for all of them): fine
    - when I reduce the size of the main panel until it reaches all the preferred size of each component, the scrollPane of the main panel appears so that the user can scroll: not fine
    The behaviour I'm looking for is: when I reduce the size of the main panel, when it reaches the preferred size of the components, I would like that the JEditorPane (which are in JPanel with BorderLayout/CENTER) display their individual scrollbars so that I can see all the JEditor panes at the same time without having to scroll the main window.
    If the user continues to reduce the size of the main panel, then, at one point, display the scrollpane of the main panel.
    See what I mean? How to control this?
    Here is the code:
    @SuppressWarnings("serial")
    public final class CGridBagLayout2 extends JFrame {
         JPanel mainPanel;
         private final JScrollPane scrollPane;
         private JPanel panelize(Component component, String localization) {

    Ok, thanks for this information, I thought I had seen this happening in the past when embedding a component in the center area of a JPanel with BorderLayout.
    Anyway, as I said I tested with JScrollPane as well and it does not change anything.
    Here is the code modified:

  • How to control/set window size of applications?

    When I press "command-shift-A" my application folder opens on the desktop. However, it always opens in a very small size requiring me to enlarge the window to see the entire folder. How can I set a default size of the entire screen when this window opens? thank you.

    Open the folder and resize it to what you want. Now close it.
    It should open to that size. If it doesn't, you've got some problems which I'll have to search around cuz I can't remember how to fix them.

  • I would like to know how to increase the window size and message font size on the the Three Button Dialog.vi

    I like using the Three Button Dialog .vi. However, I am doing a job were I need to use a larger font size. I tried to adjust the core vi but could not make it do what I wanted. Any help would be great.

    1: VI Properties Window Size- Check maintain proportions of window for different monitor resolutions.  (Your users will thank you)
    Jeff,
    Why do you think that is a good idea?  When I opened your VI on my screen, the buttons were cut off at the bottom, and there was a slight cutoff on the right side.  Without scrollbars or the ability to resize the panel, (which I generally wouldn't want on a dialog box anyway) there is no way to be able to see the whole dialog.
    Did your VI show all of the buttons and show all of the text box?  On mine it looked like this.
    What was your screen resolution and your monitor aspect ratio?  Mine is 1680 x 1050 for a 16:10 ratio.  I think you will have problems with checking this box.  I would recommend unchecking it.  Suppose you programmed on a 16:10 screen, but someone else has a 16:9, or even a 4:3.  That is going to screw up the appearance of the dialog unless you take the time to resize the buttons and text inside the dialog.  (And I feel checking the resize option inside the Window Appearance settings just never works right either.)
    If I was the user, I'd appreciate a dialog box that wasn't cut off.

    hi,
    its may be useful for u.
    In the release strategy,if the indicator changeablity is 1 the system will not allow you to take repeat out put.
    Solution is that you have to change the release indicator changeability to 6(SPRO>MM>Purchasing>Purchase order>Define release procedure for purchase order>Release indicator>Changeability).
    Another option is that in the message output of the PO in further data change despatch time to 3 and take a repeat out put.
    Also check,
    SPRO > MM > PO > Release Procedure for PO > Release indicator > Changeability of Purchasing Document During/After Release as 2 for Release ID - G and save
    And then Create go to chage mode of PO and repeat the messages

  • How to increase the viewing size of Mail messages

    Hi, All
    I am using Leopard 10.5.4. and new to Mail.
    I would like to set my message font size to size 10 for composing and reading incoming mail. However, when I am composing a message or reading an incoming message that is in size 10, its incredibly small. So I have to set it in font 12 in Mail preferences just to read it. But then when the mail goes out, its in font 12. Is there someway I can increase the view (like 100%, 150%) without changing the font size? I tried the COMMAND+ but it becomes blurry.
    Thanks in advance.

    I'm going to assume you are using the latest version of iPhoto. After you've chosen which photo(s) to email click Share > Email from the menu. Once you done that there's a button in the lower right corner where you choose the size of photo you want to send.

    Gurus,  I have 2 views on the Interaction Center Agent  Account Search screen.  On the left side ICCMP_BP_SEARCH component with BupaMixsearch view and on the Right side, we can customize such as IBase search / Customer Invoice etc through configuration. I went ahead and removed the configuration for IBASE. so the right side panel/view area is empty.  How can I strech the Account search view (move the fields to right side panel)  instead of 2 column layout.

    Does anyone know how to specify the window size for a child report launched from a hyperlink that uses opendocument? Is it possible?
    I have looked all of the posts I could find and have not found anything that would work, please help.

    So I have come up with the following URL based on the suggestions in this post, but it still isn't doing what I would like it to.
    It does launch a smaller window but posts the child report in the same window.  Is there something else I should do?

  • How do I set the window size of a course in SumTotal (LMS)

    I recently created an AICC course using Captivate 5.5 for a client using SumTotal as their LMS. When the client loads the course, the course launchs in a window that is smaller than the course itself; the user then has to adjust the window size to view the entire course. I have read on various posts that this cannot be controlled by myself through the .htm file settings, and that this has to be set within the LMS.
    So my question is: Where and how does the client set the course window size within SumTotal? Does anyone know?!
    thanks

    No, edit the html files that come with Captivate. Either hand edit the
    html file that is produced every time you publish, or locate the files
    in the Captivate 5 directory and customise them to suite your needs.

The window on a particular site is now so huge I am unable to use features on there as they do not come into view on my window at all.
