How to create a dynamic radiobutton in webdynpro dynamically

HI,
I want to create radiobutton in webdynpro dynamically.But this button in not enabled.Code:-
     IWDNodeInfo info =wdContext.getNodeInfo().addChild("RadioBUttonDymanicNode",null,true,false,true,false,false,true,null,null,null);
     IWDRadioButton rb = (IWDRadioButton)view.createElement(IWDRadioButton.class,null);

Please suggest me how to make it enable.

How to create user editable Crystal Report with dynamic dataset

What I would like to achieve:
A program loads a report in runtime updates list of database fields (possibly includes sample data), open report in "Crystal Reports 2011" (or 2008) where user customizes report and saves it. Later on the program loads the report, fills actualized data and displays it in .net report viewer.
What I do:
CrReport = New CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument
CrReport.Load(TemplateFilename)
Dim Results As DataTable
DataTable is filled from a database
CrReport.SetDataSource(mResults)
CrReport.SaveAs(NewReportPath, True)
The NewReportPath is opened in the default program.
What are the problems
The report is open in preview mode (not in design).
When the field is added to the report the designer asks for XML datasource on preview.

The short answer is that it is not possible. I broke the question to other two: How to save a report that it opens without preview? and How to create user editable Crystal Report with dynamic dataset, where it is possible to find details. How to create report with Fixed Labels and Dynamic Columns

I have static column labels in left side of report and field in 3 columns coming dynamically from 3 different command queries.
Please let me know how to create it..Following is the sample data for report.

But they are creating huge no.of records. As it will turn the rows into columns.

to de-activate or disable a button, lets say u want to disable SAVE button once it is clicked...
then in the method where u write code for SAVE button
at the end:
elem_btn_disable->set_attribute(
        EXPORTING
          name = `DIS_SAVE`
          value = abap_false ).
DIS_SAVE should be of type WDY_BOOLEAN in the context.
abap_false means deactivating the button .
if you want to HIDE a button, then type should be WDY_VISIBILITY or WDY_UI_ELEMENT_VISIBLE
& value = 1 .
if you want to do this before screen loads, then do it in the INBOUND plug method of in tht WDDOINIT method.

Hi Kumar,
If you are using EP7.0, there is no calendar UI element in webdynpro development. There is only date navigator UI element. This is demonstrated in the below article.

How to create an LOV based on a dynamic query

Can someone tell me how to query a dynamic query for LOV. On my base page I have a dropdown-box (that will show the table names for searching) and is dynamically populated based on users access e.g. if user A logs in he may see 5 values (these values are basically table names) in a drop down if user B logs in he may see 10 values. I also have two input fields one field a user can enter value and the other field is read only and a torch icon for LOV so the user can search and select values that are populated in the input fields on the base page.
How can I have my LOV that takes in a value selected in the dropdown and anyvalue entered in one of the input fields and search in the table selected in the dropdown box.
Basically my LOV should do a search on the table and some search value passed when clicking on the torch icon. So a user can select any table-name in the drop down and my LOV should do a search only on the selected table. Once on the LOV Popup want to have a search field there but it only searched on the table selected in the dropdown on the based page. And the selected value on the LOV Popup page gets populated in fields on the base page.
Any help is appreciated.

How to create a long text in webdynpro for abap?

I am new to Web Dynpro for ABAP, I have a requirement for Grievance workflow. For this we have developed a Webdynpro application which appears in portal. Here my issue is user wants to enter a long text on the screen and I have to save this text as standard text. Is it possible to create a text box which we can insert number of lines?
If so can anybody please suggest me how to resolve this issue.

u can use the TEXT EDIT UI element , procced like this :
1 Right click on Root Element UI container , insert elemnt TEXT EDIT
2 create a context attribute of type string or string_table
3 bind value property of ur UI to this attribute
4 u can get the values entered in the text UI by user , by get_attribute method
press CNTRL + F7 , select the radio button read context node/attribute , select the corresponding attribute
The attribute to be bound can be of type STRING or STRING_TABLE. With STRING_TABLE rows from TextEdit are stored as table rows. A line break is always stored as a line feed in a STRING (CL_ABAP_CHAR_UTILITIES=>NEWLINE, ASCII decimal 10). The Web Dynpro framework carries out the conversion for the client platform.
Note that a string to be displayed in TextEdit, must only use a line feed as a line break.
